Hired All my Sons to help me move the contents of my apartment to a storage container, but the storage container facility had a timing conflict. This moving company was amazing! they were so nice and loved to make conversation in the nicest way. They were very careful with our belongings we did not have to tell them something was fragile, they treated everything as if it was glass. They were extremely well mannered, despite our complications with an electrical company blocking the whole road they kept an amazing attitude and it did not slow them down.

Yesterday I was stressed because the moving Company I hired sent me 2 guys, no shrink wrap, no blankets and no clue what they were moving. I called All my sons and asked them for help. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule. Randy came in with his team and introduced everyone, carefully assessed what he was told versus what I had to move and his team went into action. They carefully wrapped my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap, he even helped me fix a table! The move was smooth and FAST! I highly recommend this company and especially this team! They broke my staircase and ruined my expensive dresser. Absolutely should be weary of using this company, as when we filed a claim they offered me an infinitesimal amount to the damage they did. Said it wasnt their job to fix the damage to my home they did, let alone the furniture they also damaged. I wouldnt recommend to a single person.

We had Evan as driver. Kyle and Tavares were also movers with him. They did a wonderful job and unfortunately we had called prior to make sure that the truck would have a lift…. As we have a grand piano. The truck they got didn’t have a lift so they had to physically push the piano up the ramp and then down the ramp during the move. They worked as a team and did it, although I don’t know how they were able to as it is so heavy. Highly recommend them.

Horrible experience dealing with this company. They were supposed to send a 3 man team to handle a relatively small move (simply a bedroom set, tv stand, and couch). Within 15 minutes of the move, they pulled one guy off of the job for an hour to get packing materials without discussing it with me beforehand. One of the two men left were brand new and pretty much stood around the whole time. To add insult to injury, they forgot their tools to disassemble the bedroom set! Ultimately I had to loan them hand tools which caused the move to take much longer than expected (which keep in mind they bill based on an hourly rate). I did not ask for packing material - yet they billed me almost $200 for it.This all resulted in an $1,100 bill to move 3 pieces of furniture into storage! Upon inspection of my furniture in storage, they stacked items in a way that damaged my couch. They also lost the doors to the TV stand, which is now useless.No luck getting in touch with them post-move. Called multiple times with them promising that someone would get back in touch with me. Its now a month later and I have still received no call back. Highly disappointed as I thought this move would have been handled better from what I thought was a reliable company.

Setting up the move was handled straightforwardly and professionally. We came away from the initial conversation with a clear understanding of the the cost of the move. Tanner & David we’re here at STORE Self Storage today doing some work for a customer. They were polite & professional. They completed the work quickly and made sure to clean up after themselves .

They were very good I was really happy with the attitude of the movers, Mac,Jam, I think the last one was Michael. The were fast and were friendly. The only they forgot 2 or 3 things, major but I am 76 so its difficult for me to do it by myself. I know they were tired and hot so its not a huge problem. Actually they were great.

First time hiring movers I was given a ball park of $570 on the phone. As we mainly had just large stuff to move. Came to almost $1200, honestly I was expecting it to be higher based on other quotes we got. They should try to give a more accurate ballpark quote on the phone. But I get there are variables involved. They have other charges like fuel surcharge, charge for you for tape used to secure blankets over stuff, boxes for TVs etc. Basically nickel and dime you to death.My main complaint is movers showed up at 9am I wasn’t given a time when they were coming. I was supposed to get a courtesy call with time so I had to scramble to secure my pet as they arrived. Overall the movers themselves were nice and polite. Probably won’t use this company again though.

They showed up on time, and was willing to come early. Friendly and professional. Done in under 6 hours. Moved quickly and efficiently. Would have liked it they would have bubble wrapped my glass items...other then that, great job 👍🏾

