Very upset that they would not take my return without receipt. Even if I was in the system. I was told to go to the original store. What a hassle. Wouldn’t even give me store credit. I’m early in pregnancy and will not be shopping here anymore! I rather order from Macy’s and return without a problem.

I came here in hopes of better service as the Montebello location has rude young ladies working there and was pleasantly surprised to be greated by such an amazing lady named Gloria. She was kind, very cheerful and extremely helpful. My daughter and I walked out of there feeling like we had just hung out with a friend. She greeted everyone with a smile and really seemed to enjoy what she does. Ill make the drive to come back here for great service.

Pricey and not really a large variety of clothes to choose. But good quality.

If I could give a negative 12, I would.I was excited to finally do some mommy shopping and when I walked into the store, the clerk was in the back of the store, heard the door chime, leaned back, saw me and continued doing whatever.I walked in and then the clerk walked passed me to the register and barely gave an audible, hello. I walked to the back of the store and to the front...and right on out. The clerk said NOTHING to me as I passed her and stopped at the door. I turned around and asked for a card because in my head I wanted to call the manager, and she replied, Sorry, we dont have any.WASTE OF TIME and a TOTAL LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...she just let a lot of money walk out of the door.
