We selected Conner for our custom window replacement and installation because of their solid reputation, history in Polk County, and their competitive pricing. Other than some unforeseen delays with the manufacturer that were caused by Covid, the experience from quote, to measurements, to installation and then inspection went very smoothly. The installation team was on time (actually 10 minutes early); the crew was knowledgeable, professional, worked hard all day, and took care to be as least disruptive as possible and cleaned up before they left. They were polite, provided status updates throughout the day, and it was evident they enjoy what they do very much. Conner contacted us very soon after the installation to confirm a time when the county inspector could visit for the final inside/outside inspection. There was a minor issue with the stripping on one window - which Conner made arrangements for and had rectified within 24 hours. We love our new windows! We were very happy with our overall experience with Conner, and we would do business with them again.

We are so pleased with the wonderful improvement to our porch. Thanks to Conner we now have our new “favorite “ room with a view of the pool. The windows keep out all the heat, the door is excellent and the workmanship superior. We could not be happier! Five stars to you!

We screened in an area in the front of our house. So many people have gone by and said it looks very nice. We really love the new bug free space.

Unless you’re looking to spend a lot of money and aren’t doing your whole house, I wouldn’t bother. They will make you feel like you’re not worth their time. I needed one window replaced and they said they won’t do it. I wasn’t worth their time.

Contracted for installation of double pane insulated hurricane impact windows. Appear to be excellent quality windows. Installers were very professional, courteous, cleaned up each area as they completed each window. We would recommend them without hesitation. In fact our neighbors were also happy customers!

We were able to add nearly 300 sq ft to our home by transforming a seldom used screened porch into a beautiful solarium. Conner responded to our specific needs and modified the construction to be exactly as desired. Very professional, honest company with a great reputation.

Excellent workmanship from start to finish! Tony did a wonderful job with our front screen room and boathouse despite working under the scorching Florida heat. I thought a remote boathouse back door was impossible to accomplish but the team finished it with flying colors. Will definitely use Conner again for future projects. DO NOT use this company, they are very unprofessional, they will tell you that they will get a credit line approved and talk to you about before accepting it, this did not happen, plus we cancelled the contract in plenty of time, they opened the line without approval and the amount was reported to my credit report as a open account, this company refused to correct their mistake, they do not return phone calls or answer emails. They seem nice at first, but once they hook you, they turn into a shark, so in my opinion you should not use this company.

Adam came out to help us with our pool enclosure and we were so pleased full and through! He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept in touch throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond for our odd, specific requests. Service was prompt and prices were fair. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and have no doubt that we will be calling him next time we need work done!

We had two problems with our screen porch:1) standing water after rain resolved by replacing bottom screenwith vinyl kick panels.2) intense sun coming in resolved by adding tinted vinyl windowpanels.Everyone we dealt with from Connors was courteous, professional, and provided exceptional customer service. Could not be more pleased with the result. Quality product at a reasonable price.

My fiance’ and I were so pleased with the modification of our screened in lanai to floor to ceiling windows. There were many aspects of the new Florida room that we wanted particular consideration from the typical design. Conner staff Allen and Kevin thought thru those particular requests one by one and made the appropriate recommendation for modifications and the completion. The Florida room is just breathtaking/gorgeous!. The workers were respectful of our surroundings and cleaned up each day. I called them for hurricane repairs to a screen enclosure. I could have saved thousands of dollars by doing nothing and been in exactly the same place. They won’t fix it so I have to find someone else to rip it out and redo it. You get a salesman instead of someone with a ladder and knowledge of what needs done. The charges to “fix” a small aluminum roof was half the charge to replace the house roof. It’s not fixed. It’s still bent and dented leaking rusty water worse than before the repairs and was obviously nor measured or chalked correctly. In fact if you time it right when you step out the door you get a face full of collected water. They believe telling you that can’t be happening is a sufficient solution. My overall experience was that didn’t care enough to about it to do it right and I wish they would have just said so and not wasted my time or money.

Conner Exteriors did a great job replacing vinyls with double glass window and added a glass door to our sun rooms. This was done in a timely and professional manner. One window was cracked from the manufacturer. They ordered a new one. It arrived in the time anticipated and their contractor installed it promptly. All the workers involved in this renovation were friendly, knowledgeable, had their proper equipment and worked in an efficient timely manner. We are pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

Conner did a fantastic job with replacement of all of our windows and doors. The new pocket sliders are so smooth and easy to operate. Kevin Jones was a very attentive project manager and the installer kept everything neat and tidy.

