Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job. The owner himself came out and took care of our garbage disposal. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional it was nice dealing with an experienced plumber and not a young technician. His prices were extremely reasonable even for a Saturday call. I highly recommend Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical.

Service could not be any worse than this! Company sent out to repair valve and instal new washing machine from Home Depot. Guys were helpful to instal hose needed for drain to sink going into sum pump. On testing, I noticed leak, and thought was fixed. Told to run test wash when they left. Later I discovered the hose was hooked up to wall not sink, so drained onto floor.I had to hire a plumber who additionally stated valves replaced too long and now needed copper pipe to be secure and make up to code. Additionally, for code, brackets need to be placed every 3 feet. This could have wrecked my home if came off the wall. In addition, they broke my hose by clamping it too tight, had to replace that also! Overcharged my card. Waiting 3 days to hear back from company, received phone call from less than friendly employee and can’t even get problem addressed! Had to hire someone to address flood, and repair everything stated above just so I can use my new washing machine! Will update if owner can call back and rectify this.

Had a shower issue and put in for a quote via the website. Never heard back. Called two days later and got an answering machine. Left a detailed message. Never heard back. Company is either not operating anymore or has severe customer service issues.

From scheduling to completion, I had great service. The staff who scheduled and reminded me of my service was very professional. They called me and said Tim was able to come by earlier, which was helpful. After he unclogged my kitchen drain, he gave me a couple tips on how to self care for the drain so it doesnt get clogged again. Very good experience!

Very professional and honest plumbers. Im a new homeowner who purchased an old house and they were very helpful in prioritizing the work that needed to get done. Also a week after they did a bunch of work they came back to install a valve for my dishwasher, along with the dishwasher itself, for a great rate. I will definitely be calling them again.

Justin installed a new sump pump for us and I asked him to take a look at a few other problems I might want fixed in the future. He was able to give me a general idea of costs and explain exactly what needed done and why. We are new homeowners and this is my first time hiring a plumber, so advice and especially explanation of whats going on inside the walls is really appreciated! Employee came on time and very pleasant to install our new dish washer. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently until the job was completed.

NE Plumbing helped me on a duplex in Lakewood and installed new plumbing throughout the entire house They were able to get someone in super fast to help us meet our deadline. Additionally, when we had some emergency service calls, they were able to get someone out same day to address the emergency. Great service! Oh, and they installed a heavy duty whole house water filter for me, too. They met our needs and did what they said they would do. Would recommend. 👍

Blew up my dishwasher and when I referred them to a friend and they installed the toilet incorrectly which then leaked and ruined the kitchen ceiling. Never again.

Great and efficient work, warned about initial costs estimates and then accomplished far more economically the work required on a forty year old tub and shower.Called them again for a different bathroom and sink, but they checked it and said my interim repair to free a clog did the trick. They did a checkup to make sure all was well and then charged me nothing. Wow!Good work and honest about it all. Rare indeed.

Chris and his crew did great work in a short period of time. Most impressed with the turn around from when we had them out to look at the issue to when they started the repair. Driveway drain in Lakewood with a collapsed crock causing the driveway and backyard to flood. Very satisfied with the customer service, cost, quality of the work, crew was very professional and speed of work.

Northeast gave a reasonable estimate over the phone to remove and install a kitchen faucet and stuck to their estimate even though the job was definitely more than expected. The technician, a Mr. Kendrick, worked up quite a sweat sawing through a big corroded brass fitting to remove the old faucet. Not easy in that confined space. That guy definitely came with the right tools and prepared to work after he was pulled off another job when the first tech got tied up somewhere else. Kendrick gets 6 stars from me. Highly recommend this place.

Called again this is 2 weeks later...someone showed and then emailed the estimate. 3x more than everyone else!! I requested an explanation as to why and never got a response. Chris sent his crew (inexperienced kids who looked like they just got out of high school) out to install a hot water tank. I trusted these gentlemen to install the tank properly. When I looked at the installation before paying, I noticed the tank was not installed in the same orientation or location. It was blocking the doorway. The pipes were bent and leaking at the solder joints. Chris came out to see what the problem was and said no problem, ill just charge you to move the tank back to the spot where the old one was. Hello, thats where I wanted it in the first place. For $150 extra, I got the tank installed the way it should have been the first time!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

NorthEast was quick to jump in and help me resolve a complicated situation. The technician, Justin, was professional and polite, and he completed work quickly and without leaving a mess. Prices felt very fair, too.

Called and told them we had an issue with our toilet leaking. They came out pretty quick, and the plumber was condescending and said our toilet wasnt leaking, that it was either our shower door not closing (even after we pointed out that shower has never been used), or our gutters somehow overflowing through our siding. We fix these issues, but a month later things are getting worse and I take a closer look and the toilet is 100% leaking. Call them back out, and after trying to say it was a coincidence and talking around it, the plumber quickly realized it was the wax ring - one of the most common problems. He finally admitted, in a direct quote, that the other plumber was too fat and too lazy to fit into the crawl space to check for the problem, and too embarrassed to call and ask for help. While they eventually comped one of the visits (after much arguing) and the work they did was adequate, I still have a water damaged subfloor now and will never use or recommend them again. If you do happen to use them, request a plumber who isnt fat and lazy (their own words about the first guy).

Just moved into the area and had some immediate plumbing repairs to be done. I called a few places and got only answering machines, no callbacks. Then I dialed Northeast and not only spoke with a very pleasant and live representative, but I also was able to schedule an appointment right away. The two workmen who showed up did excellent work and were very personable, and the repairs (new pipes plus a clogged pipe) were done in a day. A week or so later, we discovered another problem, this time having to do with our washer installation and the gas line for a dryer. Again I was able to schedule a prompt appointment and the service was excellent. Totally worth it!Am planning to try them out for a little electrical work in the near future. So glad to have found a service we can rely on!

This company worked on my neighbors property. They were complete slobs with no regard for the property of others. The workers threw a bunch of dirt into our yard, covering our lawn and destroying my wifes flower bed. They left their drink bottle trash in our yard too.
