Very nice experience. I went at a very busy time and still the kind employee treated me great. Loved the hat and the service. The prices aren’t cheap but they’re beautiful and great quality. They can last many years if cared for properly. And paying for the brand name.Highly recommended!

A great place to buy a hat. Sales staff, specifically Nate, are very friendly and accommodating. Service is reasonably priced and quick. A significant improvement over the legacy Borsalino shopping experience. Prices are also slightly lower.

If you get a hat once every two years, or even less often, then this is absolutely the only place to go. They are a bit more expensive than their competitors, but their hats are definitely the nicest. Everybody can tell when youre wearing a Borsalino hat. If you get a hat more often than that then Im not sure you want to spend so much money on it.

The service at Borsalino is truly unbelievable. I brought in my hat to be repaired and the friendly, experienced staff members treated me royally, making my hat look like new. Even though I didnt purchase the hat in this store, they really went above and beyond to ensure that my hat came out looking great.
