Far and away the best fresh chorizo I’ve found since I moved to Washington from California.Store is clean and the produce is freshThis is the only Tienda y Carniceria I have been to in WA that has the quality I look for.You will benefit from understanding and speaking Spanish.Their bakery case looked incredible.

This place has I all. Great employees and great food. Go to the back and get fresh made pastries of my favorite. Warm bread with ham cheese and jalapeno. Great for a snack any time you can get them. They sale out of them fast so get there early.

Found my new Carnitas spot. Our local Lacey one closed. This has cooked Carnitas, chicharron, barbacoa, rice, and beans. Fresh salsas and warm tortillas. Finally a spot similar to California.

There a couple times i have been here love there green hot sauce i havent try there food yet

Great variety and quality of their products, fruits and vegetables always fresh and great meat qualityI loved that they have a great selection of products from Mexico, also the sweet bread from the bakery area is delicious. The best Mexican market Ive visited here in Tacoma.

Great experience. The store is clean, well & perfectly stocked with just about any item you need. Absolutely love this place. Their butcher shop has a large amount of cuts. Their prepared food is VERY delicious. Brings back a lot of childhood memories with everything you see in this store, especially the fresh pan dulce 😍😋 highly recommended making a store here for their super delicious barbacoa and warm fresh tortillas. Not a super large selection of fresh produce but they do carry hard to find items.

Great products. Bakery has wise selection of sweet breads and other pastries. Their butchery carries vast amounts of meats and seafood. Their to go food is fresh and great tasting. Totally recommend!

Great place. Small, but the variety of Hispanic items for cooking is worth the trip alone. The staff is super friendly, found things there I needed that I havent been able to find much elsewhere around the state.

Just moved up here from LA, CA so I was excited to find Mexican grocery stores. I was shocked at how expensive almost everything is. Granted those things are way cheaper back home, but even winco sells it for way cheaper!!! Such a shame! The only reason I even gave some stars was because their bread is AMAZING! Soft and good taste. Their meat wasn’t too bad either. I’ll go back for those 2 things.

This place is amazing! So many wonderful items, snacks, candy, pre-made salsas, pan dulce, other treats, and home goods. They have everything! The meat and seafood selection alone is impressive. I cant wait to go back!

If youre not Hispanic, DONT SHOP HERE! All 4 times that Ive been here, I was disrespected and treated like trash. Including a cashier today said I swiped my card too slow and told me he had more people waiting so to pay him or leave the line. Yeah no thanks 😒

Good selection of Mexican stuff, but the big No No = is overpriced big-time. Many things are super expensive in comparison even with Safeway or Fred Mayer. Shame of owners trying to take advantage of people. Not going back again.I heard they use some of the old Mexican bread to make fresh one . Thats not good at all...!

I live in Sumner but I just come all the way here because I love the pan dulce and really like the meat for carne asada. The reason I dont give 5 stars its because the cashiers are not nice at all. They are rude and mean.

Love this place, from their in-store made Pan Dulce to their Carnicería, Chicharrones and in-store made tortillas. Whatever you need they have.

Customer services is very bad. Cashiers are rude and if you ask them something they ignore you and as you walk in they all stare and watch every thing you do. They make you very very unwelcome.

I love this store! However, I did order a large amount of al pastor taco meat and found a big chuck of hard plastic in the meat, I am assuming it’s from plastic sections in the meat display that separates the meats. Also, the hand made tortillas are a bit dry...

I go there for products from Mexico, thy always have what I am looking for.

Friendly staff and excellent food.

Place is very good but there is alway this kid who has the worst attitude works in the meats section he’s pretty tall and hes had that attitude ever since hes worked there and instead of handing me the meat i have to over reach and hes gone in seconds ive always had my meats and cheese handed to me because that counter is pretty tall but this kid thought the products on that counter with some bad attitude

Love the food and the service but a little pricey

Love it here. From Southern California and I can get things here that are a bit harder in Washington.

My husband went to this place and about a 1/2 hour after leaving his card info was stolen and $1000.00 trip to LA was trying to be purchased, thankfully the bank was aware of fraudulent charges trying to be made, so if you are going here take cash, don’t use your card.

They do not have a customer restaurant because of covid, but the store is packed with merchants. They only care about making their money but no customer service at all.

Ladies behind the counter seem as though they dont want to be there..everytime a question was asked they seemed annoyed

I visit regularly but yesterday one of the cashiers was in a really bad mood and did not want to help us.

Kinda expensive. The Conchas are $1 each. They are really good but too much.

They dont practice social distancing, No hand sanitizer for costumers and disinfectant wipes for shopping carts and baskets. I asked if i can have some hand sanitizer, she refused and put the hand sanitizer back into the cashiers drawer!

I like the diverse product selection its always neat and clean. Certain items seem to be overpriced compared to other stores, However I like the store overall.

Great butchery shop quality meats but a little bit pricey

I like the store, the meat department could have a grab a number and call a number so everyone get there turn and not waiting forever.The Bakery could have prices on the bread, because every time I go in and I keep my receipts the cashier give the same bread that I buy every week a different price on the same exact bread that I buy the same not different they need prices the manager needs to put prices on the Mexican Bread for real and I have called and still when I go in never any prices on the bread. Also they need to move the produce and switch out what is mold like the oranges, limes, onions, potatoes, you know all the produce. Also clean the trays that’s people put there bread on not with the same Rag over and over again.I would like to see the Manager walking around asking the customers are you finding everything, asking if they need anything, making sure the customers are happy and Put Prices on the Mexican Bread AlreadyOh by the way always check your Mexican bread they have Cockroaches and the French bread on the bottom sometimes your see baby cockroach or on the floor always check

Very disappointed a friend Is a regular customer from them they drive all the way from Olympia and they purchased a bday cake from here, the entire cake had mold!!!! So many children ate it and I’m hoping they don’t get sick from it, we called to let them know they were not trying to make it right even after seeing pictures, I’m disgusted

I love this store ;Fresh produce, meats and sweet Mexican bread. Theres something for every palet with desserts on the go spoons provided. Cakes for every occasion or spontaneously provided for the last minute birthday. With three 3 location in Tacoma. Everett and Mount Vernon.

So never had much of a problem with this place love the bread but my husband just went today 12/26/16 got some good meat and got a gallon of hole milk well my trusting husband didnt realize that the date was for the 28th so two days from today and the milk was actually already bad!!!! When i got to open it So it must have been siting out before or something just not ok!!!! Please be careful when getting your dairy from los gereros! Nunca mucho problema con la tienda pero esta ves nos toco una Leche ya echada a perder y se aspirava en dos dias es inacseptable no an de estar checando con frecuensia los productos que tienen afuera que desepsion! Tengan cuidado porfavor

Big store & full of food options for any season.

Delicious bakery and fresh meat to take home plus all the other ingredients needed for any meal. We bought everything for El pastor tacos. They turned out great, excellent flavor and seasoning was on point. Will definitely be back soon for more meat. Plus the kids and husband loved all the bakery items they have.

We always go to this store and they have a good variety of meats and products. The only problem is that we bought tamales from this store and found a cockroach which was totally disgusting. Next, a mini cake that we bought was moldy.

Wow! Their Guacamole was to die for! They also carry the baked tostadas that are low fat. Salsa verde and their molasses piggy cookies and other treats were a perfect compliment to a Superbowl Sunday meal.Also, Daughter says the butchers have great meat
