I have been to Miracle Ear at 98 North Lakeland twice now and hearing aids cleaned. I have had Bre each time for cleaning. She has gone beyond the call of duty coming to get my hearing aids curbside! It is free of charge for cleaning as well as free hearing tests. I highly recommend this location. Bre is always professional and smiling! I would recommend miracle ear to my family and friends anytime. They made me feel so welcomed from when I walk in those doors Bre the office manager took care of me in a way no one has at any doctors office before. Great customer service. I needed my hearing aids looked at and called them. Jackie said to come on over, and she would see me. She gave me some great tips on keeping them working great. She even came out to my car, so I didnt have to get out.

During my visit to Miracle Ear, I purchased a cleaning machine for my hearing aids. I put them in the machine a couple times a week and it cleans and sanitizes my hearing aids right at home. Great investment in taking care of my hearing aids!

I was in this miracle ear office a few days ago and I was very happy to see not only a clean office, but lots of hand sanitizer and seeing chairs and desk wiped down with sanitizer. I’m not especially worried about getting sick but it was nice to see they take precautions to keep their clients safe. Good job miracle ear!

I love this office!! Bre, the office manager is absolutely amazing! She is the first face you see when you walk in the door, and she always welcomes you with open arms. She is always busy but makes time to speak to everyone individually. She is VERY knowledgeable and makes such a difference in your visit. I visited this location while on vacation with an emergency hearing aid issue. Bre, in the front office, welcomed me warmly even though I didnt have an appointment. She replaced my hearing aid tube, and also both ear pieces. She saved my vacation! I wouldnt have enjoyed my vacation without my hearing aids. Thank you so much Bre! I was having some hearing problems and visited the Miracle Ear store in Lakeland, Florida, back in 2015. I met Chris, and after a hearing evaluation, I was fitted for my first pair of hearing instruments.They were fitted over my ears and worked great. Then I had to start using oxygen 24/7, and the over the ear hearing aid became quite a problem for me and my oxygen cannula. Chris suggested I purchase hearing instruments that went inside the ear canal instead of over the ear. What a difference that has made for me. Chris does all he can to make sure I hear well, with clean and adjusted hearing aids.Bre works in this store helping Chris, and she is a remarkable woman. She is always cheerful and greets everyone with a smile. She goes above and beyond her job description. At one point, my hearing aids had to be sent out for repair of some kind. I became very sick during this time, and after a hospital stay, I was moved into rehab to recover. When Bre found out I could not come to pick up my hearing aids, she came to see me, and brought my hearing aids to me!Bre is really a special person, and together with Chris, they make a good team at this Lakeland, Florida Miracle Ear store.
