We shopped for several days and many mattress stores. We got written quotes from them all. We returned to Denver Mattress to buy from Carlos. After doing much comparison and research Denver Mattress was hands down the best choice. Yes, a little more money but best quality. We purchased a high quality mattress and adjustable frame. In the last 3 or 4 years we have bought mattresses at another popular big brand store and this will replace the misery of those purchases. We bought with the intention of this mattress lasting us many years. Carlos was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. He was new to the business but did not hesitate to ask others instead of giving us false info. We received a bundle discount with the mattress, adjustable frame, mattress cover, pillows and pillow protectors. We also had the option of sheets. We also received a great warranty and the option to try the bed for one full year and if we werent happy we could exchange it. We will shop at DM again.

I was promptly replied to by Steven Todd, giving me important information! I went to the Lakewood store. I was greeted promptly by a gentleman that notified Todd that I was there. Todd immediately showed me the mattress I was interested in. Todd gave me a bit of time to operate the bed to my satisfaction. Ordered and payed for the mattress package I wanted. It took all of 20 or so minutes. Im very pleased with the whole experience! I hope the installation goes as well as the sales experience.

I have to say I had a very pleasant experience. My sales person Carlos and his side kick Leevron James, (not his real name; Inside joke but feel free to call him that) were very helpful. Carlos answered all our questions regarding where the mattresses were manufactured, the best type of mattress for the type of we are. He also gave us three different price points. One with just the mattress. Another with a choice of different sized box springs. Lastly one with an all inclusive set including matters protectors and pillows. While it was pricey, I have to say the warranty given is wonderful as is there is also a 90 guarantee to love your purchase. I plan to purchase there again from there again after the holiday season. A couple of days ago, I stopped by the Denver Mattress store in Lakewood, CO, to buy a new mattress set. I cant say enough great things about Roberto, the manager. Its been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service. I wanted to buy a Doctors Choice model that a friend had purchased last July, and Roberto took the time to find my friends purchase on the Denver Mattress database to narrow my choices. He is very knowledgeable about the products, and his suggestion for a slightly firmer Doctors Choice model (due to my long-ago back surgery) was spot-on. Roberto is very personable, and his appearance (grooming and clothing) is professional, a factor that seems to be disappearing in this crazy world. A painless purchasing experience with welcoming and not pushy salespeople. Hedes greeted me, directed me to clearance options with very steep discounts, and helped me and got me out the door in less than 10 minutes (I only needed a box spring and some pillows so it was particularly easy). Hedes gave me a steeper discount than was already marked on clearance (which I didnt expect) and then Josh loaded up the box spring on the roof of my vehicle and tied it down so we could transport it. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, and I truly appreciate it. The fact that they always have some clearance is great too as Im usually a thrifter. Will definitely be back when my mattress needs replaced.

I bought a mattress over the phone because I was promised delivery on September 6th. I now believe this was a lie, just so the salesman could make his quota. There was no delivery on the promised date. I am still waiting for the mattress. Online estimates are 4-6 weeks, and I am within that time frame anyway. My advice is dont believe the salesperson, they lie and think its good business. Wish I had ordered online afterall.

We had the best experience at Denver Mattress yesterday! Steven was so helpful and provided the best customer service! My husband and I went in not expecting to buy but just test out mattresses. I ended up buying a Denver Mattress Telluride model, which is being built even as I type this, and I look forward to delivery in 2 weeks. My current mattress is a Doctors Choice model from Denver Mattress, purchased 11 years ago, and has held up really well. I’m pleased with my upgrade!

To those of you who saw my earlier post, below, please know that Denver Mattress has made this right. They are comping me a set of sheets, so even if I have to throw one away, Im still not out a hundred bucks! I will be happy to work with Denver Mattress in the future. Thank you to Denver Mattress, and thank you to Yelp :-) I bought a Purple mattress bed here about a year ago. Since then, I have discovered the Purple top sheet does not work for me, but the bottom sheet is fine. I came back to ask to buy a second bottom sheet. The manager of the store said there is no way to do that. Id have to buy the whole set and then throw the top sheet away. The Purple bed, along with the equipment and supplies, cost a bundle. Add to that the amount of business I have done at Denver Mattress over the years, and the manager should have been falling all over himself to GIVE me the freakin sheet. I will never do business with Denver Mattress again, and I will tell everyone i know to avoid buying a Purple bed. Apparently, customer service is not really a thing for them.
