We had a really good experience at the Mattress Firm in Lake Zurich! Steve was very helpful, very knowledgeable, understood what we were looking for and helped us find what we needed. He had a lot of information about all of the products in the store. Placing the order was easy, with a quick deli every date and very good accommodations. I would definitely recommend this store.

Ami from the Bannockburn store was filling in last night and that was my good fortune. It took only about 1/2 hour start to finish to purchase 3 mattresses, box springs and bases. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and soft sell. And the prodcut will all be delivered in 2 days! We have bought other mattresses in the same store in Lake Zurch and have always been completely happy with our expereinces and with the mattresses.

We are very happy with our experience at mattress firm in lake Zurich. Our safety was respected by the use of social distancing and wearing masks. We were provided multiple choices and ample time to decide on which mattress sets to buy. even better, they are being delivered and set up in time for our grandchildren to visit!!

Very good deal we received. Bed was very comfy in the store & the staff were exceptional! Hope bed “breaks in” quickly at home. If have to return, there is restocking fee, costing about $250. Other than that 5 star.

Salesman started off helpful. Another couple stopped in and he greeted them for a moment while we tried out a mattress. We decided we wanted to leave and decide if the purchase is right for us (spending $1600 on a mattress at a moments notice is not an easy decision). The salesman decided to make the comment that had he known we were not going to purchase a mattress that day, he would have spent more time with the other customers instead. That made our decision easy. Good thing American Mattress is across the street.
