We wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes for my son and daughter for back to school. Two of the 3 pairs they couldn’t even find the right shoe for because they keep only 1 of the 2 shoes in the box so after charging me 80$ on my card then they told me they couldn’t find them so now it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t seen a refund on my card. This place is a joke. No to mention the time they left a security button on one of my pairs of shoes and I had to come back just so they can remove it. They even had the nerve to ask for a receipt before they remove it.

I went here to get a specific type of shoes and as soon as i asked the lady at the front she took me straight to them!! All of the staff was really nice even though it was closing time! Sorry about that you guys!!

Doesn’t honor the buy one get one boot sale it says it’s on only select pair of boots! Even though online shows different not does it say on select pairs! Staff is rude and lost my rewards profile when it was there last week…

Oh man I went into shoe carnival and was able to find shoes nice nice shoes for $5 I bought four pairs of shoes for $25. I got two heels sandals. I got a pair of fancy cotton tennis shoes that you just that are made to slide your foot into or you can pull it up and they have this cute little doggy design on it and theyre super cushiony and those are only $9, then I got the two high heels I got one was blue and one was beige they covered most of my toes and they werent too high and they were only $5 each nice shoes, and then I got a pair of black leather little kid like shoes that are waterproof and they were only five dollars. Go in there and check out their sales I recommend it.

They have alot of different shoes to choose from and the price is more than reasonable. Definitely would recommend going n checking it out. 😉👍

Terrible customer service. Very unhelpful and very rude when asked for a correct size.

They have so many employees but theres never anyone to help you when you need help. Every box has one shoe in it and you cannot get the second shoe until you check out me personally I dont understand it but I guess if theyve had a lot of shoes stolen than okay but does it make any sense to me. First you waiting around for someone to help you then when you finally get help. The Box only has one shoe in it then you have to go up to the front and wait even longer for somebody to go to the back to get the match okay. Make it make sense...

I dont know who is purchasing manager for this chain, but this person definitely has taste in shoes. Very good assortment for different clients, clear and understandable implantation, so if you one of those people who doesnt like spend much time for shopping, certainly you will like this store. It was nice experience visiting the store.

They have a good selection but can be hard finding your size in store. They will order and ship to you if they dont have your size. There was an issue with being shipped two left shoes that were a gift and not being able to get that particular pair but they handled it as best they could.

No stars!!! I was here for a whole FIVE MINUTES and it was the worst experience ever!!! The employees talk bad about the customers while you are waiting in line!! How disgusting and rude!! You dont like your job find you a new one! There isnt even any shoes out!!! Dont waist your time!! Shop somewhere else or online!!! Sad is the best word for this store!!! I would rather drive miles somewhere else!!! Save yourself the bad time!

Need to find a new place for shoes. Came across them, checked it out online first then went there. Not busy at all, great selection of footwear. My new place for getting shoes.

Dont order on line I ordered one pair of shoes but it took 4 attempts before it would except my card it kept saying declined. I received only one conformation but they charged my card 4 times and after waiting on hold for 30 min they tell me they will put the money back on my card on the 25th and have no explanation why my card was declined but charged anyway.

My mom got four pairs of shoes and my nephew and I didnt even wince while she shopped

I walked around & around. i had 4 pairs i was considering buying, however each employee that i encountered looked as if they were avoiding helping me. so i ended up going next door to big-5, where they had no problem assisting me & purchased shoes there. finally as i was leaving shoe carnival, a female employee took notice of my presence how convenient.shoe carnival, you missed out.

Touch and go here. Sometimes the selection is great, other times the selection isnt great. Its never really clean because they are constantly moving stock, and the customer service is lacking.

I was quite impressed with this place today! They werent advertising a deal on the window but while we were looking and trying on shoes, over the loudspeaker they tell us a BOGO deal that lasted for 15 minutes. I was very pleased! Walked out saving money! Thank you Shoe Carnival!!

Ive gone here like 10x and tried to purchase the same type of shoe. They never have my size in that shoe and Ive even had it mailed because of this. However they never seem to want to buy that size for whatever reason and 9x outta 10 I leave disapointed.

The employees are disrespectful.. My husband and I walked in this place ready tp spend our hard earned money. I heard an employee announce over her headset there is a suspicious man in a maroon shirt! It wad my hubby I was furious I told her that is my husband and what is suspicious of him?? She studdard and had nothing to say but lies.. Excuse my language but sorry we are Mexican and tatted up but we are honest people ..will NEVER shop there again!!

Your return policy is a crock of crap, cant refund if the shoes have been worn????? I bought a pair of mens dress shoes for my husband who wore them for 30 minutes trying to adjust to them but they were just to big, i got them in the size he wears but these were really big for some reason. I had never been to or even heard of this store so this was obviously unknown to me. So I just left the shoes and receipt on the counter and walked out.

My husband and I went in to the store one evening there was three ladys working not one of them could help us. I asked three Xs. I should not have to do there job. This was the worst service I ever had as you Carnival. I had to have my husband go look for the cashier to check us out. When I ask for help I would think one of them would come help but no. I even told the cashier that I will have to go another shoes Carnival store. All she said is ok she should have asked me if she could help me not till me ok.
