Ivan went above and beyond in locating a phone case for my husband and I. The store had recently moved to a new location, so the products are in different location in the store bins . My husband told Ivan that we had has the iPhone XS so Ivan looked for the cases and when my husband told me which one he pick and i told him the ones he had told him was wrong. So poor Ivan then looked all over once more for the cases and found the correct ones.He was very polite and just overall a pleasure to help with us in this manner! Overall I’m very happy with my purchase from this location the manager and all the stuff are really nice I was greeted by Ivan And when I visit the store again I was greeted by a lady I forgot her name five stars for both of them

Couple days ago I added 3 extra lines and two of which were smart watches. Went home and Took me nearly 2 days to figure out why i couldnt get my second watch synched with my second phone, I even called online customer service and three Representatives could not figure it out. TODAY I went into the store where I bought everything and Miguel explained everything and even fixed the issue within 15min even though they arent certified in doing these technical troubleshoots with watches, He did an Excellent Job and will be going back to him!

He was exceptional in helping me and was able to provide me with a package that solved all my needs with little or no additional cost. His rating should have been excellent. He is located to the store on 98 north in Lakeland Fl.

I was looking for the Samsung z flip all throughout Lakeland. I called this store and spoke with the manager Melanie. She assured that the phone was in stock and would reserve it for me. When I arrived just like she promised the phone was there along with my name written perfectly. I was in and out of that store in less than 20 minutes. The sales rep and especially the manger Melanie were outstanding. I have been with att for over 9 years now. This store has got to be the best one Ive been to so far. I will drive the extra miles just for the customer service. Kudos to the whole store.

I had AT&T for a year before I accidently broke my phone and was in the middle of a job so I had to switch to metro because they were literally the closest store to me. It was the worst mistake I could have made. Im glad to say I am back with AT&T and I am happier than ever! Overall you MIGHT have to pay 10 or 20 more bucks for service but its definitely a worth it if you depend on your phone to do your job.

Great spot for all of your Samsung needs

We went to the local ATT store to look at phones. We had a great experience Hector was very knowledgeable about the various phones and offers that they have. He knew who we were immediately when we came in even though it had been a year since we had been in the store. He is also personable and easy to talk with. My husband is a technophobe while I am not the first one to buy something when it comes out, I do enjoy having new electronics. Due to Hectors knowledge we are thinking about switching to ATT TV.

I will never ever go to this location in Lakeland on 98 N. again this is my second time going in there and feel like I was being treated different when I first came in no one greeted me then five minutes later someone said will be with you in a moment someone else came through the door they greeted them and soon as they walk to the counter the lady started helping them and never came back to me so I immediately left the store I have heard this from several of my family and friends also.

Hector took his time to make sure he found the best deal for me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He also did not push the most expensive option and took time to help my wife as well. We ended up switching due to the exceptional customer service he provided (the price did not hurt either)

Helpful staff and pleasant place to enter!

Manager didn’t want to deal with a trade in and tried to lie saying he couldn’t do the trade in because I upgraded my phone at a Best Buy.I told him I already spoke to AT&T and that, yes, I can trade my phone in at any AT&T store regardless of where I upgraded. He finally went to start the trade in and asked for my account passcode. I gave him the same pass code we used for 15 years.He said it was wrong. Wasn’t working. I looked at the screen and he was entering a bunch of random numbers until it locked out of the system. This store is ran by absolutely horrible people. He was just upset I didn’t upgrade my phone at his store. So he just wanted to give me a hard time.Warning about this store: It is NOT a corporate store. It is a 3rd party retailer.

I am disabled and medically exempt from wearing a mask. I am dependent on oxygen. I was told it didn’t matter, that I’d have to leave and wait outside. So I called once I got outside and ask how they will be able to provide the same service. I need to look at phones because I’m upgrading. Also wanted to look at other plans since I’m over 55. He told me he couldn’t help me with phone selection that I’d have to go online and look. I’ve been with AT&T for over 20 years. Will be changing now. I did contact AT&T to let them know that location 4310 N 98 Lakeland is discriminating against disabled.

I was greeted quickly and politely. My questions where answered professionally with my options laid out clearly. Very happy and positive experience. Highly recommend.

