I went to three boost mobile stores. And out of all of them this is the only one that had any kind of professionalism. Sonce the purchase of my phone i decided to add a second line and again calling around to other stores there has been no professionalism whatsoever. I would rather drive 45 minutes to deal with a happy customer service based store than to ever deal with people that have no kind of curtiousy.Nice people. Great customer service skills. Ambition. A+++

When you call as a customer and ask a question and LASHAY answers and gives you attitude why do business here. A simple question answered is her JOB. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.
