I have been trying to reach ASG for over a month to update my alarm codes for my building. Everytime I call, ASGs monitoring department answers and they also cant reach the main office (even at regular business hours). It is ridiculous that people who have been terminated from our company could still get into our building and our new hires, including our new store manager, have to wait to get in the building in the morning until another employee comes to work. I have been northing short of patient, but I now must write this review.
