Must just be Halloween. However, the Minnie Mouse front desk associate sure knows how to show lots of cleavage. It’s a little uncomfortable to be assist by someone who is super distracting for a professional working environment. Like don’t they have dress code? Any respect for their customers? And they were super late taking in my appointment too.

Got glasses in September 2020. I have worn glasses since I was ten. I love the frames and they look great. However, both my normal glasses and sunglasses barely stay on my head, and I have a big head. When getting them fitted I was told they were as tight as they would go. I have never gotten a new pair of glasses that couldnt be fitted properly. Another issue is that the frames are already scratched after only 6 months. Im an super careful with my glasses, and double so since these barely stay on my face, and yet they are scratched. I think I paid for scratch resistant lenses and than never got them. I dont remember any incident where I dropped or bumped into something that would have caused this scratch. What Im probably going to do is in September of this year (2021) Ill go back get a copied of my prescription and use it to purchase new glasses at a competing store.

I bought my 12 year old son glasses a month ago. They were broke at recess. I am trying to order him replacement frames since they cant be fixed. The store at the Flat Irons is closed, so I tried to doing an online chat. That is only a robot and couldnt help me. So, I called the main 800 number. They cant order them (for who knows what reason) and told me I need to call the store. So, I called another store because the store I bought them from is closed on a Monday. (weird) and they dont have them in stock. I said, ok can you please just order the frames. She said she cant. I said, So, if someone breaks their original frames, that hold the already specific lenses to fit those frames, you cant order them?? I am sure kids break their frames all of the time!!! She said because of inventory this week, no. But maybe in a week or so. WHAT?? My kiddos prescription is so bad that he cant see without them. I will never buy glasses from here again!!! I would give them a Zero Star if possible!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Dr was informative and actually took time to review the imaging and had in depth conversations with me about contacts for the first time. The other staff was kind and helped fit me for contacts and ensured I was comfortable before leaving with new contacts and also gave me honest feedback to help me find the right frames. I would recommend them definitely.

Little hesitant as its in the mall. However, I found a great selection of frames and sunglasses, so I decided to make an appointment for an exam. I was so pleased with the knowledge of the optometrist. I will definitely be coming back for my regular appointments.

There seemed to be confusion between floor staff regarding who was there for an appointment versus who was in the store for other reasons. Once it was clarified that I had a scheduled appointment things moved forward. Dr. Jackson and his assistant ( didn’t catch her name) made up for the wait. Both were very good at explaining procedures and I really liked Dr. Jackson’s approach to vision correction. The employee who processed the checkout was thorough and helpful. Overall the appointment was well worth the 90 minute drive.

My experience at this location was terrible. The experience with the doctor for an exam was fine, but the staff don’t know what they’re doing. After my exam I sat with a sales associate and ordered contacts. I said I wanted dailies. The first time he enters everything and prints the paperwork and it comes out as 6 pairs of bi-weekly contacts. I tell him that I want dailies, which were what I asked for in the first place. He corrects the order and all is good... until I show up today to pick them up and lo and behold they have ordered 6 pairs of bi-weeklies. Sales associate at first tells me that’s what I ordered (happened to be the same guy), to which I reply that I did not and in fact h ad made him change the order to dailies during my original appointment. He does some more hunting and realizes he’s made a mistake. Now he’s talking the manager, back and forth, such a hassle but finally they get dailies ordered, which of course cost more than what I had already paid. I’m about to swipe my card when they tell I can’t buy the dailies because the doctor has to see me in them. At this point it’s been over 30 minutes just to pick up contacts and I’m frustrated so I just take the bi-weeklies and leave.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone there was amazing! Best experience I have had here in a long time! After my visit a little over a year ago I was not going to go back to this eye dr again. However, the new staff there was all kind and courteous and amazing! I really liked the new doctor also! They were great with me and my daughter (10) and helped us get everything we needed and quickly. I’m very satisfied with my experience this time! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Jackson was very professional, thorough, and caring. His examination covered all my healthcare needs including my eye care. He walked me through all the options to improve my eyesight and made recommendations based upon my questions. The staff at Visionworks helped me browse frames and purchase contacts for six months of supply using my insurance. The process was smooth and I walked out a very satisfied patient. I’ll be back to purchase prescription sunglasses and frames soon. I’m so impressed by Dr. Jackson and the staff and would highly recommend this office for all your vision health needs.