Customer service is lousy. I went this morning to ask how to turn off the auto corrector in my Samsung A51, and the employee told me he didnt know anything about Samsung. He told me to go to a Samsung dealer, and told me there is one across the street. Ive been an AT&T customer for 23 years, and never felt so unwelcome in any of their stores. I was going to buy some accesories for my phone, but decided to buy them somewhere else.

Can only say Wow. The two guys at the LaFayette store were meant for this job. I visited the store on several occasions and was always satisfied and then on black Friday 2019 I had the opportunity to do business with the current staff. I hate that I cant remember their names because they definitely went above and beyond what I could have expected. They were fast friendly and totally prepared for any questions or concerns I had. Decent place of business. Professional employees, peaceful experience, very clean and well maintained location. Got the job done that reps over the phone repeatedly messed up with my address, to ship a phone to my place of residence.Spent 15 minutes there, getting and activating the phone instead of playing phone tag for more days of terribly trained phone reps.

I went into the att store to see about getting on a prepaid plan and Rus was there to help of rip. He knew exactly what the best plan for me was and how to save me as much money as possible! I was in and out of the store with a new plan and phone number in less than 10 mins!! Definitely the best and fastest service i have received in the store!!! Deff recommend everyone to go and talk to Rus!

This location is terrible, especially for business users. Matthew Riccardi, the manager, is indifferent and not cut out for a customer service or management position. I’ve used AT&T for business for more than 10 years and live in North Lakeland.. it’s worth the drive to South Lakeland to not deal with this store or management.

Amazing customer service

My husband and I walked into this AT&T store at 4310 US Hwy 98, Lakeland, FL on 08/05/19 at 2:15pm to buy some charger cords and update our service for foreign travel. We had also planned to have our screen savers replaced.Two men were sitting at a table by the back wall and turned around. They never got up or asked if we needed help.My husband, a veteran, was accompanied by 2 small service dogs. The first words out of their mouths, “Hey, dogs aren’t allowed in here.” It was explained, the dogs are registered service dogs and one man yelled, “Service dogs aren’t allowed in here!” Then the dog expelled a small piece of feces on the floor and he yelled again, “pick it up!” So I picked it up and we left the store.This behavior is unacceptable and we will not be visiting this AT&T store again.These rude employees are not the kind of people my husband would have working in his company, either here in Lakeland FL or oversees.They never even asked if they could help us.

They ran my credit without telling me. I now have a hard inquiry on my credit report. The best they could do is a weak apology. When confronted, the sales rep ssid,no its a soft inquiry. I verified and showed him it was a hard hit on my credit. He didnt apologize. The manager gave a weak apology.

They offer a fee that in the end is a hoax, free phones when they actually make you a contract for 30 months and that is where you are paying for the equipment, followed by my husband changing company for the supposed good offer and it turns out that he raised 3 Sometimes what I paid in the other company, is a total fraud and I will announce it

The wait took a while but everyone is very friendly and eager to help you out. Highly recommend and definitely worth going here if you need help with anything. Miguel is the man!

Didnt have what i needed but very good customer service

Waited 15 minutes on a waiting list. Heard another person leave because he had been waiting 45 minutes. I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told another 15-20 minutes hopefully. There was only one persons working with a room full of people! Don’t go if you are in a hurry!

Maybe one day Ill be able to afford Google pixel.

Worst customer service ever! My cousin has been with at&t for 14 years and we got new phones and a Apple Watch in February thinking we had insurance on the phones come to find out insurance was only put on one phone and now the watch is lost/stolen and we have no insurance on it because of an employee error and at&t will do nothing about it! Very rude management when you call customer service as well if I could give half of a star I would

I come to Florida every year for 6mos in the winter of all the AT&T stores in Florida this has got to be the best one we have been in the people are great. We drive all the way up from wauchule Fl. to this store as none of the other can help.

The reps in this store were all very helpful and kind helping someone who is not tech savvy at all.

People were great, youre greeted once you get in and based on what you need a sales person will be assigned to you, was able to trade in phone and bought a few accessories for our new phones, they were very helpful.

Was having a difficult time with my service provider and they helped me switch and they went above and beyond helping me get everything I needed and was honest about what I needed and didnt and got me a great deal on a phone and a plan to fit me

Went here to switch from my company plan to a personal one. Thwy xould not help me switxh my number and made me go through the call in system. Bill has been wrong every month since.

I waited over an hour while two people helped the one other person at the store. Once I was about to be helped another group came in and they stopped helping to help this other group. I waited another fifteen minutes when my question took five. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
