This was our go-to liquor store---due to proximity to our house and no other reason. I have now been here thrice with the employees not wearing masks. (Three DIFFERENT employees, so theres no way they all have something that prevents them from wearing a mask.) Its now obvious it is not an isolated incident. I will not be going to this liquor store anymore. Youre putting every single one of your customers at risk by doing not wearing a mask. Dont try to chit chat and make small talk with me as if youve got great customer service when really you have total disregard for others. You know what would be great customer service? Not endangering others. I should have walked out. I regret not doing so. Wont be back. Thanks.

We live nearby & there are about three liquor stores in our vicinity. We choose to come here because of the friendly service to adults & children. The staff knows how to work with customers. Our daughters always feel welcome & suckers are always offered. We appreciate the updated selection of craft beers. Thank you guys for always being welcoming!

No greeting, no thank you, no politeness whatsoever. They’ve seen the last of me,...sure they couldn’t care less. So many much friendlier people at other liquor stores in the area.

Everything is WAY!! overpriced & most staff shouldnt be in the customer service industry. Always watching TV when I walk in and continue to watch while ringing in my order without even aknowledging anyone is in the store. Have also had issues recently with product quality & storage.

Worst liquor store in the area! Dont waste your time. Tiny selection, rude owners who do not listen to their patrons. Ive asked them repeatedly about bringing in more ciders and they have been rude to me each time. Plus everything is overpriced. Do yourself a favor and head down the street to the big liquor store you will be happy you did.

I go to King Soopers for click list at least once a week. The service is always phenomenal, and with a really bad back its a God send.To the woman who decided to make my business her business, with out all the facts: you and your sense of entitlement need to stop going into public. Yes, I did park in the click list spot. Not because Im lazy, as your note so blindly asserted. Yes, you are correct those spots are for people that use the service. Which I have, every week since they started offering it. After James brought me my groceries, I told him I forgot toothpaste and asked if I could run in and get some. After he confirmed he didnt have that many appointments, and it was fine, I went and got my own damn toothpaste.You should be ashamed of yourself. Its this sense that you have the right to act on your assumptions that lands people like you on the news. Stop trying to assert yourself on other people, it makes you look stupid and petty.I know you will never see this, but hopefully someone else will. And maybe it will make someone think twice before leaving a mean note, or calling the police for no reason, except that you think you know better and have the right to insert yourself into someone elses life. The poor King Soopers associate was left apologizing to me for your cowardice, since you didnt have the balls to sign your little letter. Hint, if you arent willing to talk to someone face to face or put your name on something, dont do it.

Awesome staff. Prices are a little on the high side but I guess you pay for the convenience of having the store in the neighborhood.

Walked in to buy some booze and walked out after hearing the clerk speak to the African American in front of me. So rude and unbelievably cold. Millions of liquor stores to try, no sense in spending my money with an unhappy racist.

Went in this evening and the cashier was completely rude, when I was asking a price on an item she was unsure what is was, offering two completely different prices. This the second time Ive had completely rude service there and she told me I was lucky she sold to me after I called her out for poor customer service. Ive gone there because its close by, but I will be taking my business elsewhere!

The girl that works here is NEVER friendly she acts as though its a burden for her to ring you up.
