The company where I purchased my hearing aids was sold to Florida Medical Hearing and my account was transferred here. They have been anything but helpful. I’ve come in on a couple of occasions for repair only to be told that they don’t handle my brand any longer, but they might be able to order the part that I needed. The person who could help me was with a patient but according to the receptionist would call me within the hour. Not only was it not within the hour, but I never heard from her at all. I found another company who was able to help. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

The people are friendly, but the hearing aids and follow ups are the worst. Customer service is really bad. I would not recommend Florida medical hearing center. Wish we would have stayed with Miracle ear
