Much larger than Socrum Loop location. As their other location, Crowder is well staffed, plenty of help super courteous staff. Reminds me of the good old days prior to the big box home centers that offer little in the way of service.

The nicest Ace Hardware Ive ever been in. Blown away by all the different things they sell from Watkins products to live Orchids. The staff were so friendly and most helpful.

I always come to this location. Very friendly staff. Brought in 2 of my blank keys for a Jeep Liberty. They were not sure if they could be cut but the staff cut the keys and they both worked perfectly. I will not go anywhere else for my supplies. Ive also purchased several other home improvement and repair materials and always get excellent service!!!!

The attitudes of the people working here is absolutely terrible and they make it very known they do not even want to be there working. Give attitudes to their customers and DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDERS there. Literally takes longer then just going in and grabbing the item I’m yourself and going through checkout. I loved it ! It reminded me of the hardware store my parents took me to as a youngster. Even the fact that it has a wonderful gift/ specialties shop for the ladies.( The one as a kid the womens,was in the basement.) The wonderful scents were also a memory. The employees on both sides were great, very helpful. I highly recommend a visit there. ( Not just because it made me nostalgic. I have been there twice . Sure beats the big box stores, and there is plenty of parking & a wheelchair accessible ramp.

One of the few places, where you stil can find that elusive hardware that you need to get the job done. Also, their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Not like the big brand hardware store that you have to walk half of the store to find help and most of the times they dont know what you asking them.

The service is unbelievably great here! While my husband shopped, an employee invited our sons and myself to pet their store cat. Then, another employee let them pick out balloons. This store has a wonderful small town, old-fashioned charm. They had a large selection and we found everything we needed for our project. We will definitely return!

Love the customer service. Unfortunately they only have small project fixings... Meaning if you want a large 5 gallon paint you have to go elsewhere. I love the nighborbood store though for my small home projects.. They have decorations to all those odd size air filters. Great gardening section and best is that it is almost like family each time we go in.

Two employees told me they didn’t have a product that their site said was in stock at their particular store. I know that can sometimes be the case, but I pushed for them to keep looking for what I needed since the worker acted like their was no way to look up an item. I had to explain to him that the store has a way to look up an item number to see if it’s there or not.Two employees had no clue where to find what I was looking for. I went on their website and told them the category in which it was listed. They were then able to tell me what aisle.Sure enough, plenty of the product in stock.Store is also very cluttered and overcrowded.Also, people wearing masks under their chin... just, why?

They got almost everything big box stores have but their prices are much higher. Employees are helpful and know alot more than other stores. I would come here all the time of they were cheaper.

Took my dad here for a nut, bolt and screw, literally took five minutes or less for him to get help and get what he needed.

I actually didnt find them helpful and when they didnt have what I was looking for I felt to be rushed out to find it elsewhere. I wasnt rude or doing anything negative. How would you even know Im looking for only one thing? You assumed that. I went here to support local business but this new younger crowd working here made this place loose its professionalism that it once had.

Their credit card machine is a little outdated. Youll have to wait until the cashier rings up the total of an order before a card can be placed in the reader. Then it takes a while to get the transaction completed while other customers are waiting.Otherwise, its a usually a good shopping experience, carrying hard to find products.

Been shopping Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware for years. They have a huge selection of items youll never find at the big box stores. Every time Ive ever needed a hard to find item, they either have it, or they know who does in the area.

I shopped for a Garden Flag stand....the only one they had was not the old style like i already have so I went to Lowes fir a gift card and while there I looked for their Garden Flag stands and thet didnt have any. I’ve shopped here several times. The employees know their stuff or find someone to answer questions. There are always enough staff members around and everyone is so welcoming. My toddler enjoys pushing their little shopping carts around the store, which is a huge help. Today I bought a pallet of mulch and was offered a fantastic bulk rate. I go out of my way to shop here.

I could write a book on this fantastic super hardware store. I love hardware stores like Crowder Brothers hardware. It reminds me of a modern version of the old bygones hardware stores in small country towns. I tell ya, if you need it, they have it. If you broke it, they have it. If your neighbor borrowed it, they can replace it ( because they never return it) theres some there for everyone, regardless if youre a basic diy homeowner or a hard-working professional. This place is like Disney, you cant see it all in a day. Take your time and look around, its worth every minute of it. Theres plenty of professional help there to help you find something or to answer your questions. Enjoy!