I booked an appointment and unfortunately their systems were all out of whack. When I showed up there was no appointment. They graciously took me in and were so kind about it! I received the same kind care I would have if I had an appointment. From the front desk to the dr they were all amazing!

Awful customer service. Showed up to my appointment and was given paperwork to fill out while the greeter and the manager talked loudly about how she had “left me a voicemail.” Then, was told in a rude tone that I was called today and told I didn’t have an appointment anymore. I asked what phone number they had on file and it wasn’t mine. The “manager” then stated “well I left a voicemail.” I told her that wasn’t my phone number so she didn’t leave a voicemail for me. I was then told I could stay until 5 and see if someone didn’t show up. I did not even make the appointment, I was told what time my appointment was and then simply confirmed. Completely rude and are not considerate of other people’s time.

Dr. Jackson was amazing. You can tell he really cares about his work and clients. He took his time to make sure my prescription was correct, and really cared about me as a person. The ladies who are working there are very sweet as well. We have had bad experiences in the past with this location, but we really enjoyed our experience this time around!

The people are great, though the atmosphere is not great. I immediately was made to feel comfortable by the great staff. They have a covid screening station at the door. Using my insurance, I did the buy one pair of glasses, get a second pair half off, which Im really happy about.

This was literally the best experience I have ever had trying to buy glasses!!The staff was kind, helpful and fun!!! The doctor was amazing and explained things to me in a way I could understand, FINALLY!!I liked the new equipment very much and was excited to be among the first it was used on. My eye exam was thorough and again done with state of the art equipment that Susan used very professionally!! When my husband and I arrived for our appointment last week, (we have 2 different plans) Carissa had all of our info written down and ready to go! Thank You Carissa, Good Customer Service Is Hard To Find Anymore & You Definitely Exceeded My Expectations! Dr. Jackson was also very knowledgeable, detailed and professional! Nice Guy! Great Job Visionworks!UPDATE!!! Unfortunately the prescription is horrible and I was unable to get through to reschedule my appointment to have it corrected. Basically a wasted $500 but it was a lesson learned! My $24 reading glasses work better! Beware of all the perks the gal at the counter tries to get you to add, ya might be spending more money than you care to only to find out the glasses dont work for you and all of the sudden youre unable to get a hold of them! smh