I purchased my windows (14) in all in August of 2015, They came out for the estimate and was very informative with the product. When Conner sent out the installers they were very polite and respectful of our home. The work was completed in a timely manner. We tried to have another home improvement company order our Garden window and Bay window and they told us they would not be able to order them for us. Conner went out of their way to make sure we received the windows that we wanted.

They did an amazing job renovating our screen room and adding a roof so we can have a covered patio area. They were also very efficient with their time, and completed the project ahead of schedule!

A few months ago, I started a project to enclose a 12 x 33 foot slab. I called Conner and they set up an apt to come out and look t over. They brought samples and gave me a lot of suggestions for ideas. I decided to use an insulated roof over part of it and a pool cage over one end where my ho-tub and deck is set up.The estimate was great! The pool cage even cut out about a thousand dollars. Conner submitted the permit and even helped close out an old permit that a previous contractor didnt finish properly.They came out to install it, and I watched them work off and on. Very professional and they didnt cut any corners. They even added a few trim items for me at no cost.When it was finished, the owner returned to do a final inspection. I must say I was very pleased to write a check for the remaining amount. I love everything they did!I will be using them again for adding sliding windows on one end and replacement windows in my home. Great guys!

We had an excellent experience with Conner Exteriors. We had new replacement windows installed. All costs were fully explained. We received exactly what was promised. His crew was very competent, and came back several times to recaulk around the windows where shrinkage had occurred. His workers werepolite, competent, and on time. Last year they closed in our lanai. What seemed like a great experience in the beginning quickly went down hill. They called it a misunderstanding when they didnt complete all the work that we wanted done. In addition, the work took WAY longer than what they estimated. I get it, it happens so we chalked it up to experience. Here it is almost a year later, Irma is about to hit us and we realize they did an awful caulking job around the windows they had installed and last week I noticed water getting in. We now have someone at the house repairing their shoddy work. I DO NOT recommend Conner. They have the outward appearance of being this great company and Kevin talks a good game but they are quite the opposite. I am very disappointed and I will turn blue in the face trying to talk someone out of hiring them.**UPDATE** The back door leaked between the top of the door and the door jam during Hurricane Irma. I had enough to stress about until I heard water pouring in on the floor right before the eye of the storm hit us. I am even more dumbfounded over the lack of quality in their work. Again, I DO NOT suggest using this company. I am disgusted and feel like a fool for allowing them to provide us with such terrible work.

We are so happy with our new enclosed lanai and extended carport that Conner put in for us. They were very friendly, reasonably priced and professional. We had some requests that were not in the norm, but they worked with us and made it happen. Tony Deasey was our installer, his work ethic and craftsmanship only confirmed that we made the right decision in selecting Conner Construction to to the project.

I hired Conner to build an addition and a deck. Everything worked out well from start to finish. They really listened to what I wanted and they really paid attention to detail. Everything was delivered as promised and not once did I have to express concern over something I didnt like. This isnt the first time Ive done a project like this and I have to admit that I am fussy. I would recommend Conner Enterprise to any one who wants to remold their home. I enclosed my lunia, with a new wall and moved my sliding glass doors from living room to new dining room (which was the old lunia) All the work was done with my new dining room being my dream achieved. The workers were all very polite and professional. They even helped me make decisions about the new tile, the arc way, electric outlets, the height of the new floor and where to install the outside light, which was required by City of Lake Wales building code. I have taken pictures all along the way, showing progress and the final results. I have proudly shown my pictures to all my family members and neighbors.When I am ready for additional remolding and installing garage door screen and maybe down spouts, I will call to schedule Conner Enterprise to preform the job.

I contacted this company and set an appointment for Steve to come out and give us an estimate on screening our back porch. He did not show up for the appointment after I took off work early to meet him at my home. I contacted him and he apologized and said he would contact us the following Monday to set up another appointment. He never contacted me back. Then, my wife called the company and she was told that Kevin would get in touch with her to set up an appointment to come out and give us an estimate, he never got in touch with us. I am very disappointed at the poor customer service that we have been given by this company. My advice to anyone looking for similar service is to keep looking.

I have requested a quote for windows for my solarium and absolutely no one will respond. I would advice against using Conner and I also noticed that my next door neighbor had to have her screen enclosed room on the back of her house resealed and it is only about 5 years old and I know it was done by Conner. I dont think they value their customers and probably dont need new ones.

Just wondering if this is the preferred method of contact. I see you respond to peoples reviews here. I have been unsuccessful trying to contact you through email and by phone. Even leaving a message for you to call back and still nothing. I dont want to deal with something like that during my renovation so I have decided to go with another company. Thank You.
