Spent about an hour picking out a paper machete mask (maybe its plaster? Idk). They each fit differently even of the same model. Brought the one I liked the most to the counter and the clerk got flustered when he had to go back and look for the price. He took the mask with him but returned with a different one. I can tell, it doesnt fit my face the same. I remember trying this one on and hating it. Thanks.

This place will not disappoint anyone. Customer for life now. Worth the headache of big city driving. Its epic. Love my costumes! Customer service is awesome.

Amazing costumes. Fun accessories. Can go through the store for hours! Prepare to spend a lot-its too hard to pass things up. I loved everything we bought. Except for the yard cat. His back end wont stand up like the picture. Bummer

Very busy! Dont go there in a rush. I assure you, youll be overwhelmed by there selection. What i found frustrating is everything got brought up to the front counter & not placed together. Glad we checked & remember we were missing a mask! So we had to get rung up again. Just glad we remembered. This place isnt close to us. To make that drive again wouldve sucked.

Wow! This place is way better than spirit Halloween for finding a Halloween costume. There are so many odd things here. You are sure to find what you are looking for. They also have a costume inventory where you can look up certain keywords to see if they have costumes youre looking for.

So my partner and I have been struggling to find plus size costumes for Halloween for months the weekend of Halloween we found a clean tidy store with tons of great inventory and rentals! Had a blast!

Such a cool place. You can get anything you need there and more. I will be going back after Halloween to get some of the beautiful vintage clothing they have. I cant wait.They also have a good staff there to help you with what ever questions you may have.

This is the best year round store if youre looking for something special. They have a ton of costumes and every possible accessory to go with it. They also have the best selection of wigs, shoes, stockings and even have everyday clothes where I have bought numerous dresses for myself. Super busy, but everyone was helpful and polite. Somewhat messy, but thats because people let their kids run amuck. Tons of stuff, from cheap to theater quality to fit anyones budget. Worth the trip.

We rented costumes, they have a lot of variety and a lot of cool stuff. The woman who helped us pick out the costumes was extremely helpful. It was pretty busy but she did a great job helping everyone.

I have shopped here for many years for Halloween costumes. They have a great variety and I always find a costume that I love. However, today I encountered a very rude worker. I asked one of the female workers to bring me costumes to try on which were a lot I admit. She was very kind and helpful. Another older male arrived to help her and stated to my face that this was ridiculous and I needed to narrow it down to five costumes. He said that by looking at the pictures I could pick one and go. Costumes are never the same quality nor do they fit the same as they look in the models of course. His laziness was flat out rude and disrespectful and I wish I would have got his name. He then brought me the rest of the papers I had written on from costumes you select on the computer as they don’t have them out and stated they didn’t find the rest even though they show available on the computer. I would rather not support local next time if this is the service that is allowed here.

This is by far one of the best costume stores in the state! Theres so much to look at, when you walk in its like stepping into another world. Its big and full of turns just like going on an adventure. Plus theres also that feeling of a fun scavenger hunt if you go in looking for one thing.

Nice and helpful kinda pushed along. Asked about hem tape, she called on radio. She said we use it and have some. Not sure can give or sell it they use for rentals. Never heard back from radio so she says they didnt reply/respond so means no can do.

This place is AMAZING! Only discovered it recently after living here for a long time. They have anything and everything you can think of (just about). Rentals to the left and keep em forever to the right. I bought a roaring 20s dress for New Years after trying on rentals. Better bang for my buck was to own it. So I do. Halloween will never be an issue again.

I am very upset about the bad treatment we got from the person in the rental part, she started talking to us super rude and treating us like we were stupid, thats not the way to talk to customers and I realized we were not the only ones complaining about her, I hope they do something about it or fire her. i went to the store on october 15 at about 8:30.

I am in regular need of a variety of costumes for my Dance parties I attend and they have found almost everything I needed to really look the part and stand out. The staff are usually found fulfilling orders but are always quick to help if you need it.

Today (Friday, 15 October, 2021) I went to this store for the first time and we pass a horrible time there. firstly we enter and the store has a bad looking, they dont even have space to walk, many things were in the floor. but thats not the point. we wanted just to see the rentals and we read the sign that says please wait here if you want to rent or return a costume so we just pass cause we dont need help they can be attending someone who actually needs it, then we start looking like 10 minutes after a woman came to us literally yelling to us if we read the sign then we said yes, then she told us to get out the rentals part and wait behind the rope and while we get out she was repeating if we read the sign and slapping the sign with a VERYY RUDE tone, we wasnt doing anything bad like theres a kindly way to say that. she was yelling to us like we were stealing. We actually wanted to buy things from there but with that HORRIBLE SERVICE we didnt buy. Im upset and so disappointed. (that happened around 8:10pm)

Personable staff. So many different reasonably priced costumes. We love the selection of kids costumes. High quality, adorable costumes. A definite place to shop for that one of a kind costume. Good selection of clothing options, certainly higher quality than most. Lady that helps with corsets, while knowledgeable, was very rude and dismissive. Was impossible to get her attention and was very disparaging to other customers.YMMV

Best costume store I have ever been to. The selection is vast, and I was completely enchanted by their vintage collection in the back. Sadly since I am pregnant, I cant do Halloween costumes this year, but I am ao tempted to visit again just for any special occasion!!The decoration section is pretty sad, but I believe this store is catered to costumes. They also have rentals! We didnt go through their selection, but I have a feeling there are many amazing finds tucked away in there. Maybe next year!

This store has EVERYTHING that you might need for costuming for Halloween/LARP/burlesque/theater. They have an eclectic selection of items, so much so you can just let your imagination run wild. They have genuinely high quality costume and clothing items in one section of the store, and very helpful employees who work there. Do be mindful that they do not have a huge amount of staff, and if you are going to be there during the Halloween season, you will have to wait and it is very busy. Please support this small business and help it survive during these trying times.

Its crowded, and a little overwhelming. But thats because theres SO MUCH STUFF. The people there were very helpful. However, I did not try all the things they offer: costume rentals, makeup, apparently theyll take a picture you have and find/build a costume for you!!! Definitely gonna go there again.

We drive by all the time but finally stopped in for items for this years Halloween costumes. The had exactly what I needed for Teen Wolf and dad costumes. Also found other items to complete a couple other looks. Staff was happy, friendly and helpful despite being very busy on Halloween day. Will be going back again.
