I walked in Saturday to buy an Indian Scout Sixty. I had done a bunch of research, but still had several questions. Russ was super helpful.. not pushy at all, patiently answering all of my questions, taking the time to walk me through options. I ended up picking out the style I wanted, and all the options. They were able to find the exact model (black, w/ abs) at a dealership they trade with, and were happy to arrange delivery when its all ready in another week or two. The whole time I was there, from when I strolled in, to final signature and handing over a check, they were all super helpful, zero pressure, accommodating and friendly. Really great staff. Highly recommend.
I travel almost every week for work. I have a habit of visiting nearby Indian dealers. Sometimes picking up a T-Shirt or hat.
I was informed by a friend to go check out G Force Power Sports, which also sells Polaris, I heard about the Indian Motorcycle showroom, So I headed down to see the stock of Indian Motorcycles, I was impressed with the Indian Scout, usually you get pressured into buying through there credit, however I decided that I wanted to get my own financing, which I secured a loan and now am a proud owner of 2018 1100 cc Scout, couldnt be happier with the friendly staff and service department, you will have to visit to see all they offer, Happy riding!
Ive have bikes before but it had been a few years since in had one. I recently caught the bug and Ive been fiending for a motorcycle for a couple of years. Well I couldnt take it any longer so I started shipping. I new I wanted an American bike but Im not a huge fan of the over priced over rated Harley (my opinion).Ive always like Indian motorcycle but thought they may be too expensive as well. I did a little research and found GForce. My sales rep Jason is a great guy. He took a lot of time talking to me and explaining what Indian had to offer. The first time I went in, I told Jason I was not buying that day and he still spent at least half an hour just talking about bikes. When I finally decided to buy, Jason hooked me up. He was patient and helpful and walked me through the process. Jason was much better than the sales people who sold me my other 3 bikes in the past. Back then I felt like just a dollar sign. Jason made me feel like a wanted customer.GForce had a very professional staff and they are all very helpful. They have even helped and answered questions about DIY installation when I called from home.If or when I but another bike GForce is the first place Ill shop. Hopefully Jason will still be there.
Awesome people. Nick in sales was very helpful.
Great staff, awesome environment, & very clean
Called after finding add of outlander on Craigslist. Talked to sales rep the night prior to verify it was there. Called before they opened the next day to come buy it. Nick tells me his first available appointment is 11am. I show up with a trailer, cash in hand to buy it. To only show up to watch another couple become interested in it and decided to buy it for an hour while I was told to wait. I waited. No 4 wheeler for me to buy after calling twice and making appointment to buy. I only got to watch someone else get the machine I needed for me.No resolution was given. Just a waste of my time and day.Horrible! They act like “it’s going to sell regardless, inventory is light”!
Alwaya a pleasure doing business with them.
Have had exceptional service since they took over RPM accounts down the street. Their service and parts department are great to work with.
Ryan (salesman), Evan (finance guy) and the rest of the staff were awesome. After a bad experience with an other dealership, I was pleased with the service I got. I ended up riding my new bike off the lot, with a smile on my face.
Jason was fantastic! I told him I front that I was just looking, but he still took the time to explain financing as well as explored all options of customizing a bike so my long legs could fit properly on it. If I decide on an Indian (that Springfield is gonna haunt my dreams!), I will definitely be coming here to see Jason. Thanks for your patience and hope I can sign up for a class soon!
Had a great experience with the G-Force staff. I really hate going to dealerships to buy cars or bikes, but since the model I wanted could only be found at an Indian dealer, I prepared myself for yet another terrible experience only to be pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. Sure they offer you accessory upgrades and services packages, but arent overly pushy and they whole thing went smooth and quick. I really like the new bike and I would recommend Indian of Denver to anyone.
The only thing they have here is a great variety of great motorcycles.
Went into the dealership to check it out. I was with my boss and my boyfriend. I know people who work at other dealerships, so we figured we would check this one out. We pulled up in a 90,000 Cadillac Escalade went in and walked around for 20 minutes before someone even said hello, no do you have any questions or need help, nothing. Walked around for another 20 minutes and no one said a word to us. I have never pulled into a dealership in an expensive car and not even a hello when we walk in and no help to be found. Extremely nice store and lots of great looking bikes, but the employees could use some more customer service training.