I’m offering my opinion of All My Sons Moving (Rivera Beach, FL office) after my experience with them. I recently moved from my apartment in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to Palm City, FL, approximately 27 miles north. I’m single and had a modest load (about 3500 lbs.), i.e. beds, sofa, dressers, living room furniture. I decided to pack and move all other items myself. I received a quote from several movers and decided on All My Sons, based on a bit of research and the price offered. Unfortunately, the move was a disaster. All My Sons called me almost everyday to arrange for a date, even after informing them I was still uncertain regarding a date. It seemed high pressure, but it was just annoying and I still chose to use them. The set-up for the move went smoothly and professionally. I informed them I had a motorized adjustable bed and certain tools would be required. I gave them my apartment building layout, regarding freight elevator location and parking (I could reserve the elevator for a certain period of time for the move). The movers came late, and instead of three movers, there were two. They explained one man called in sick. I responded, based on the lateness of their arrival and the missing man, that I thought we should reschedule. I did not think they could finish in the time stated- they said the move should take approximately 2 hours. I said that was not possible. I called a supervisor and was assured I would not be charged extra, as my estimate quote was locked in. I agreed to continue, still realizing this move would go into the late evening. Unfortunately, when disassembling the adjustable bed, one of the men was injured by a metal bedpost. He was out of the game. My dilemma was that the elevator and the outside hallway were filled with my furniture, and now there was only one All My Sons man left standing. Both of us knew he could not clear the hall and elevator alone. Again, I called a supervisor and told them of the injury and the dilemma regarding the furniture. He said he would try to get another man. He called back and stated he had called five people, none returned his call (it was a Friday night). I asked what now? He had no answer, nor seemed too concerned with my problem. He said to move the furniture back in the house. I explained that the furniture was closer to the truck than the apartment and that did not solve the manpower issue. Since I was new to the area and had no local friends or family, and since it was a two man job, I was forced to load the furniture in the hall and elevator into the truck. I had no choice. I am 70 and in relatively good shape for my age, but it did cause a sprain to my ankle and require X-rays. But the furniture did get moved and was stored in their truck overnight. The next day I received a call in the morning informing me they were on their way back to my apartment to complete the move: Minutes later I received a call from the driver stating that he was involved in a vehicle accident and would be a little late, but he assured me he would arrive soon, and with two other men this time. They did eventually arrive and complete the job, but they seemed to be in a big hurry, as they said they had other jobs. This caused a few missing items, such as lamp-shade harps and some scratches on the apartment walls. Overall, the men who moved my furniture were pretty good, especially the young man who was there on both move days. It was All My Sons management of the problem that was deficient. Sending the crew late; short a man on the first day; not having the proper tools; not being able to contact a replacement worker on a Friday night, and finally, no offer of compensation for a fiasco of their own making, not even a damn hourly wage for doing their work. I did speak to the Riviera Beach office to complain, but received no satisfaction. All in all, for me, it was not All My Sons, but All My Problems. Never again! You’ve been warned.

Worst move experience I have ever had. They damaged multiple items. Then snuck a material charge into my bill for over $300 that they never disclosed. Then Bob at their main office and Scott who helped arrange the move lied claiming they discuss it via phone. Complete crooks. Do not use these movers. They held my furniture hostage to get me to sign for a charge I didn’t agree to and now they refuse to a knowledge or help. It is basically blackmail. They should be shut down.

The guys showed up at the house and did an excellent job packing up my fish tank to be moved. The tank was 400lbs and we had a great crew that made the move nice and simple. Nothing got broken which i was very nervous about but the guys assured me they had it under control. We got the tank into the new house with ease and i couldnt be happier. Thank you to Charles Dorcil and his crew for doing a job well done! I would recommend this crew for my next move.

Worst moving experience ever! One of the movers showed up wearing slippers, to move furniture up 3 flights of stairs, like really? They were super slow, took a ton of breaks, didnt have the proper tools or the knowledge to disassemble my furniture, and severely damaged the hardwood floor and the walls. It took them almost 8 hours! They seemed like they had never moved anything before, not worth $1500!!! Especially since we ended up having to reassemble almost everything ourselves, for $1500??? I called to complain to the manager and his response was that its hard to find a top notch crew on Sundays and wouldve been better if I moved during the week. I mean, what kind of response is that? Super unprofessional. I will NEVER use them again and I have told everyone about this horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The company sent us a three man crew that moved us from a 1000sq ft second story apartment in PSL to our new home 30 minutes away in less than five hours. The crew was made up of Angelo, Kyle, and Rashad. All three of them were friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. They are a credit to their company. This move was worth every penny and we will be recommending them to anyone we know who needs to move.

I hi Naomi‘s team (Naomi, Louis and Joe). They got there around 9 am and was done unpacking at 3:30pm. It was a long day and they kept a positive attitude so even if they were things that I did not like ( a few things left and unpacked) most of the moving was done. They were very helpful in putting furniture and building beds where we wanted them to be.
