The only store in the mall where some worker maybe shift manager was on a power trip. Told me to put a mask on refused to provide one so I refused to put one on because I didnt have one and walked out. I told my daughter to put her pile of stuff down, we will not be spending our money here. Thats what great about America right now. We can choose where to spend our money. Anyways you cant get a girl and hates his life. So his one little chance at power that makes him feel lie a somebody. Cost the store almost $200 but we found everything accept one thing at hot topics. My daughters had a gift card to there. Its only a matter of time before FYE is out of business.

They use bait and Switch tactics to try to get you to sign up for their subscription. They told me I could sign up and get 15% off my purchase. I agreed and gave them all of the information required. They never said a word about it costing a dime. When I put my card in it said Im legally agreeing to them taking $12 a month from my account. I actually red the agreement and said no. Then they were trying to convince me to sign up anluck. Not happening after that. Shadiest retail expirence I have ever had.

Please change your hours on Google to reflect your short staff issues. FYE close at 7pm. 🤬

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Spare yourself a headache and go to Game Attic or Gamestop or a decent small shop within the antique mall down the road. Employees are awful people. Hateful, lazy and down right simple minded. Anytime Ive ever gone in to look around the store was filthy and riddled with trash. Im not the only person to leave a negative review but I sure do agree with everything the other people expressed frustration over. Take your business elsewhere. I will be from now on after todays horrible experience.

Great selection, and the rare occasion they dont have what youre looking for they will order it. The music they play in the store is great. A little bit of everything. When Im in there I hear my music and my sons. Music the way it ought to be.

FYE is like a relic at this point. Horrible customer service, smelled awful, broken store fixtures, etc. Will not shop here again

🚨WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 🚨They let you in the store let you walk around without a mask, but you get up to the front and then try to checkout and won’t check you out because you don’t have a mask which is ridiculous they lost my business.

Have been in this store numerous times without a mask on in this store. And store employee came at me with his chest all puffed out like he was a badass or something because I didnt have a mask on barking out orders like is someone with authority or something.

The manager here started to argue and get hostile with me in front of my 8 month old infant due to me having a respiratory breathing condition causing my immune system to be impervious of contracting or passing on any viral infection. This guy resorted to being extremely uncivil and declaring things that had as much logic as he did wearing a mask. Ive been coming to this store for over 25 years and have never seen so much unrealistic and unreasonable behavior. Worst experience and manager to run a store.

Good used movie store

I gravitate here when I am planning to visit someone in the family with young children. Fye carries a unique selection of toys at rock bottom prices. I like to arrive as a guest with gifts for kids and this is wonderful place to find them.

They have a great assortment of items. Its a fun store to browse. You can usually find something your pocketbook/wallet can afford.

FYE is nice but used to be alot nicer. Met Camilla there when she had her first CD. Some things were not given as promised so I advise watching what you pre-order. The staff was just OK..... we asked a young lady at the register where something was and the reply was, Im not sure. So after looking for awhile on our own we left but as I said, we did meet Camilla there.

Went into the store to go shopping bought 4 energy drinks with Goku on them went back into continue shopping looking for Christmas and be told to leave with no explanation the manager was being discriminated against my friend because he was black I would never go back to that store ever again worst customer service ever

One of my favorite stores to browse and purchase all sorts of anime merchandise from figures to posters and t-shirts. Staf is usually very friendly and will help you find a certain product or size.

This place has a lot of fun and interesting items, but the prices are way too expensive. The staff isnt overly friendly either.

The store manager at that location literally cursed out a customer for asking for help. Idk what her deal is but she has no business working there. Customer service is not her expertise, she should be ashamed for the way she hurt that man. Fye should be ashamed for having managers like her. She needs to be handle with swift measures to make sure she never treats a customer like that again. There is no telling how many ppl she treated like that. I’m not ever going back to that store just cause of Whitney!

Great for music but everything else is extremely overpriced, my daughter got a gift card there and I cant believe the cost of some of the items. The sales seem to be them just knocking it down to retail value.

I love all the fun things in this store. From CDs to Japanese noodle boxes. You can find so many cool and unique things at this store. I was surprised to even see a kpop section in their music!! Sadly it didnt have the bands I was looking for but still pretty cool to see. It even has lots of snacks and more of thos POPs than I have ever seen in one place before. The staff there is always friendly. And the store Is always clean. I honestly dont have any complaints. Its just a real fun store.

We went to purchase fuel there and when we gave them $100 bill we had to wait for a several other customers before they gave us our remaining money so we can leave. And I was hurting and we were in a hurry to leave

I loooooooooooooooove this place.... If you dont know now you know I am a movie collector and this is my go to spot for movies. They literally have everything. Well not everything but almost everything. It was only one movie I couldnt find but besides that they have every genre, old or new movie and the prices are great. They also have deals that if you buy more than 2 you will get one for very cheap and my myself and I can always get down with that.

I have had both good and bad experiences here. One time, there was an employee following my son and I around the store while we shopped. She never once offered to help us and I knew she was doing the whole follow around to make sure they arent shoplifting thing (not that it matters, but Ive never shoplifted anything in my life so she was wasting her time). My son had an item in his hand which was an item they did not sell and was purchased at another store. After we made our purchases from FYE, they actually yelled at my son and walked out after us telling him he needs to pay for that (my son was only 10 at the time and was scared out of his mind). I explained to them it was from another store, they dont even sell the item, and offered to show them my receipt.I have gone there twice since that incident (they had an item I wanted which was an FYE exclusive, not available elsewhere) and both of those visits were much nicer.

Had a creepy guy following my wife around the store. The staff were nice the 2 times I have been in there.

Honestly great prices great products for cheap like wireless charger idk about anyone else but they cost like 40 dollars I bought one from them o. Sale came out 7.48 after tax and its the best item I have web. It comes to showing off my note 9 never fails and best bart small I appreciate associates that told me to check clearance for awesome products they di t want my money but they did with thinking hey his money is just as good if he bought something cheap thank you and hope you guys keep up the good work ......also store was very well kept and organized aqskme new eddion well series yu-gi-oh cards epic!!!!!
