No issue with repair but the billing department was not knowledgeable and added an additional shipping charge (T & H) to our bill that already had a travel labor charge. I sent emails which were not responded to and then follow up emails that were answered this employee no longer works here, please follow up with xx. Additionally when I called the local office the right lady to take my credit card was not in and instead of taking my number and calling me back later, they told me to call the 800 #.

Mickey is amazing. He has helped us many times with our doors. He is professional, kind and very efficient. Definitely recommend him and his company!

The women in the front office are amazing. Theyre incredibly helpful and do the extra work to find answers. Every time I call for service they go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of their customers. Every tech I have worked with was proffessional and on top of everything that needing to get done. The only company I will call for service on my doors!

The tech, Mickey, that came out and fixed my door was polite, and excellent at his job. Would highly recommend Stanley when you need it fixed right the first time.
