I was able to easily schedule my Moderna COVID booster online and select this Publix store because it is close to our home. My wife prefers to shop for groceries here since it is close but also because it is clean, well-stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. I went to the pharmacy, waited a bit while customers ahead were serviced, checked in and then had to wait quite a while before getting my shot. The technician apologized for their lack of staff at that time but was kind and understanding. I appreciate Publix for making the COVID shots available.

This publix to me is like the best! You receive great smiles, great help in finding items, great pharmacy help and great customer relationship! EXCELLENT SERVICE!😃

Every employee Ive encountered was friendly. Store is clean. Managers are helpful. Pharmacy is usually pretty quick. They have great buy one get one free sales, but their grocery prices, on average, are higher than say Walmart.

Got told 3 times by 3 different employees that someone would be right with me and still had to wait 7 minutes to be served hot deli items.

I love publix everything is so easy to find the check out lines are very quick and my favorite is bakery and deli very clean and courteous employees I recommend this place

This Publix is by far the worst in the last 6 months. Prices have always been high but its gotten so pricy I cant buy meat here at all. Their delivery service leaves much to be desired as their drivers continue to leave my groceries everywhere but at my address and the drivers who do show up at my door which isnt often always have a disgusting look on their face. Yesterday Publix, charged me cash for buying their Carving Pumpkins, of course I had to have all of them put back as I am on a limited income. So my 5 grandkids will not be carving pumpkins this year. Publix fresh fruit and vegetables go bad within two days of my purchase and this is unexceptable!! If I didnt have to shop here Id gladly go anywhere else! 👎👎👎👎

Publix at town and country Lakeland did a amazing job on a cupcake cake for a work party. Just by speaking with then over the phone and letting them know what i wanted they went above and beyond. Its was decorated by Hailey. They will be getting our business from now on. Thank you publix and everyone who had a hand in it. Very sweet people..

Publix is my first choice for our familys food needs. Fantastic item selections. Everything is always fresh. I always blow past my list because the deals. Thank God for Publix.

Beautiful store and friendly staff and guests!! It felt like I was at my hometown corner store0 where everyone knows each other and is friendly.

Every experience is always good. Never any issues with Publix. But I do have one suggestion😬, with the 🤔 pickup order please if possible could we get bags with handles. The brown paper bags can be hard to hold with heavy items. Which cause multiple trips back and forth to the car 😂 which is Taboo.

Publix brand deli, is absolutely delicious! Their subs are outstanding. And their hot food is also superb.

They are kinda pricey but they have quality goods. We mainly go because my husband, mother in law, and father in law get their prescriptions there. That have amazing subs, especially if you get the Boar’s Head meats and cheese (for an up charge of course). The rotisserie chicken is delicious and moist all the time. Their bakery is awesome for cakes and doughnuts. It’s not the place you go to save money but it is the place you go for quality.

Never really shopped at a Publix before, heard they were expensive. Not sure if thats true or not yet but let me tell you I like this place. Its comfortable, never too overcrowded no matter when I go. Workers there have always been friendly. And for the most part gave all the groceries I shop for there on the shelf. I cannot recall one grocery store Ive gone to in recent years with all that at same time.definitely won me as a repeat customer in under 2 months.

Its Publix what more can I say. I love how if you cant find an item,they will go look for the item and even take you to the aisle where it is. Customer service is awesome.

I love my neighborhood Publix! Every time I go I always have a great experience. Their customer service is phenomenal and theyre genuinely nice and courteous. Also their hot soup bar is amazing!

I LOVE Publix all the way around. If you havent tried one of their Pub Subs from the deli, you should definitely add it to your to-do list! Great baked goods, solid selections on the items they carry and the staff is about as sweet as they come.

I wish they had a wider variety or testing stations for new foods. At holiday time have seen holiday foods being sampled. It has so much potential.

Very friendly, very efficient. Ive been shopping here since I was young. Usually has everything stocked and great customer service if you can seem to find something.

Pickup order is always messed up.This time, we went all the way there and they literally gave us only 1 of our 6 items.Couldnt they have just went and gotten them? instead of saying, oh well here is one item.I wouldnt even post, but this is the culmination of several screw ups.We finally learned our lesson, dont use this store for pick up orders period.

