Unfortunately they gave me the wrong oil filter for my car, and trusting they didnt I didnt look to see if it was the right one until I already had my oil drained and old oil filter removed 🤣 but obviously I couldnt drive to get the right filter so I had to use the old one and put the new oil in...I was livid, they were super friendly and helpful but make sure you double check their facts 🤣

Tim is the man.Advance usually has the parts I need in stock which is why I continually come here. The one time I had an issue and got the wrong part Tim went out of his way to make sure it was the correct one. I don’t ever judge a business on if there are mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled and Tim did a great job.

Great store, with great employees. I have gone here a couple of times and every time they are courtesy and truly like to resolve whatever problem you have. Ethan is nothing short of AMAZING, I am not car savy ethan had the best attitude a great outlook on life and was willing to teach and share the information he was doing so I could learn myself. Fairly large Advance Auto store with huge selection of products. Definitely one of my favorite AA locations to shop at. Very friendly staff. I have found multiple items here that I havent been able to find at other locations such as mufflers, exhaust tips, huge selection of pipes, intake parts, accessories and lighting etc. 5 Stars all around.

I arrived at the West Colfax Advance Auto Parts locations looking for fuel system treatments. I was greeted by a very friendly, very helpful, Lady by the name of Lesa.I have normally used seafoam as my fuel system treatment product, but Lesa recommended 44k, which turned out to be a better product than the seafoam I had lived by. I definitely appreciate her recommendation and she even took the time to stand and talk with me for a few minutes. I definitely felt welcomed here. Kudos Lesa!!!

This review is for the commercial staff of this Advanced location. Nathan is the absolute best at what he does and Im sure a lot of fellow auto shop managers agree. Shout out to Robert Greer as well.

Dustin was a lifesaver. I had my an oil change performed at a local shop and when they removed the oil drain bolt they found that someone had installed a helicoil patch to fix stripped threads. To make a long story short - they put the oil drain bolt back in without a patch and the car immediately started leaking oil severely where it had not leaked before. I was about to leave on a 200 mile trip to return home and was told by the shop that there was no way to fix the problem other than to replace the oil pan - which could not happen the same day. Arriving at Advance, I explained the situation to Dustin and he calmly presented several options for solutions. He was clear that we would be okay and that he had personally used this method of repair on his own vehicles with great success. We took one of his suggestions and we used a replacement oil plug that he recommended in place of the old plug. The new plug sealed and was able to be torqued to spec! The car does not leak any oil from the pan now. I cannot stress enough how AWESOME Dustin is and how thankful we are for his help!!! He rocks!!

No news is good news right. I am a frequent customer and you have never heard my voice until now and that is because I am upset. The store hours are incorrect and we will see if tomorrow if they will have empathy for my concern or just shove it under the bus. It really made me upset that I drove out of my way to support your paycheck and was shown no remorse on the phone when I got there, and I am sorry that I am writing because I am upset and not writing about all the other times at that I had great service at store 6947. The employee obviously new my order was a pickup and ready to go...and that the website says 9pm!!! and it is 8:34pm Please change!

I go to this Advanced because it is close by my house. They always answer mechanical questions I have, and even give advice if I ask, when they actually know what Im talking about. One thing I didnt like was the fact that my 1995 wasnt able to be tested with their check engine computer. They said everything above the 95 was a different test system and they didnt have the computer for mine. I buy stuff there all the time and never had any problems. They even take back the stuff, when I buy the wrong part. They have cheap prices on basic parts, or you can pay the extra money to get premium parts. I recommend this store.

Doc is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life and I have been a bartender for almost 2 decades if that tells you anything. Thought he was just having a bad day so I tried again. Nope. Straight jerk. Seemed to just not like a women asking about car parts. Absolutely horrible.

Worst customer support service experience I ever had. I tried to return a part and thought that it can be returned by using my card instead the guy told me he couldnt do anything without my receipt. Most stores that you go into will take a return if youre using the car that you purchased it on. So instead of allowing me to go back to my car and get the receipt I lost my place in line and in a pavane to wait another half hour when I voice my opinion about this the guy started to yell at me and tried to kick me out of the store and told me to go somewhere else. So after an hour of waiting just to return something that was so marked up that I refuse to pay double what autozone had for half the price. Ill never use advanced ever again Ill never set foot in any of their stores after this experience in being a business owner of a locksmith company the losses theres Ill never allow any of my trucks to go to advanced. I feel totally disrespected and treated like less than a customer. Good luck Advanced!!!! Oh and merry Christmas.

I like the speed perks rewards and the online order discount. But Wal-Mart can always beat their price on oil by a huge amount. 5qt. Mobil 1 is $37.99 at Advance. $22.88 at Wal-Mart . But sometimes Advance will throw in an oil filter which Wal-Mart does not do.
