Kim was great! She was so helpful in finding the perfect dress. She had so many beautiful dresses to pick from and she really listens to you to make sure you find what youre looking for and staying within your budget. Kim was so helpful in helping me find the dress for me. Not only did she have so many options there were so many affordable ones too. The alterations she made to my dress were great and she didn’t stop until it looked just right. We loved this place and we loved Kim’s service she was very friendly and so very helpful and accommodating. Don’t buy your dress until you have checked this place out first 100% recommend to anyone.

Kim has transformed my wedding dress as well as our daughters flower girl dresses beautifully. We shared with her our vision and she delivered beyond our expectations. My gown looked amazingly beautiful and Kim made it look like my own with the addition of special details. We enjoyed working with Kim. We enjoyed every fitting session and only have great things to say. I also bought a beautiful ivory dress along with our headdresses and they were perfect. Kims attention to detail is amazing. Im glad we found our way to her shop.

Small and simple shop but fair selection and good service. A bit out-dated in the building/shop but not lacking in the dresses. Kim did all alterations and was very accommodating, she even shipped the dress to me! I was very pleased with the service during COVID and personal attention from Kim. Her work is quality and dresses are reasonably priced.

Kim was.AWESOME!! Don’t dismiss the shop just because it looks small from the outside. Kim listens to what you are looking for and has a wide selection to choose from. She made the whole expedience enjoyable and we actually had a tough time choosing from the many beautiful dresses. As an added bonus most dresses include alterations!! Such a great experience.

Kim was so helpful and awesome to work with!! I went to Rockport Bridal after a disappointing trip to another bridal boutique and was amazed with their selection! Kim asked what I envisioned my dress to be and after given a very vague response, she found the most perfect dresses! It was so hard to choose the most perfect one! I highly recommend Rockport Bridal! The best part of it all (besides Kim, of course) is a lot of the gowns include alterations in their price! You wont be disappointed!

I had such an amazing experience here! This was my fourth bridal shop and I had narrowed it down relatively to what I thought I wanted but then Kim pulled a true showstopper that I would’ve never selected for myself. She is a visionary and so tremendously talented. I ended up purchasing that dress that day— didn’t even have to sleep on it!! She gave me so many veil options and included alterations in the price!!! Which, for me, being only 5’1” is an enormous cost savings. Her gowns are all beautiful and ornate and she can easily customize them to your liking. I was so happy we stumbled upon this little gem and I cannot wait to return for my dress and just to see Kim again! She was so wonderful to work with!

If I could give this shop a 10/5 I would!! Myself, my mom and my maid of honor walked in (Kim prefers appointments), but she welcomed us with open arms. That was special because I have only been to one other shop before hers. Kim is also so knowledgeable and talented! She is a great seamstress and owner. I will definitely be back for my dress and my bridesmaid dresses! Simply Wonderful.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting Kim this weekend. She is amazing!!!!!!She has such a great variety of dress styles and she definitely knows how to accessorize the gowns with veils and/or headbands to make the bride look phenomenal. If Kim doesnt have the exact dress in her store, she told us that certain designers can make a combo dress to your liking. Wonderful to know. Kims personality was so fantastic. She greeted us so nicely and made us feel so welcomed in her store. I cant say enough nice things about Kim. I felt like she was part of my family after our visit. You definitely have to go see her and what her store has to offer. You wont be sorry.

I absolutely loved working with Kim! I dont even know where to begin explaining how much she did for me. I had done some shopping around, visiting other smaller stores and the usual big chains, only to feel pretty frustrated at either the quality or pricing of these other stores. Rockport Bridals has both - great quality and affordable prices. Kim kept the alterations included, which can be outrageous at chain stores. It was amazing the amount of detail and love she put into my dress. I know my dress was not easy (there was a lot of beading) but Kim worked with me every step of the way and, despite everything, she was extremely detail-oriented and meticulous. I cannot thank Kim enough for making this part of the entire wedding experience so wonderful! Highly recommended!!

Kim is the greatest. She treats you like you are the only bride in the world. She is also extremely talented; she did an amazing job on alterations for a wedding dress that was very complicated with a lot of extra material, especially with the bustle. She also offers great products at an affordable price. A truly underrated local business with excellent personal service--highly recommend Kim and Rockport.

My wedding dress did not turn out as expected. The veil I picked out was lost in the back room and the owner was overwhelmed and unorganized. She was nice but didn’t listen to what I had wanted for my dress. Unfortunately I don’t get a redo on my wedding so it is what it is. I had hoped for much more.

Kim (the owner) is absolutely amazing, personable, and does whatever she can to make sure everything is perfect. I bought my wedding dress from her off the rack when it had just spaghetti straps and a super long train. I did not want a train and I really wanted sleeves. She cut off the train for me and made these gorgeous sleeves with the extra fabric. It was an absolutely beautiful dress - it looks like it was originally made that way! Thank you so much Kim! I could not be happier with my wedding dress. :)

Went to look for a mother of the bride dress for my mom and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere of the shop. It is so personal and the owner is really friendly. My mom is very very particular about her style of dress and very fashion forward. We walked out of there with about five to seven choices to chose from. The prices are very affordable, for dresses and alterations. I quickly canceled my own bridal gown alteration plans and made and appointment here to take me all the way through to my big day with alterations, undergarments etc. She was also able to order shoes I had been eyeing. I highly recommend this place.

I had my dress and veil custom made by Kim. She was so patient and wonderful to work with. I couldnt believe how affordable the whole process was. I cant thank Rockport Bridals enough!

Owner is nice, but so unbelievably scatter brained. My sister bought her wedding dress here and her bridesmaids got their dresses here as well and it was shocking how incapable she was of keeping anything straight. Girls came in for appointments they made and she had to turn them away because she double booked/forgot to write them in the calendar/didnt have things ready. She also implied very cheap alterations to us and then charged THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for my sisters alteration... boob cups, a little hem, a little out and a little in. Ive had this done in the past for less than 100... Very unhappy with the service we got here and I would most assuredly advise other brides not to go here. Not worth the time and money.

Emailed about an appointment for Bridesmaid dresses. Called 2 days later and left a voicemail, now 3 days later, never heard back.
