Very dissatisfied. I dont usually leave reviews at all, but my experience with Quinnair was the pits. I had to pay for someone to come out and assess my air conditioner for repair, which makes sense and is completely fair. After evaluating it, he told me hed need to order parts and the office would contact me the next day to set up the service. I waited for several days and heard nothing, assuming they were busier than expected. Thats also fine; people get busy, especially in the summer. But after a week, I started calling the office to see if I could get my actual service scheduled, and after leaving numerous messages, nobody ever replied to me.All of this boils down to more than a week of waiting with a broken AC for someone to get back to me, and a service call I paid for that might as well have been throwing money down the drain. Paying someone to figure out the problem before he fixes it makes sense. Paying someone to figure out the problem only so the company can abandon you without doing anything was a complete waste, and is essentially a scam.After finally realizing Quinnair would never return my calls even after taking my money, I went to Tobin, which treated me like an actual customer and performed work for the money that I paid them. What a concept.I am deeply unhappy with my experience with Quinnair. Others seem to have had better experiences. Im happy for them and I dont doubt them, but Id have gotten just as much for my money if Id flushed it down the toilet. I wouldnt have wasted a week with a broken AC that way, either.

After working with another company located on the opposite side of town (for over a month), I decide to contact someone closer to the Green Mountain area. Craig came to the house to day to repair our AC. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and was on the fix quickly. He made the repair and then showed me some quick maintenance tips on how to ensure the AC unit runs efficiently. This company is honest and did not look to sell me anything and focused on the repair. I would recommend this company to any home owner. I called yesterday and they were out today getting things back up and running. great costumer service and and the service manager Craig was great!

Fake reviews. This is a 0/5 star company. They no showed twice. I waited in 103 degree heat with a non functioning AC for 2.5 weeks for an appointment with them and they NO SHOWED no call. David lied about being at my front door, the time he was supposed to be here and about his location. So UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to take off work. My time is my money and lively hood, which they wasted and took advantage of TWICE.

We recently had Quinnair replace our broken AC unit and we were absoluletly thrilled with their service. They were professional, thorough and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them especially if you are in the Lakewood area!

I picked up some filters for our Aerocool system. I looked online and couldnt find what I needed so I called them and they ordered it for me. It was ready the next day. They also did a great job for us last year installing a new Aerocool evaporative cooler and additional air ducts. They also helped us with the Excel rebate. The whole house is cool all summer and feels refreshing when you walk in the door on a hot day.

Quinair was unresponsive to the web form. Once I finally got my appointment scheduled via phone call, the appointment was rescheduled. On the second appointment the technician showed up an hour late of the appointment window. Once the tech arrived he said he could not work on my AC today because the temperature was too cold outside and he would have to reschedule. That reschedule never happened. I will no longer send my business to this company.

Best Customer service ever!

After a thorough review search I chose Quinnair and was not disappointed. My AC was blowing room temp air. Craig came out and was able to evaluate and repair the unit all while I was not at the house. Before attempting the repair he gave me a worst case quote and did the repair for half of that. I really appreciate the honesty. Before leaving he shut all the windows and set the AC to cool the house. Additionally, he dried up a drop of water he found coming from my fridge. Overall, this was a great experience with good communication and excellent service!

I dont normally leave reviews, but Bryan from Quinnair did an outstanding job so I felt compelled to write. Our water heater went out and was leaking in our basement. We called Quinnair and Bryan came out to diagnose the problem. He arrived on schedule and was very professional and knowledgeable. After determining that we needed a water heater replacement, he did an amazing job on install and was very fairly priced. As a result of our positive experience, we also used Bryan to service our air conditioner this summer. He again arrived promptly and was very pleasant to work with. After talking through a couple issues I had noticed with our outside AC unit, he took a look and noticed something our previous company had missed. He had everything he needed with him and was able to do the air conditioning repair in the same visit! I wholeheartedly recommend Quinnair. They will be my first and only call the next time I need anything HVAC related!

Quinnair installed our AC and later a new water heater in our condo. The office staff and installers are courteous, professional and straight forward. They seem like a big family. Their pricing is competitive and they offer financing. They answered all of my questions, no matter how basic, with patience and professionalism. I recommend them and will absolutely go back to them in the future.