Publix is always the cleanest grocery store anywhere. I used the restroom and actually was taken aback by the mess in there. But in true Publix fashion, as soon as I alerted the manager, it was cleaned . Less than 2 minutes elapsed between the time I spoke to the manager and they closed it down to clean it. One of the many reasons, I continue to shop at Publix.

I didnt actually go into public this is where an accident occurred. There was a lady in a white van who had turned into Publix who came up to me who witnessed the accident but unfortunately she left the scene maybe she went into Publix I dont know but if she happens to see this if she can contact me it would really help with the case because the other driver who pulled out in front of me didnt get cited.

I live in NC and was visiting Lakeland FL. Visiting this publix didnt give me the same service publix give to customers. It feels crowded, unorganized, and employees were not friendly and attentive. I didnt feel the publix experience in this place 😕.

This is the worst Publix I have ever experienced. The shelves are not stocked and items you want are often gone, never to return. Forget the bakery, you will always fare better with Entmanns or Hostess sweets. The Deli is always under staffed, as are there the check out lanes now that the self check out lanes are in service. The refrigerators everywhere are as off-putting as they are in Sams where EVERYTHING is cheaper. Forget this Publix.

This little Italian owned restaurant is the best in Lakeland. From the pizza to the eggplant parmesan you couldnt get a more authentic Italian mean without going to Italy

This store is always packed. You will be searching to find a parking spot. Once youre inside you will be in there for a long time because every aisle is so jam-packed with people the isles are not wide enough. However staff is always kind and helpful. The lines are always long.

Let me start off by saying I love publix, the food is impeccable and incomparable to its competitors. Everything in this store operates and functions well... except the deli. Trying to order a sandwich is like waiting for your car to get fully serviced at the dealer; it takes way longer than it should. Wawa can do do 10 subs for every 1 publix does. There’s no reason for me to wait 20 minutes with one person ahead of me for a cold sub... there just isn’t. Great food, okay prices, clean store, super-super-super slow food service.

This is the only publix in the history of any publix Ive been to where, they dont have breaded wings that are not spicy.All the hot deli items are so dry you can literally see crusty stuff.Both the Mac and cheese some kind of veggie rice looked dry and hard enough to break teeth😬

For being in a small plaza in the middle of nowhere, it is surprisingly well stocked and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Same courteous service expected at Publix maybe more so than some other local stores.

One of the best Publix in North Lakeland. Very Clean and friendly. They have fresh flowers inside. They have a fine deli with fresh baked goods and a sandwich shop.

I am giving this Publix Supermarket 4**** not because its not a great place to shop. I rarely give 5 stars. However, if I was so incline to do so, I would give it to the people working here. Good job, Guys, keep up the great work and I hope to see you the next time I am in Lakeland.

This is a great Publix. Like most Publix Supermarkets it clean and the staff are great. One of the best things about this Publix versus others is they always have electric carts. Ive been to this store more than 50 times the last two years and Ive always been able to get an electric cart. Because of a car accident(not my fault) I have two plates and 7 pins in my foot. I have had one shoulder replaced and other one was scheduled before Covid. Its hard to push or pull a regular cart.

I was amazed at the Publix delivery service. The reviews I read were certainly less than stellar. So I was a bit leery. But I was so happy with my experience! Absolutely the best thing ever, ever, ever!Fast, friendly service. I ask for 2 hr. delivery and they even came earlier. The food was still frozen and as always their produce was fresh.The lady that delivered it was friendly and efficient!Great job, Publix! Just one more reason to shop here.

Our new home base cookie store, aka Publix. Store is great as are most. Parking lot needs attention. People who throw sh*t on the ground with no regard to everyone else should be ticketed. And that restitution should be 8 hours of community service, e.g. picking up rubbish in public spaces. Sorry for the tangent.

Busy, bakery selection didnt look fresh

They are located at the corner of Kathleen and Griffin Rd. In Town and Country square. The employees are always ready to assist you whether locating an item or taking out your groceries to unload and take back your cart to another associate who is there to wipe it down following covid protocol. My wife and I were doing some thanksgiving shopping for ourselves as well as for her donation front line community service./ 12-03-2020 went to pick up some items for home and at the deli they were under staff had a line from all the way down past bakery spoke with customer service manager ask which department the problem was at informed the deli and she basically shrugs her shoulder at me. This isnt like this location I am thinking due to new grand opening at the new Publix on Kathleen training???