I first went to this location in 2018. I didn’t have a problem with them for the most part, but one of the staff -Julie- was rude, and made snide comments at every turn. Then I went back this month -three times because of problems with my insurance- She was okay the first time, still had a bad attitude but it wasn’t enough for me to be upset over it. The third time I arrived 15 minutes EARLY and while I was sitting with my seven year old son filling out paperwork she said “Hurry up and Finnish that. Your late, the doctor won’t see you now probably.” I said “No I wasn’t, I’m fifteen minutes early.” And she was trying to find my appointment. I asked if she would like to see my confirmation and She said “no it won’t help US anyway.” I was annoyed at her attitude and flabbergasted at her horrid customer service. The least time I went, we were finally checking out. Emma was helping me, I requested to work with her....someone NOT Julie because I didn’t want to deal with that mess. Emma did great, she’s been respectful through everything. But when we were checking out, she needed help and Julie was the one called in. Julie was getting my sons glasses ready for check out and Emma was dealing with mine. Now, I was trying to find a way to pay as little out of pocket as I could for both my and my sons glasses....I know that can be annoying...I am in sales as well so I understand but I NEVER make these snide comments. She had the audacity to say from across the room “They’re not going to be FREE you know.” Which embarrassed me, and worried my SEVEN YEAR OLD SON. I don’t post bad reviews normally, but this was beyond unacceptable. After we left the store my son looked at me -clearly worried- and said. “We don’t have to go the the arcade mommy. I know you spent so much on our glasses.” And “Why was that lady so mean? Did she hurt your feelings? Your shaking”My mental health isn’t great. I have severe anxiety and Major Depressive Disorder. I have a hard time going into any medical setting because of PTSD....she embarrassed me for trying to find the cheapest option. My son needed those glasses, and so did I. My insurance renews in January, so I had to get them this month... I hadn’t paid my rent yet and I had to be careful. She made me so anxious I was shaking the entire time she was around...and the worst part of all this was that it upset MY CHILD. I was going to wait until after I picked up my glasses....but I just can’t. So now, I’ll be anxious walking in in two weeks to pick them up. I understand work related problem... like the issues with my insurance and everyone being swamped and overwhelmed with work.. but Julie was WAY out of line almost every time I went in there. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go to VisionWorks in the future. Not if this is the customer service you allow in that store. I know I’m not the only one that has issues like this there either.One Star is for the other employees.....the other is their patience with me.. Emma, Dr. Jackson, Susan and someone else...I can’t remember her name. I can’t give any more stars because of how out of line this was. And because every time I go there now I’ll be even more anxious about it than I already was!!

I was excited to pick up my glasses. Walked into this location and Julie would not even make eye contact let alone was she willing to provide me with any customer service. Glasses were not ready and Julie made such a bad impression that I will not be back to any Visionworks. I will take my insurance anywhere but here :) it was a good 5 years.

Went in shortly after going to Americas Best, I must say for being a place in the Mall they did great! I had no idea it was there and it was just ironic that I needed to get glasses. Prices were great, we are lucky we got the 60% deal. I did an Exam, got two 200.00 Frames and get Blue Light Filter on my lenses and I paid 352.86 after tax. My Optometrist was really cool, his name was Cody, got my girlfriend and I done within an hour or so. All the Staff was inviting and we had nice chats between everything. Thanks for a good experience!

I was absolutely blown away with the service of the staff! They were busy but polite. And the manager was a great multi tasker!! Everyone who helped me was amazing. From the front staff, to the person who did my pretest, to the doctor who made me laugh. I was nervous to go because I had a bad experience with my prior eye doc, and after this I am so happy I decided to use my benefits and will definitely be back to see Kayla and everyone else. I’m happy with my frames, and they were clear and honest about what I needed and didn’t need and I ended up getting 2 pairs for a great price. I just can’t say enough! Thank you guys!

She was having a difficult time getting the computer to accept my coupon and asked if I could return when a manager was there. I returned the next day and talked with Jodi. After a month going back and forth I still dont have the right contacts. Ive now been in four times and still have to go in a fifth. First they ordered two boxes of the same power instead of the two different strengths, then they ordered the wrong brand. Even after all that my contacts still dont fit right and arent the right power. Awful staff, totally incompetent. I will now have to go somewhere else with competent workers and doctors to get another exam and correct contacts. I probably would have had better luck just ordering random contacts online without ever being seen by them. I would like my money back since I did not receive a usable service.

The staff was great, not a reflection on them, but the fact that your W Colfax Colorado Mills location no longer has a lab to make glasses is ridiculous. The reason I go to Vision Works is convenience, I have gotten my glasses there the last 3 times. Its always been hassle free and my glasses are ready in an hour. This time I have to wait A WEEK before I can see again. My old glasses broke and I cant drive without them, I was depending on being able to go in and have this fixed right away. Very disappointed.

This store is under new management so disregard those low ratings. Hilary is extremely knowledgeable about eye wear. I was overwhelmed when i saw all the frames. She listened closely to our wants . After working with the staff at Colorado Mills I set up an appointment for Lasik eye surgery. The staff didnt seem to know how to write up an order with the correct information, and their customer service skills were awful! Ive worn glasses my entire life and Visionworks is the worst place Ive ever worked with. It wasnt just one person it was three people that I tried to get the correct information from. They are insurance gougers and should be reported.

