I wish I would’ve read more reviews but they might be fine as a flooring company but do not hire them for any services beyond that. We hired them to remodel our master bathroom and it was a total disaster with unlicensed plumbers and electricians were the work had to be completely ripped out and redone and in the end no response from the owner Bobby and he did not finish our project. We are still hiring contractors to finish our project and he told me that he had no more subs and asked me to find contractors to finish our bathroom and then please give him the contacts so he could use them for other jobs. Very unprofessional in my view.

We are thrilled with how our new floors turned out! Timeless Interiors removed 2000 sq. ft. of tile using a dustless method. We were skeptical at first that you could remove tile dust free, but the removal was quick and mess free. The entire Timeless team were professional and helpful. A great experience and we are happy to recommend!

The showroom was so valuable to see the difference in materials. I had seen plenty of quartz that looked great online only to look cheap or tacky in person. For me, the shade of white and the veining are what set these apart and what you should look to confirm before installing. The white quartz looks much more updated than the dark granite I bought my house with. I feel like Im living in an HGTV house and my family raved about it over Thanksgiving. I referred several family members and will look to Timeless Interiors again when its time for bathroom countertop updates.

I tend to be very detail oriented with projects in my own home, and I must say, my experience with Timeless Interiors couldn’t have been better. I had a unique pattern of wood & tile installed in the entry, tile backsplash in the kitchen, & tile surround on the fireplace. From design with Alex to final details with Jordan, the process was a pleasure. The install crew was efficient & professional, which I appreciate greatly.

Recently ordered tile through Timeless Interiors. Kendall was amazing to work with and very helpful. She even had a full length tile mailed to us as a sample. Great service.

WARNING!!!! Do not use this company. Hired Timeless Interiors of Austin, Texas to install new kitchen counter tops in November 2017. Despite the representations on its web page, attached photos show the lack of quality in Timeless Interiors workmanship. This was Timeless Interiors SECOND attempt at installing the counter tops. Rather than own up to the obvious poor quality in its workmanship, Alex Hindle - project manager, and Bobby Hewitt - owner of Timeless interiors flat out refused to return any phone calls, refused to come to house to view firsthand the poor quality in its workmanship, and refused to do anything to fix the problem. We have now been without a functioning kitchen for over 7 months and have had to hire a new company to replace the counter tops. CAUTION: - Timeless maintains credit card information on file. Timeless charged credit card for the balance owed after installation despite the project not being completed and has refused to refund money paid to it, requiring the engagement of a lawyer. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Love working with Alex and his team at Timeless Interiors! They go the extra mile to ensure that my clients are satisfied and do an excellent job beginning with the selection process all the way through install. They have a wonderful variety of flooring and tile, all displayed in an organized and accessible showroom with lots of workspace to brainstorm and compare selections. I highly recommend them for your next remodel or new build!

We had the best experience with Timeless Interiors! They bent over backwards to make us happy and insure everything finished on time. They went to the extra mile with walking the project before we started to make sure nothing was missed and made the job start off on the right foot! Beautiful showroom with an amazing selection of samples! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable willing to work with my budget to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Looking forward to having them install and more projects in the future!

A huge disappointment. I do not recommend using Timeless Interiors. I used them on my custom home build and am now left with a master walk in shower that leaks water every time I use it and a powder bath floor they left the sealant on too long staining my grout lines and leaving a film on the marble. Ive sent numerous emails to Alex asking for his help and he hasnt responded. 9 months Ive been asking for a resolution.In my opinion the workmanship and customer service is below industry standards, especially for the amount of money I gave them.

Timeless Interiors was a true pleasure to work with, we built a custom home in Dripping Springs and the entire staff took care of us with red carpet service. We purchased tile for all of our bathrooms and their showroom made it very easy to make selections, the installation went perfect as their crew was on time, fast and the workmanship was impeccable! We also purchased countertops and wood flooring with Timeless Interiors and the selection and installation process was flawless! We will be recommending Timeless Interiors to all of our friends, neighbors and will absolutely use them again in the future!

Huge place, lots of people working there, but not sure what they do. People didnt know about the products or the prices for things. Two people told me that all products are about the same as far as they knew, and one woman said she just started working and didnt know much about them and was new to their sales team.If I wanted to buy something without a personal touch, I would just buy off the internet.Also, there was a ton of people there, no customers but me and nobody could help answer questions, Alex was not in the office is what I was told.I will be shopping elsewhere, what a waste of what could be a cool store.

Extremely helpful. went out of their way to meet me withsamples close to my home.It took me a few months to decide on the tile I wanted andTodd was so patient with me. He brought me tile that I hadrequested to see AGAIN with a smile on his face.

This is a great place. Lots of wonderful choices for our new house.

They dont pay attention to the customers. Bad customer service. I dont recommend this place.

Right price...buy the size you need countertop slabs, very professional...wish they had weekend hours though
