Well let me just start by saying I was a contractor in the industry for about 10 years after losing everything to covid19.Well needless to say, I had to rejoin the workforce after nearly a decade. I first got my toes wet with one of colorado sprinklers competitors, but literally had to leave after 2 months due to business practices as I didnt care for and the politics that management seemed to always find themselves flooded with along with over the top pricing so I morally forced myself to resign Their office was a mess.. the list goes on.So I tried CO Sprinklers. Now after my first full season with CO sprinklers comes to an end, I just want to put a heart felt review out for this company. I mean its hard working for the man when you were the man yourself for so many years on your own. But I cannot give justin, the owner enough praise. I literally cannot see me working for someone other than Justin here at colorado sprinklers. One of my biggest contingencies to working here was that there was a family oriented environment within the organization. Not only do I look at justin as a boss but family as well. Even my service manager James is family to me. The entire staff has rallied together and we feel like a synchronized unit.Also, the opportunity offered to me as a first year technician walking into this company has been insurmountable. The opportunity Justin has provided, not only myself but the rest my coworkers as well has been second to none.Justin is not only a good owner, but a good person in general. We had new sod and a new sprinkler system installed in May. There are a few spots that are completely dead. I wasnt initially worried as these guys had been great to deal with during the estimate/install and the sod is under warranty. We tried for 3 months to get it taken care of but could never get them to return phone calls or email. We finally got a hold of someone and they sent a third party company to evaluate the problems (no sprinkler coverage and another 2 weeks lost). Weve sent the results to Colorado Sprinkler over a week ago and still cant get a hold of anyone to get this fixed. So we basically paid for a lawn all Summer that looks worse than before the install. As of now I cant recommend this company and suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Colorado Sprinkler Service (CSS) has wowed me from start to finish. About a year ago CSS installed and irrigation system and laid sod in my backyard. CSS was referred to me by a friend and remarked how quick they were on his install. My experience was quarterbacked by Ryan Hamilton, and he should be considered a valuable asset to CSS. He was thorough, answered all of my questions and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. Long story short, CSS installed a quality product in a timely manner with a professional attitude, great customer service and at a good value. I would highly recommend CSS for all of your needs.

After Russell put in a top notch valve system, he came out twice (second time with James his manager) to address some concerns I had concerning water that I still heard running after sprinkler turned off. They spent over an hour investigating the issue come to find it had nothing to do with the sprinkler system. Still, they showed a care and concern for identifying the issue as if they were friends, not just a company providing a service. I could not recommend these guys and this company enough. I RARELY run into this type of personal service in ANY industry any more. WOW! Youve got a customer for life.

Taylor Sanchez was amazing. He listened to me and really cared. I thought I might need a new sprinkler system and he checked things out and said mine was in good shape and just needed some replacement heads and set two new ones to get better coverage. He is the nicest person and to me it looks like all my problems are solved. First time Ive used Colorado Sprinkler and I would recommend them especially Taylor Sanchez. For someone on a fixed income he saved me and I so appreciate that.

Great work from these guys! I used to dig and replace on my own and it would kill my weekends. Now I just call these guys and they do it quickly at a fair price! I call them for everything with my sprinklers now!

I was unfortunately scammed through indeed.. someone got ahold of this company info letter head, company email address, and application letterhead. I unfortunately I dont have nothing positive to say especially when I reachout to the company they gave the reaction like they didnt care..with this happening I had to put a freeze on all credit reports and pay additional fee for my credit to be protected ... this has been truly a big inconvenience. So people please be careful when you are job seeking you never know if its legit or a scam..

I had a complicated project at my front and backyard. Taylor fixed everything. He is a perfectionist, did not give up until the project was completed. He is a very professional and responsible- rare find !The only thing I am not satisfied was- my following appointments were scheduled very far from the previous one. So it took 3 months to finish my sprinkle issue. Company should definitely work on it.

Taylor quickly assessed the issue with my sprinkler system (an open valve), and did not charge since it was a simple fix. Service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Colorado Sprinkler Service!

