Very satisfied with my purchase. buying a used vehicle is pretty scary at first but i’ve grown to notice that my car is very reliable! No check engine lights or damages that would go unnoticed. i had a great deal. i would say they are trust worthy.

DON’T FALL FOR THE REVIEWS and CHEAPER PRICEBe very careful with the cars they sell they would be ready to sell it for a cheaper price but there’s more to it. I got my car and its TITLE WASHED meaning the car had no clean title the car had been into bad accident it’s rebuilt title but it would come clean if to sell it in a different state. So be very careful run your vin number to check if the car is good. Take it to a reputable dealership or a mechanic shop don’t take it to a unlicensed vague mechanics get a full pre purchase inspection done and have them check it fully for you before you buy anything from them. Now i basically have a junk in my hand within less then a week everything started to fall apart. When I tried to fix this car this car had been worked on every single part of the car already previously including the engine and the transmission I’m warning you. Thanks

My boyfriend and I went to check out a BMW X3 that they had posted, it was below average price according to KBB yet it was in really great condition. Of course I had my doubts on the way there (thinking “why is it so cheap?”…. considering the condition of the vehicle from the photos on FB.) I thought we were going to get there and find out all sorts of issues (that’s what was happening with all our other test drives)…our luck hadn’t been that great so I didn’t want to get my hopes up. Once we got there, I figured that I would be rushed by sales men or deal with some sort of pressure to buy the car or another car but once again to my surprise I was left to check out the car without any sort of interference or sales pitch..that was a great feeling and a relief…I went inside and asked to test drive and without any questions or pressure I was handed the keys and my boyfriend and I went on a drive…everything was smooth and no issues so I was taken by surprise again…we got back and went inside and my boyfriend said we’ll make it easy for you, we’ll take it. So there you have it, a quick, honest, stress free car sale. I’m happy, their happy and I’m driving away all within an hour….Great dealership, honest laid back owner(Moody), and all around good experience buying my BMW X3! The owner also did not try to add anything extra to the price or have hidden fees here and there, the price was the same price we intended paying from the beginning. Everything was upfront and on the table. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, I am very pleased. I would recommend this dealership to anyone to asks! If I ever want another car or decide to buy a second one, this dealership will be my first go-to! :) I never thought buying a car could be so stress free and simple…and of course so quick!!! Had a buy a new car after moving to Washington and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. The manager of this business is extremely helpful, kind and trustworthy. The cars are also in great condition, mine was already very clean inside when I got the keys.

I was skeptical as a woman coming to a dealership such as this to buy a car, but when my husband showed up and the salesman listened to my needs, my wants, and my concerns; did not stray from our conversation and push me to the side to have a quote unquote man talk about cars, he immediately gained 5 stars even if I didnt buy a car from him. Normally as a woman buyer we are pushed towards things that we say we dont want or at a higher budget because society says we spend more, as he started explaining his cars on his lot I told him I will only drive a manual after that there was no talk about any automatic on his lot, no matter how much that vehicle met my needs my concerns and my wants. Their cars are better maintained than some of the bigger lots that I have been to the professionalism the honesty and the fact that they treated me like a human rather than just another sale or dumb woman buying a car is definitely something other car lots should strive to meet concerning their customer service.Their covid procedures I was completely impressed with. Driving a manual takes down my chances immensely walking out with the exact car that meets everything that I desire as a car buyer but I found one at this lot and I cant express enough how pleased I am. I definitely highly recommend you visiting this place my hard-earned money was well spent!!! yes its a used car lot but there is no you get what you pay for attitude at this place.I pray that God not only blesses abundantly this business but the families that work there and run it.finding an honest humble salesman is very rare!you definitely get that here!!!!.

Just bought a vehicle here yesterday. I made quick judgements based on how the building looked like but auto sales is on point here. Moody and his team keep the cars clean and ready for test drive. With COVID going on, they practiced social distancing and the steering wheel and shifter were wrapped in removable plastic. The vehicles were priced reasonably fair and below book value. They were open to any pre-existing conditions and gave free Carfax reports.I visited 5 other used dealerships around Tacoma/Lakewood and even the nicer looking facilities didnt care for their used vehicles as much as Zaynas.

Ok transaction except for the fact the check engine light came on the same day I purchased and the car was dead on the day of purchase.
