Sure would have liked to have more attention shown but staff was more eager to chat together just outside the mens shoe area a core of 3 that kept talking with another two who would rotate around the core while making it look like they were helping customers. Didnt buy here due to the exceptional lack of service.

Great place to shop. I went 2 times in one week. They have a buy one get one sale going on, the customer service was great and I was able to find exactly what I wanted on both occasions. Good quality products and lots of choices for everyone and anyone. I will absolutely continue to frequent this store, and look forward to my next visit.

Horrible shopping experience. The signs for the shoes were very confusing, with two different prices. I couldnt find an associate to explain the difference, so I took them to the register. When my shoes rang up at the higher price, they said they would not honor the lower price because both prices were clearly marked right there. She said that different sizes of the exact same shoes were different prices. When I explained that I grabbed ones from the row with the lower priced sign, she still said that they would not honor the lower price because both prices were clearly marked right there. Confusing signs, higher prices, and unwilling to own up to their errors - not a place I will shop again.

I just needed to give a shout out to Deanna. I went to go checkout and she noticed my shoes were two different sizes. She kindly ran to the other side of the store and got my shoe off the display window and apologized for making us wait which we really felt like we didnt. Shes awesome!

Been coming here over the past year. Today, like always, the staff was FANTASTIC. Travis saved the day for me by finding the LAST pair of the kind I always get. GOLD STAR!! Management runs a great store because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

When I come to Denver, I try to stop in for shoes. Most time they have my large size in stock. If not, they are good about checking their stores for & holding foe me.

Limited mens boot selection

Went to return a pair of my kids shoes because they stop lightning up the day after I bought them, so i went to look for the same ones they didnt have their sizes so I went to look for someone to help and all of the people that worked there were stand in a group talking ignoring me, so I just returned the shoes and went to the sketchers store where I actually got help.

I’d only come here if you have to. Disrespectful kids at the register, no jab at the manager, she is just a corporate “yes” woman. Disappointing experience I don’t care to relive. Just steer clear if you can.

I had a bad experience in this shop that They label a price on their shoes but when I went to pay for shoes that I picked up, they asked me to pay in a different price than it was labeled .

Incredibly poor presentation. Random shoes & shoe boxes EVERYWHERE. You cant find anything. The managers and employees were literally standing around bullshitting. Very disappointing
