I would NOT recommend buying from Colorado Home Fitness.I bought a BH stationary bike less than three years ago. The bottom bracket bearings started squeaking so I called them for a replacement under the manufacturer’s warrantee. The technician did not bring any parts despite me telling them exactly what was squeaking. The tech worked on the bike for less than 15 minutes and charged me $95 for the visit. The parts were ordered, and I was charged another $95 service fee for the install, but the parts were incorrect. The next trip the technician didn’t have the correct tool. The next trip the technician told me I needed a new belt and unsafely and incorrectly reassembled the belt assembly. The Service Department Manager is very rude, unreasonable, unorganized. He didn’t provide timing or status updates on orders. He was slow to respond to emails (at least 3 days). The entire process took over 60 days and more than 5 house calls to repair a simple bearing and belt.When I asked the Service Manager to waive one of the two $95 service fees because of the hassle and over 60 days for the repair, he called me “shady”, said “I was trying to rip them off”, and “do NOT ever call us for service again.” Lastly, they overcharged my credit card and I had to contact them to correct the amount. So, just avoid the hassle and buy from another company so you won’t ever have to deal with this Service Department.
We purchased equipment and it was not working properly. They came out and tried to fix it, once they tried a few times, they were kind enough to exchange it for another piece of equipment with no charge. The new fitness equipment is working great! Appreciate that they were willing to get us something that worked.
Mike and Ryan were so helpful in getting us the right equipment for our family. They were knowledgeable about their products. Delivery and installation was quick and easy!
This isnt a review but I just had a question. I was wondering if they have adjustable weights and if they are low cost?
Really easy to work with over email and whole purchase/delivery process was really smooth.
Used to be a great place . I have several pieces of equipment from here but recently has gone down hill . Cheap equipment and employees who are not trained well.