We needed to install sprinklers for our home and before we did, I spent A LOT of time sifting through reviews of companies in our area. CO Sprinkler Service had pretty stellar reviews compared to other companies- the negative ones related to more minor issues like communication. Whereas other companies I saw in the metro area had some pretty serious matters mentioned on their negative reviews, including threats to take leans on homes. Stuff I wanted to avoid like the plague.Justin came out to assess our property and gave us a quote within days. His team did an excellent job of install and showed us how to use the system. They did a good job preserving our lawn as much as possible in the install process. There were a couple tweaks needed to be made, and Justin personally made sure to follow through with them with in a couple days. We’re super happy with our investment, so far all has been working great, and our lawn & garden have never been so FULL!Thanks Justin & team!

They came out and replaced a valve on our sprinkler system and got a little dirt in the pipe so the head got clogged and wouldnt spray. When we called them back out they gave us an estimate of $1,700 to completely dig up the entire section/zone of sprinkler systems and replace it when all I had to do was remove the clogged sprinkler head, flush with water and replace it for free myself! We have never called them again!

Scheduling was pretty brutal. Of course it was in May so Im sure they were busy, but it took two weeks for someone to come out and look at my broken system. Even though I explained exactly what was going on, the guy who arrived came without any tools or equipment and said he would need to send a technician. So I waited another two weeks and the same guy came. This time he was able to fix the pipe that was broken, but then nothing else. He wanted to schedule a time for two guys to come fix the rest, another two weeks later. I was so frustrated at this point, I was not going to wait ANOTHER two weeks to get my system fixed. I called someone else and got it done faster and cheaper. I still had to pay $200 for the wasted time.

I had them come to my home and look at my back yard to install a sprinkler system. I was told Id get a quote by email 2 days later. I even mentioned to him how difficult its been to get contractors to call me back after coming to my house to assess the job. I was assured Id get contacted back.That was 3 weeks ago. Ive called multiple times since then and have received zero calls back, zero emails, nothing.

Ive been working for Colorado Sprinkler Service for about a month now. There is a lot of stress and hard work encompassed in my job, but I constantly feel supported and appreciated. In the service industry, its difficult- and RARE- to feel as though you are not only needed, but also wanted. Here, this is a daily phenomenon. If you need any work done with anything irrigation related, Justin is your guy along with his team at Colorado Sprinkler Service! We did a large overhaul with our large front yard and large back yard in May. We had a team come out and do the scrape/till/sod and Justin worked well with them to schedule the sprinkler system install. His team showed up right on time the morning they were scheduled and got everything done quickly and efficiently right before the storm hit! They were all so friendly and respectful. Justin came and personally taught us how to use the Rainbird App (which is amazing by the way) and he has since come back numerous times to make sure the sprinkler heads are hitting every inch of our yard and installed the drip lines for our mulch beds and new shrubs and trees! We will be recommending Colorado Sprinkler Service to everyone that we know. We trust Justin and really appreciate the hard work of him and his team!

By FAR the best customer service I have ever had! I thought my sprinkler service was in need of repair due to the cold winter. Cindy at the front desk arranged for a SAME DAY FREE estimate. The owner, Justin and Brian (trainee), showed up right on time. They thoroughly inspected the pressure valve (the part I thought was damaged due to a crack in the plastic top) and they went through each zone to ensure it was all working correctly! They drove all the way to my house (45 minutes), spent a good 30-45 minutes looking at the system and did not want any type of payment. He said, I value customer service over money. Call them for ANY of your sprinkler system needs. Highest recommendation given!

Justin came out at the end of February 2019 to give me a quote on a sprinkler installation for the front and back yard of my rental. March 4th - He told me he would start the installation on April 1st (depending on weather) and I agreed that would be a perfect timeframe. He was then given the information of the tenants renting my house so he could coordinate with them. April 11th and 18th - I emailed Justin to check on the status of the installation and received no response. April 19th - I called and left a voicemail. I received an email from Justin on April 19th at the end of the day stating that he was a bit behind from the snow storms and would reach out to the tenants tomorrow. Not a problem. I sent another email on May 4th and again on May 12th to see if the installation has been complete. I have yet to receive a response. Seeing as this has been a work-in-progress for almost two and a half months now, I would definitely recommend going with a company that is much better on their follow-up and customer service skills.
