Really unimpressed and wish my painter never used SW paint. I went in there the first tome was in there over a hour because no one could help me for 30 mins. Finally helped went back several times for more paint the 3rd day was told they had no more paint… how does a paint store run out of paint? Was told they could order it for the next day and would call me. Never got a call so at 5:30 I called and phone rang for 32 mins and no one answered. Called next day was told h never ordered it and it would be in next week had to drive all over town for paint. There paint is not superior enough for the inconvenience. Home Depot paints do a similar job. No one can tell the difference between SW and HD paint. Gave two stars because after a hour he gave a discount

Works well where others have failed. I have had good experiences with the quality of the high end sherwin williams products including emerald and duration.

I spent 20 minutes in this store standing at the counter with no one offering to help. It was as if I were invisible. The woman was helping a customer who was complaining about all the mistakes they continue to make. 2 other people were just standing there like statues not being helped either. Very uncomfortable feeling all the way around. I went to the commercial store and the experience was like night and day between the 2. Not sure how this place stays in business or why you would go to an establishment who doesnt care if youre there or not.

I have been painting for 8 years. I have tried many other brands. I feel that SW is one of the abaolute top brands. Their paint cuts in smoother than everthing else. The thickest coverage goes to Behr Marquee, that being said it definetly is not as nice to cut in with. NOTE: the shelf prcing is upcharged alot. If you desire to use any SW paint I certainly recommend an account, which comes with diacounts.

After picking two color samples I was not thrilled with, I returned to try again. The sales associate was able to quickly find the swatch sample of a color within the original palette and made me a sample container. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. And the color was perfect!

Product is excellent. Employees make you feel they are doing you a favor to answer your questions. Not everyone who enters the store is a paint contractor who knows exactly what they want or need. If I want service I recommend ACE Hardeware. I believe their brand is made by Sherwin-Williams and they carry other brands that are as good quality.

Personnel were helpful over the phone, and found exactly what I needed. I ordered the product, via phone, and picked it up in store.

Needed some input on my painting project and got it here! So appreciate the expertise and can’t wait to start my project!

Bought color match device - defective - didnt work, they gave me a new one. Instructions skipped important steps, I couldnt get the app installed. The salesman and store manager couldnt get the app installed. After salesman called an expert to find out how get the app installed, he said he didnt know either, try some things, finally got it installed. Took home the second device with app installed on my phone. Woohoo! Victory was short lived. Tried to use it, it was unable to detect colors, it just said Oh no, color not found. Called Sherwin Williams, they said bring it in for refund. Wow. Would like to be able to give negative stars. Salesman did his best, five stars for him.

No one greeted us as we walked in the door. No one asked us if we needed any help. We went back to the wallpaper section and it was an absolute mess with junk everywhere. We had to crawl over stacks of books and disassembled shelving units just to get to the wallpaper books. There was only one other couple in the store so they cant say they were too busy to help us! Or even greet us. it was really the picture of how not to run a business.

Awesome store an awesome service. Most of the time reading through here the complaints are based on people and their own problems and issues taking it out on the stores. Also I don’t hold them accountable for equipment that they don’t manufacture and items that they simply sell. Do we hold Publix and Walmart to the same standards. Be fair to the people they’re great.

Called and asked if i could place a order for pick up. I was told that i didnt have a account, so it was not possible. I asked if i could use a credit card. Was told no.

I dont understand how you can be in the store for at least 15min and not one person say hello or how may i help you. There was 3 people working and one of them was with a customer the other 2 were just behind the counter. All that means to me is you do not want my business which is fine Ill take my business elsewhere .

Terrible service!

Very slow service even with the store empty! I tried to redeem a coupon the employee from the beginning I showed him what he wanted and he gave me the go-ahead to use the coupon and it turned out that the product was not compatible with the coupon and the associate called the manager to explain the manager to me and he explained. He went to his office and the associate went to attend another person and they left me waiting when I already had a shift before the person. It seems disrespectful to see the time go by and I withdraw from the store.

Terrible service they gave me the wrong paint twice, one of his employee jlim recently did not even help me remove the paint .... I placed it on the scale that he has to load paint, load my paint to my car and also raised it and return the balancing machine but your employee did not even lift a finger to help me
