Ordered a gift for a baby shower. The website said all products ship around 48 hours after the order is placed unless stated otherwise. After 10 days my products still never shipped. When I inquired about a status update, the response was the product came in today. It will go out next week. There was no apology or even a hello addressing my email. Customer service is terrible.
My wife purchased an expensive baby blanket from this store online after seeing some of their products on Instagram. They advertise themselves a luxury brand and have seemingly nice looking stuff, yet the $89 baby blanket arrived smelling foul. My wife reached out via email, informing them of the odor. Their response- “ Sorry about that, try to wash it we never had that issue before, washing it shouldnt ruin it ”. She requested an exchange. Their response was “Yes You can send it back and pay for us to to ship you another one” (these are exact quotes). After further polite inquiries from my wife asking for at least a discount on the shipping cost as it was obviously a defective product, their response remained the same- either wash it or ship it both ways at your expense. They should be ashamed of themselves for practicing business this way. They should further be embarrassed to sell $89 blankets that literally smell like cat urine.
The best store ever Quality and service and the nicest stuff in town it is dangerous to walk in there because he couldn’t work out with the whole store everything is gorgeous nicest people you could imagine!!
