This store is staffed by some incredible young people. They are always quick to help and give advice. When it comes to more complex matters they are inexperienced, and I’ve seen them get treated badly and be disrespected. Some customers think that teenagers or young adults have the customer service experience of forty year olds. I have seen these human beings take such abuse. It is not fair and yet they smile and greet the next customer like pros!Will always shop here!

Wasnt engaged by any associate working, small selection in comparison to competitors and even the selection remaining didnt have my size. I will only shop this place when it is buy one get one 50% off, cuz other than that it isnt worth it!

This is not a store worth shopping at. I bought a black and red Colorado Rockies hat which ran a total of $40 or so. Because of the placement with the security tag I thought it fit. Once removed and I got home to try it on I found it didnt. When I went back they refused to let me get one that did fit saying that by putting it on and realizing it was the wrong size that counts as wearing. Now Ive worked retail and if that truly is their concern then you would ship the hat back to the manufacturer. On top of this the person helping me spent more time on the phone promoting their side huddle. This company is a waste of your money and time. I highly recommend everyone shop else where. I know Ill never buy from them again.

This Lids store and Lids as a company is a sham. I went in to get a couple hats before the super bowl. I found 2 hats for 19.99, the price marked on the hat. They were buy one get one half off which I thought was a pretty good deal. When they scanned the hats they rang up at 27.99. I pointed at the sticker on the hat, and it was pointed out to me by some kid that corporate can raise or lower prices based on market. I again pointed at the price on the hat and they would not honor it. There is nothing warning the customer that they will raise a price regardless of sticker on the item because the feel like it. I walked out holding my tongue. I will never EVER buy anything from a Lids.

The new management has really turned the place around, cleaned it up and it looks much more organized than before. The customer service is better, more helpful and got me in-and-out fast especially with how busy the place was. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service! Been there several times and the guys working really seem not to want to be there, not at all helpful, and seemed to have bad attitudes.Lots of better, locally owned places to get ball caps in the mills mall.

Good selection of hats

Grabbed a hat to buy and waited by the register and employees ignored me for about 3 minutes. Ended up leaving with out purchasing.