We got an evaporative cooler installed by them last year. The thing has broken down at least six times since its been installed. Weve had Quinnair technicians and technicians from different companies come out to do work on it since and basically every single part has been replaced - including the motor, which Im pretty sure has a shelf life of more than one year.The other people who came out even asked us if we had friends install our unit because it looked so shoddily done. They also damaged our roof and claim no responsibility despite multiple other professionals telling us it was caused by the people who installed our unit.Communication with them is also rough. We had to hound them repeatedly to send us bills. Everytime we would talk to the secretary about our issues (the ceiling leaking in particular), she would respond saying she was looking into it. Looking into it in Quinnair-speak means we wont actually call you back or try to help you, but well say something so you leave us alone.No freshly installed evaporative cooler should be as junky as ours is. I should not have to call technicians multiple times to get it looked at. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

Contacted Quinnair to help my senior, disabled sister, who lives in a mobile home, with her lack of hot water problem. She needed a new water heater and with the help of the great folks at Quinnair they did some research and were able to convince the manufacturer to treat the old one as being under warranty. This is the kind of service they do for seniors and really for everyone.

This is the company to choose (I did a lot of research). Getting in their work queue took 3 weeks, but their work was exceptional. They significantly improved the airflow through my house as part of the a/c replacement and now I dont have hot/cold spots or floors in the house. While we waited to get in the installation queue, they provided us with a portable a/c unit to get us through the hot days of summer.

I had gotten behind in my maintenance and I called quinnair, expecting it would take weeks to get an appointment this time of year. They fit me in the next day, which was great. Craig came out, performed the service quickly and efficiently, answered my questions about the heating and ac, amd made recommendations about how to care for it moving forward. We had a great experience using QuinnAir for a new boiler system. Clyde gave us a fair and reasonable estimate for removal of the old system and installing a new high efficiency stainless steel boiler and hot water tank. His brother James a master plumber did a quality job removing the old cast iron boiler, installing the new H.E. boiler and hot water tank heated by the new boiler making it more efficient. Linda and the others in the office answered all my billing questions and concerns. They applied all web and senior discounts saving us a few hundred dollars on this big job! I have had great service with both my AC and furnace. I had the furnace fixed when it failed over the holidays about 5 years ago. I had a technician come out the next day. It was about 50 degrees in the house. A part had failed and was replaced and I had heat again. Their pricing is also very fair.

So a month later I showed the system to Mr. Jammerson, a 30 year veteran HYVAC, installer for XCEL ENERGY, and he insisted that it was all just perfectly done in his words (who ever did the installation). We needed to replace our 22 year old furnace and air conditioning system. They worked well enough but were old. We wanted to go with something more energy efficient and with the rebates Xcel Energy were offering it just made sense. I had done a lot of research of efficient systems and had decided we wanted to go with a Trane 95% efficient furnace and their air conditioning system. We were initially looking at a single stage air conditioning compressor but based upon the difference in pricing decided to go with the 2 stage more efficient compressor. We also needed to replace our Aprilaire humidier since it would not fit on the new system. Quinnair gave us a great price on a new Aprilaire steam humidifier which saves a lot of water from our old pad humidifier. We got bids from both Quinnair and another reputable contractor but went with Quinnair based both on price and their responsiveness to our questions. In addition, Quinnair provided the Xcel rebate amount right to our invoice which they would later apply for and receive payment from Xcel. This was really beneficial since we didnt have to deal with Xcel ourselves. Highly recommend this company. Installation was great as well.

This is the first time that I have used QuinnAir but it surely will not be the last!On one of the hottest days we had this spring my air conditioner gave-up the ghost. I called around for estimates to replace it and of all the companies I contacted QuinnAir not only had the most complete and well-written proposal, they were the easiest to work with. From their first visit to my home to the last testing of the system the process was quick, smooth and effective.I have an older condo that was not really designed to be air conditioned and cooling the upstairs has always been a problem – Brian and I discussed a Daikin Mini-Split ductless system (I was aware of this type of system from having lived where they are widely used). Brian was not only familiar with what I was looking for but was actually well versed in their capabilities and available features. The bid was complete and fast, the install was completed with a minimum of interruption to my schedule and they left my home clean and COOL – the upstairs is now thoroughly comfortable for the first summer in the 16 years that I have owned my condo.You may find a cheaper company than QuinnAir, but you will not find a better one! I highly recommend them and will be steering my family and friends there when they are in need of Air Conditioning and Heating Work!
