Very nice store. Good selection and staff are always super friendly. Stopped in the bakery and got some desserts for a get together and some flowers for my sister in law because her dog passed away. Always busy so be prepared for that, prices are typical or a little higher, but a nice store in general.

Went in at 6am and received the best service! We had Betty for checkout and bought some fresh fruit. Forgot some forks and she offered her own pre wrapped silverware from her lunch! A very sweet lady to start off your day!! Our first experience with cub foods was great as we are from Iowa!

We went in to buy paper products for a church charity drive the next morning, and the employee named betty was extremely rude, hostile, and harassed us several times during our visit. she cussed at us repeatedly and forced us out the door. due to bettys awful customer service, we will never return to his Cub location again. would not recommend this store to anyone.

Everything is SO overpriced!! They are too lazy to price anything correctly!!! Be sure to watch everything that gets rung up, they don’t correct prices!

I used to get my food at other nearby stores and initially stopped at this Cub because of the locations convenience for me since I moved closer to it. I at first continued my usual pattern of shopping at the places I had prior to moving since I was familiar with them. After stopping at this store for a quick item the first time I had such a good experience I slowly continued to return and eventually began doing my entire grocery list shopping here. The stores layout is properly organized and has a great selection. It’s always clean and everything is always stocked. They won me over and I now dub this location as my main grocery store. I work night shift and will often stop in after work to grab things and occasionally do my entire grocery shopping list after work. I enjoy talking with Betty when I go in after my work shift; she is so personable and charismatic. I leave laughing with a smile on my face every time. There are numerous options of locations when buying any goods including food, what keeps people loyal to any particular store is consistently good products and good service. This Cub delivers both.

Please empower your employees to ask your customers to wear a mask. I know it shouldn’t come to it but when you have people walking into your store sans masks, you have to. I shopped here two times in the the last two days and saw at least two people each time not wearing masks shopping as normal. Times right now aren’t normal. There is a mask mandate, ask them to wear a mask or ask them to leave. Oh, still need to fix the conveyor belts on the self checkouts. Should also look into double conveyors for regular checkout lanes. Extremely slow to start bagging when you have to wait for the person in front of you to finish. Especially when you only have 2 lanes open typically.

I would like to ask the managers of this cub to please step up. My husband and I just went to this cub looking for toilet paper. We witnessed 3 or 4 people going to self check out with a grocery cart of 2 or 3 packs of toilet paper. I would like to request for the sake of others and the elderly to PLEASE make it possible for others and limit the toilet paper purchase to one per customer.

Great store with lots of options. This store was a much needed boost of higher level service in this area. Check out the deserts area that is over the top in options.

I come to this cub often because it’s very close to my house. Unfortunately they always charge the wrong prices. I constantly have to look at the register screen to make sure I’m getting the advertised sale price. If I catch it they will change the price with no problems, but I just hate having to correct this every single time I shop here. If you shop at this cub make sure to check your receipts!

Everyone is really nice. But I just dont get why no one helps you bag. I try to bag as fast as I can and the people behind me stuff is mixing with mine. Wouldnt it be more efficient to just help the customer? Tonight I was the only one in line and the friendly cashier just spoke with the neighbor cashier while I bagged. Why not help me bag? I have had the customer desk person just stare at me while I bag. Lol help me or at least ask.

Good location well run store, a bit on the smaller side of an Average Cub store, still very good. Produce can get picked over and in short supplies for some items at times. Open 24 hours is nice.

I like this place. Produce. Deli. Bakery. Juicery. Dry foods. Frozen foods. Pharmacy type stuff. Free parking. Handicapped parking. Bathrooms.

Only reason it exists is because the good grocery stores havent moved into the area yet. High prices, produce is a joke, sale prices are often higher than the competition.

Most days you can get a donut for 33 cents after 6:00 pm. Even get then with sprinkles or cream filling. Best deal!

Always has new low carb options like tofu noodles. Great to find something unexpected and fun!

Staff leave something to be desired there were 3 people standing around at self checkout talking but I had to go up several times to ask if they could fix my machine. They acted as if it was a huge inconvenience

I shop Cub. because theyre always well stocked. I went late Easter Eve and found everything I needed.

Good options, reasonable prices. Only complaint is that they are very understaffed. It is very difficult to be checked out by a person and I havent successfully completed a check out using the self service check out without having an issue yet.

Friendly staff. Logical layout. Good ethnic food selection. Great fresh squeezed OJ.

Cub used to be outstanding, but with the recent competition (Hyvee); quality seems to have gone down. Price errors and staff concerns has become more frequent lately.

Your regular suburban grocery store but theres two things that drive me crazy.1) theres no cell service which sucks if Im trying to pull up recipes to figure out what I need. Sure I could make a list before going but its 2017 come on. Is the building made out of 6 concrete?2) the conveyor belts are WAY too short and if its a busy day you end up being rushed trying to bag your stuff and get out of the way for the next person. I understand changing these would likely be a big expense but it is incredibly annoying. First world problems I know.

They are in the process of remodeling, so its a bit chaotic with trying to locate different products... otherwise, most of the employees are very nice, and everything is fresh in the produce and meat sections.

Constantly having to find substitute items.Some items are in bizarre shelf locations that makes no sense.Every time checking out the cashier continues to run the conveyor belt smashing the groceries. Everything seems to be high and exspensive here unlike thr one at rosemount i love it there and they have better cheaper prices and alot more selectuons of things to choose from and there bakery for cakes and stuff are waaaaayyy more appetizing and looks good to eat and buy and they know how to make there cakes look more professionally but the one in lakeville doesnt look appetizing and it doesnt look like have the time yummy to buy there cakes or dounuts cookies and things exc. The rosemount one has cold cooked chicken that i can buy with an ebt and lakeville doesnt i do not really like it there to shop but the employees are great at the registers

Jonathan was Awesome. He offered me Cub card and even told me about the free Pizza.

The selection of products and everything was just fine but I did have an extremely odd situation with an employee outside who appeared to be grabbing the carts to take them inside and he kept staring at my car like he had hit it but when I approach the car he quickly went over to the carts and brought them inside . I checked to see if there were any markings on my vehicle which there weren’t but it was still very unsettling to have someone staring at my vehicle and then looking out the window inside the store like they had done something wrong .

They really need to install internet access as the building, for some reason, has very poor phone service. Without it, its almost impossible to use the shopping list feature of the Cub app.
