I have to honestly say, this place is phenomenal. Excellent customer service! This is one of the only storage unit facilities I will ever use. Its incredibly clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They do anything and everything in their power to help you and make you their top priority. Nicole is absolutely wonderful; I was in a bind with my moving company and she was able to help me out tremendously. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

The facility is gated with passcode entry, cameras are obvious throughout, and items are safeguarded indoors The facility is clean and organized.The facility provides carts to make moving easier. Locks and boxes are sold there for convenience. It’s obvious customer service is top priority. Everyone I’ve encountered has been pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

I’ve been using Extra Space in Greenacres for a little over a year now and I have no complaints. The staff is always friendly & helpful, move in & out was easy and the facility has always been clean whenever I’ve gone. And I definitely liked that I’ve never had to worry about anything happening to my stuff, especially bugs. I started out renting a 10x15 and I recently moved but still need a small unit so on my move-in day I moved out almost everything, swung by the office to do a transfer and moved the little bit of stuff I still need stored into the smaller unit. It was really quick and easy and the office manager Bobbie was really nice. I’d recommend Extra Space if you need a storage unit.

Place is clean and was able to fit all my storage into the unit. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be coming back and recommending Extra Space Storage!! 👍👍👌

Julia was very helpful in assisting My fiance & I with purchasing the exact storage unit we needed. She answered any question we had, whether it was about space and accessibility, all the way to temperature and bathroom cleanliness. So far, I have had not one complaint here, and every employee sports a smile every time I run into them. Not only do they take care of your valuables and possessions, they make you feel at home. This storage unit feels like it is my own garage. Thankful for Extra Space Storage and also for Julia.

RENTER BEWARE!!I looked for a storage unit on Google. I chose this particular one because it had 5 stars and had great reviews. HOWEVER, my experience was NOT as those shared in these reviews. I visited the business, Bobbie showed me the unit I put on hold. She assured me she would hold it for me as I needed to work out a few details. I spoke to her within 5 days and assured her we wanted that particular unit. I sent my Mother in law to fill out the paperwork (as the unit was for her). Bobbie assured her that she would hold the unit for her. Mother in law’s current storage facility agreement ends on Aug 20th. When mother in law went a second time (August 13th) to fill out the paperwork we found out that the “held” unit was already rented but we could have a unit further from the elevator....Basically, Bobbie LIED to us on multiple occasions. We have since rented at Cube Smart because if Bobbie lies about one thing- what other things has she lied about? Not taking any chances!I am a person of my word and take lies very seriously. I even spoke to Bobbie the day before Mother in law went to fill out the paperwork and she never even mentioned that the unit was already rented. It wasnt about money- at any point we were willing to seal the deal....she kept saying she could hold it. This way mother in law didnt have to pay for two units until we could move the items.On a side note: the unit was rented out from under us on Aug 7th! Not once did Bobbie call to give us the option of renting it immediately or change to a different unit.To top it off, I gave Bobbie 2 days to call me to explain what happened as I know mistakes happen but have not heard from her. She was told I was upset but she has not contacted me. This is why I am now posting....I gave her a chance to explain but she chose to ignore.RENTER BEWARE!!

Ive had extra space before, I always had a positive and informative experience. I was with Extra Space Storage for a total of 3 years 09-11, at that time George was the manager, he was amazing, friendly and always extremely helpful and kind. Now 3 years later my mother needs a unit. I went in and met Eddie and Susan, they both were friendly, helpful and great to talk with with all questions and concerns I had. Also they both went out of their way to find exactly what we needed. Its always a great place to do business with a trusting staff.
