TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....I ordered 53 shirts for my sons homecoming for him to pass out to his friends. When i recieved the shirts the color blue was total off and not what i approved on the shirt mock up. Was missing specific child shirt size i requested, and 2x and 3x shirts were totally different colors than the rest of the other shirts. Doug was very rude and argued with me when he could clearly see the coloring was wrong. Please do not waist your money. My son was stuck with shirts that was not even his school color.

We buy T-shirt’s in bulk for our restaurant and have had issues with other printers especially the turn around time and/or quality of the product. Shirt Shacks are always perfect, the turn around time is super quick and you can’t beat their pricing. Thank you!

Called to see if they had any extra shirts in stock (I needed a specific brand and color). The gentleman who answered the phone explained how they usually have companys that handle the T-shirt inventory but He was so nice and helpful giving me ideas as to where I could find what I was looking for! Next time I need t shirts, I’ll be sure to come here first! Could tell they treat their customers good here.