Very nice place. Great people
Theres a lot of reasons I dont recommend this place, but the main reason Im leaving a review is because the finance manager or salesman whoever makes the deals here wouldnt negotiate much(even though I had agreed to pay sticker value). The problem I had was that I told the salesman that I would purchase the bike at sticker value, if they dropped the price of an aftermarket exhaust; they agreed to our talked about price but brought me an incorrect amount. Which was off by $19.50. So i said id agree to it for what we talked about not that number. They then came back with a price that was $30 more than even that. They lost a sale today for $49.50 for which Im sure any other dealer would have gladly agreed to drop the price of even the bike its self and not aftermarket parts I agreed I wouldnt even have them install. I have great credit and cash in hands, they wasted 4 hours of my time waiting around, and they wouldnt even entertain lowering price from sticker value. This place is a joke, but Im a man, and if they want to amend with what could be a very good customer then they can call me and make a deal.Update: General Manager called and after some lengthy conversation and misunderstandings he agreed to do the deal that we had already shook on(no better or worse, even with the bad experience). I couldnt make it into the shop the very next day due to work schedule complications and ended up getting a call later in the afternoon that felt relatively belittling. Chris explained that the bike I wanted I couldnt get anywhere else and of course ended with the dreaded Good luck.Update: Well, Ive already found the bike I wanted at another shop at this point; in the color and with the features I wanted, and they matched and exceeded the deal I would have taken with G-force by over double.
Great customer service. I came window shopping with a buddy of mine and looked at the Indian Motorcycles. The guys answered all the questions we had.
We drove quite a ways to get to this store on a day they said they were having a huge sale. We got there about 2 hours after they opened and werent very impressed. I was pretty disappointed by what little product they did have and the tiny bit they had for the sale was priced really high to then give you the sale price. while in the store I was comparing prices online with the exact same product on Amazon and Amazon was WAY cheaper then even the sale price. Overall, not impressed and not worth the drive.
I purchased my 2017 Indian Roadmaster and had one of the best buying experiences ever. Russell, Chris, and Collette are great to work with and went above and beyond any dealership that I have ever been to. Thank you all, for all that you do!
The service department at Indian motorcycles of Denver was amazing today! They programmed a new fob for my 2016 indian in like 10 minutes without waiting absolutely free!
Cassy,Is the Best!!She is always very welcoming.Always very helpful. My step father Frank just loves the place😊
Love this dealer. Nice friendly people. Great service
Really cool shop with a the toys and several cool custom bikes
I was living in Pueblo West, with an Indian Dealer within walking distance. I went there to buy my Indian and they were all rude dicks, especially the women. Okay, cool. So I loaded up my trailer and drove 3 hrs to Indian Motorcycle of Denver to buy my bike. Then I rode my brand new Indian Springfield Dark Horse by the Pueblo dealer every day on my commute.Indian of Denver were cool. They treated me like a real customer, even though I have the appearance of a crusty vagabond. I appreciate how they didnt let anyone test-ride MY bike before I got there. My Springfield Dark Horse had ONE (1) mile on the clock when I got it. ONE MILE. Thats the best, ever. Like a virgin.I seriously feel like Im welcome there. Theyre just cool. Its a good environment, a complete 180 from Pueblo.I needed some quick service to program a new FOB I ordered from the internet. Instead of letting Pueblo anywhere NEAR my bike, I happily rode the 3hrs to Denver Indian of Colorado and was treated like a V.I.P. Pueblo was going to charge me a LOT, taking the bike out of my sight, possibly keeping it overnight, etc. Theyre incompetent and useless. Denver Indian of Colorado laid out the red carpet and invited me in and let me oversee the process. Priceless. I have a lot of love for G-Force PowerSports, and now I have a recall that I need to deal with. Im almost looking forward to what would surely be a (huge) burden at Pueblo. Itll be nice to see my Personal Indian Support Team again.
Beautiful bikes great people that always makes for a great day!

See Eric Burns in sales for your next bike and Casey in parts/accessories for items to go with your new bike.
Stopped by to purchase a Indian Motorcycle hat and the staff wasnt friendly . I waited in line 12 minutes to pay for my hat and the staff was like no big deal I probably will not go back to that location again.
