Buyer BEWARE!! I went through the usual order process, then I never received my order, nor did I get any communication from them whatsoever....What I did get however, was an unauthorized charge on my cc!! I would STRONGLY suggest researching the product you are interested in, then go elsewhere to purchase!!
Not sure what people are complaining about in these reviews. Sounds like most of these “complaints” are there own fault. Yes the shipping is expensive, but the product I got was by far the cheapest I could find and very good material. It also came extremely fast. Just ordered more of what I needed. 10/10
Ordered corner guards...installed just one to try it and see how they would do...it fell off before morning. I called the company to request a return/refund. I was told that I could not return the one that fell off...just the ones I had not used. After trying hard to talk me into keeping merchandise that did not work for me, she finally agreed to have the return dept call me with return instructions...crickets...no one ever called
The sales rep/CSR responded very quickly and helped pick some colors to match our flooring. She sent us some samples right away and while we didnt use their products, Id certainly recommend Koffler for their speed, attention, and helpfulness. While the OEM stair nose still has a seam (its not long enough so had to marry two pieces), if that seam was any worse than it is, we most definitely would have ordered from Koffler!
Company never shipped order, nor bothered to respond to e-mail.Highly disappointed. Apparently the 100% customer satisfaction on their website means nothing. Apparently zero stars is not an option.

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! THE BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE HORRIBLE.THERE NEEDS TO BE A COMPLAINT LISTED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ILLINOIS . I will not ever purchase from Koffler again. The items I purchased did not fit my slat board --- and I simply wanted to return (2) items, I was required to wait for an RA # - then told I had to pay for shipping charges to return the items. Very COLD email sent to me with return instructions. In todays climate of e-commerce sales. - this is not a return policy that I am use to dealing with.

The shittiest experience of my life. The lady on the phone is the absolute worst. The lady tried to tell me the purchase didn’t go through although the money was taken from my account. Made the whole process complicated because she didn’t take the time to look on the computer. Besides her I made the purchase for the product 2 weeks ago still haven’t received it. I would not buy from this company. Horrible first impression.
Didn’t even place my order. $31 shipping and handling for a $58 product. That is highway robbery.

Really not a pleasant experience. Ordered a product on November 4th and received an email with a UPS tracking number stating it would arrive on November 13th or before and also included a USPS tracking number because the Postal Service would be the delivering carrier. Tracking the shipment after the 13th, UPS said they handed it to the Postal Service and the Postal Service said they never got it. In the meantime, the project had to be finished so we purchased the product from another vendor and finished the job on November 16th. On December 4th, the shipment from Koffler Sales arrived. When inquiring about returning the shipment, we were informed that we would have to pay the return shipping. We paid $19.17 for the product, $19.92 for shipping for a product that was 30 days arriving. To return the product it will cost us $39.84 to return a $19.17 purchase. Shoddy way to treat customers. Perhaps the web site should have explained it may take a month to get your purchase. Not happy with this experience.

For all the clients that decide to buy in this company my experience with the shipment was very bad. I placed my order on 10/20/2017 it was processed until 10/23/2017 and it was sent on 10/26/2017. It takes 6 days for your order to be shipped plus the shipping time. I am not happy
