In 2014, I bought 3 mattresses from Jeremy at American Mattress. Last year I upgraded my guest room mattress in 2019 and only shopped at American Mattress with Jeremy. We were shopping for mattresses two years ago at American Mattress in Lake Zurich, IL. The service was excellent. No pun intended, but it was comfortable being in the American Mattress store. We were offered help with any questions we asked. Our plan was to go back to that store and choose the mattress in the near future. However, we decided to wait awhile before purchasing a mattress.I really appreciated how we were treated and stopped in the store one day to tell the gentleman about our decision to delay purchasing a mattress. Again we were treated with respect and invited to come back any time. I told him when we buy the mattress we would be returning to his store and felt no need to check out mattresses at any other store.This year we purchased the mattress. Yes, we purchased it at American Mattress in Lake Zurich. Our family loves the story …AND, we love the mattress which now has rich burgundy bedding with a very old but colorful chenille bedspread.

Went in yesterday looking for a mattress. Jeremy was beyond unprofessional and it was clear he was all about making a sale and not worried about customer service. Fortunately none of the beds we tried out were comfortable and I am glad my money is not going to someone who only cares about money. Before we left, Jeremy made a disgusting comment saying that “American Mattress is family owned and this is the way I make ends meat for my family so I’m going to guilt trip you guys.” Hate to break it to you Jeremy, but your ‘guilt trip’ didn’t work. Jeremy needs to teach a class on customer service and sales. 2nd or 3rd mattress/bed set I bought from this location as the kids have grown. Great selection and service with nice people helping.