This is the worst place eye doctor experience that Ive ever had. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had my original appointment on July 13, and it is now August 28 and I still have not received the contacts I paid for. I had to return 4 times because the records that they kept were insufficient for the multiple different providers that I saw. It started with the first provider that I saw giving me the wrong prescription and subsequently sent me down a rabbit hole to try and get the correct prescription. Once I finally got the prescription corrected I called and asked them to order the correct contacts. Its now a month later and when I called to see what the status is of my contacts they were never ordered.This office is disorganized, horribly difficult to get anywhere with the multiple different people that you have to talk to. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE!!! Ive never experienced a ruder, more ignorant sales staff! After receiving zero help choosing a frame, I was stunned by the price. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and was told that wasnt possible all she could give me was the total. When I continued to question the charges, I was told to go home and call my insurance carrier. I left with my prescription in hand and went to Eagle Eye Care where I received excellent customer service, a breakdown of the charges, and better glasses at little more than half the price of Visionworks. I will never go back...worst experience ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They refused to give me my contacts that I have already paid for. They are making me jump through a million hoops just to get my product. And when I called to speak with the GM there was no resolution. She kept interrupting me and trying to prove me wrong. I thought places were to give good customer service in order to retain loyal customers. I came in on Sunday December 30th, 2018. I had an outstanding experience from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. The service was top notch and I had the greatest time dealing with each and every single employee. My apologies as I have forgotten her name, but would never forget her outstanding welcome and helping me get checked in (shorter with short dark hair). She was great in getting me started with my eye exam before I saw Dr. Rege Nils. Dr. Nils was extremely helpful and informative with all of my many questions and it only saddens me hearing that the day I came in would be his LAST at this location. Though that wont keep me from coming back for any of my eyeglasses needs because I have a huge shout-out for Jodi! She was able to break down all of the costs and explain to me what was covered by my insurance, thus helping me get the best deal for the glasses I wanted! Also I couldnt help notice that the General Manager was very welcoming to every single guest coming into the store! Thank you all for making this trip a good one!

When I came in I was upset about my broken frames that I had recently purchased and TJ turned my whole mood around by validating my concerns and providing me with proper assurance that he would have both my frames and lenses remade. His professionalism and kindness turned my entire experience around and I was in a good mood for the rest of the day. Wonderful employee, I wish there were more like him! Thanks TJ!

After 5 weeks I finally got a call to come in for my trial lenses. I called after three weeks and was told I would be called back I NEVER WAS! This happened 4 times from calling every couple days just to see what the deal was! Then I wasn’t informed I would need to see a doctor regarding the trial lenses for a fit, so I had to come back the next day for that. It’s pretty frustrating dealing with the office staff here (the doctors have been nice) some have been very rude. Another told me the trial contacts were just sitting on the desk for a while because no one told “her” to call. I am stuck dealing with this location until I get the right prescription right for my contact lenses. The only useful information I got was that the mall location charges 6% sales tax so definitely will be ordering somewhere else if I ever get done with this process!!

Very aggressive sales staff that is more than willing to lie to make a sale.....was told my contacts would arrive within 10 buisness days and it has been 14 buisness day and now the front desk has started ignorimg me by putting my calls on hold for 10 minutes plus. I have not been aggressive about calling the front desk, they started ignoring my calls after the 3rd call in 5 days.I would have received my contacts days(closer to a week) ago if I ordered through Costco, 1800contacts or Walmart.

The new manager and staff are fantastic!! I had stepped on my glasses before a trip and decided to go to this location (closer to home) instead of the Vision works in Belmar, where I have been going to for years. I was so pleased with their service; when it was time for an eye exam and new glasses I decided to go back to this location. My only complaint is with Vision Works HQ, why dont you have all of your computers connected to one network?? They had to call Belmar to get my previous records, unnecessary in this day and age.
