I went there to shipping some notebooks to Canada. The lady with glasses there (I didnt catch her name) was very nice to explain me the options. She also offer more economical ways for shipping methods, box vs. envelopes. When I asked her about my future shipping needs, she explained FedEx choices also provide information of Shipping Depot. Great customer experience!

Today was a stressful day in general for me. I was having trouble with printing some email attachment and it was driving me crazy, I’ve never had problems doing this in the past. I was trying not to bother the guy at the counter but as soon as he had a free second he quickly came over and asked if I needed help with anything! Within about a minute I had what I needed printed and the copies I needed printed too!!! I forgot to ask his name but this was the evening of 7/22/21 right at/after closing. The gentleman was so pleasant and had such a awesome attitude!!! I hope you guys show him this and let him know how valuable he is to your operation and how much that kind of customer service means to people in this day and age. I would love to hear about you guys giving this gentleman a promotion and rewarding hard work and great customer service! Honestly, if I was a business owner I’d be trying to steal this guy from FedEx, honestly!!! Thanks for the great customer service!!!

I ALWAYS receive excellent service from the staff of this FedEx office. It is one of the smaller FedEx facilities. However, the staff goes out of their way to assist customers with their shipping needs.

Shipped a hand built wood frame and art piece to a client. It was crushed. Requested a fragile sticker, the client reported that it didnt have any fragile markers on it. FedEx reimbursed me. Since Ive never had any issues shipping before - I went back to ship the same rebuilt piece.It was a well packed square-ish box. The guy that was there was argumentative and tried charging $72 for a medium sized 5 lbs box. I shipped a 15lbs box 4 times that size to the same location just a few months ago for $72. He was nervous and shaky. I refused service. Went to a different FedEx and was charged $40 - what I was expecting since I ship a lot. Prices seem to fluctuate greatly between employees, its very frustrating.

Visited this location on Oct. 24. The gentleman that helped me (Leo) was super nice and helpful. He walked me through all the procedures I wasnt familiar with. I will be using this location from now on. His patience was greatly appreciated.

Came here January 20th to get a couple of pics printed and had the most wonderful experienceThe three people there were attentive and charming and helpful

This location prepared the programs for the Jefferson County Platoon 50 year reunion. They did an excellent job and the staff was very helpful.

I had the folks at this location help me design and produce a set of banners and query forms for an event. I was very pleased with the customer service and timeliness of the product delivery. Also, the product turned out awesome at a reasonable price. Despite how busy these folks are (juggling different projects and customers), I felt they still went above and beyond to provide good customer service. I shipped out a rose gold Apple Air Mac to San Francisco and it never arrived. Instead off the Air Mac my family received breast implants.. I would be understanding if this was a mistake, and the laptop was returned, but FedEx stand on this has been that they dont know what happened and the store clerk told me that there is nothing he can do. So if you are reading this and, you received a rose gold Apple Air Mac instead of 3 Natrelle Inspira soft touch breast implants, please contact me.

Ive been to this location twice in the last few days. It was never crowded and Sue helped me out both times. She is very friendly and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend this location for printing, faxing, shipping, etc.

These guys Rock! New to the area, they are two for two on quick easy transactions. Tried to print something at the library, spent an hour there and didnt get an acceptable print. At FedEx, five minutes in and out, beautiful color print.

I needed to send a package and Juan, the man working in the store that day, got the driver picking up packages to wait a couple minutes so my package could go out a day earlier. It was very nice of both Juan and the driver to give a little bit of extra effort for my benefit. Thanks!

Never shipping through fed ex again I did a overnight shipping through here and ended up cancelling the shipment because the buyer was trying to scam me. And they make it so hard to get your money back you have to report a claim and everything like why cant you just give me my money back at the fed ex office like ups does?

Wish I could say Ive had better experiences with this store.This store if the reason I started printing my own labels. The only reason I go - its close. Otherwise Id be hitting up UPS more often.Staff are not very personable and always seem to be annoyed with customers.

Wooooooow. Lady. I am SO SORRY my husband and I inconvenienced you by asking you to do your actual job and help us. We walk in the door, shes speaking to another employee. She looked at us and went right back to her conversation. We had to stand there and wait for them to finish before anyone even said, Hi, to us. She was annoyed through our entire conversation. If this is the closest Fedex to my house, then Ill think Ill go with USPS from now on. At least those guys treat me like Im a human being.

Attempted to mail a package and was told by the ckerk it would have to be put in another bix since I had wrapped it. As he was in the process of doing this a woman who said she was in charge jumped in telling him to do it a different way. She kept on even after I stated I was fine with the way he was doing it. I finally asked for the package back at which point she said is there a problem.she was very loud and extremely discourteous. will not use FEDEX again and do not recommend them to anyone. Especially this office!!
