Very grateful to these people. We were driving through Colorado on a road trip when our truck engine started knocking badly. After asking for help at two other shops in the surrounding areas, we found Ark Valley.Though they were booked up and had no time available for an appointment, the owner came out to take a look and suggest a course of action. Though he didnt have time to do the work himself himself he did help identify the problem and referred us to another mechanic in town for help. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
