The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a distributor been here a lot never gets better

Very bad track unloading. Came to the opening at 7 AM. Here, first, local trucks are loaded, only then they are put in for unloading. I have been standing here for 4 hours and have not started unloading yet.

Can a company be more difficult to work with? Never ending call forwarding to another person who usually doesnt pick up and of course doesnt have voicemail. Just ring, ring, ring... Only to call back and get the same consistent runaround. Is there anyone actually managing this company???

I’ve never waited so long in my life for a will call. Will call usually means that it is ready for pickup. There was no one at will call counter when I got there. It took 10 minutes for someone to find the person. They don’t take a credit card without having to do a bunch of paperwork and the process is slow. So since it took a minute to do the paperwork to pay for the stuff, homeboy took lunch break. I waited over an hour to get my will call. There are 50 plus cars in the parking lot. Where is all of the help. The only reason I gave them a single star is because they don’t have zero or negative star ratings

This company has been a mainstay of my aluminum materials for years. Their operation and nationwide support is unparalleled in the industry. Their facilities are organized and spotless and their service is impeccable.

They have a now hiring sign outside and their website says to come in after you do their application online. Once you go there they give you a math test and instead of hiring and training or giving you a second chance like most companies do they send you away and tell you that you can not apply again and when you ask they tell you it doesnt work that way. Their website says nothing about taking a math test for hire. When you walk in they dont even give you a chance to study or even tell you whats on the math test they just give it to you and expect you to know it. So how are you supposed to pass a test if you dont know what is on it? Then tell someone that they can not retry or reapply within at least a time frame if they dont pass.

Nice and helpful sales staff, very clean and efficient warehouse. I had a very small will-call and they had me loaded and headed out in minutes.

Great company, good pricing, and fast service.
