Big sign out front for semis, but needs better directions inside, needs better communication, had to hunt someone to unload me, but was fast when they did unload. Dont show up at 9 am, break time.

Definitely not a good place for offloading. They are horrible. Guy was rude about writing in and out time for POD and left a huge mess in my trailer, when asked to clean it, supervisor said Its not my job to clean your trailer and cussed me out. They left huge planks of wood, huge blowup bags, long pallet straps, etc. Completely ruined my next load. If any company or broker can see this, please dont take a load from this place.

Been here since 730 this morning still waiting to get loaded so far 5 hours

It was pleasure working with SML company as a broker. Employees are so friendly, responsive & polite.

Friendly folks. Quick loading. Watch for big orange semi entrance sign.

No clear directions where is shipping.Drivers once u enter wait at the entrance some one will get u.2 to 3 hours to load.Before u leave check ur tires for nails very dirty place.
