They have been extremely helpful with vehicle maintainance and repairs on our daughters car(s) in the last several years. Very personable and reasonable on rates and repairs and super honest!! As parents we are are helpless 900 miles away! But the folks at Performance helped take the worry out of mechanical isaues we have encountered while our daughter attended Nursing school in Lamar. Worst service ever.They had my car from September 14th until December 29th. And they only called me one time to let me know what was going on.

Everyone here is awesome! They work hard to get you back on the road in good time. I’ve been taking vehicles to them since I was old enough to drive and I’ve never been disappointed.

Would not recommend to anybody. Took my car in and spent $300 to get it diagnosed and they told me it was the computer in my car that needed fixed. So I asked them if my car was worth fixing and they said yes after they put the computer in my car should be driving good. When I got my car back the same day I drove it I heard a ticking noise so I took it back. Spent $1,000 to get it fixed just to find out my timing chain was bad and gonna cost $2,600 extra for it to be fixed. So not only did they scam me for my money but didn’t diagnose it right. Now I can’t even drive my car at all. Got my car back worse then when I took it in. So unprofessional. Forgot to mention they had my car for like 4 weeks and I tried calling and getting a update on my car and left voicemails and they didn’t budge to return my calls. Total rip off!!

We were driving through Colorado on a road trip from Louisiana and something in our engine broke. All of the mechanic shops in the area were booked up for a week or longer and couldnt get us in for repairs, but they let us park the truck in their yard for the weekend until we could get it moved, and they not only let us hang out in the shade in front of their building for 5 hours while we waited for our ride, they offered us a ride into town so we could buy some food and drinks while we waited. Thanks to their hospitality, a situation that could have been miserable and frightening was primarily an inconvenience. Very good people, excellent business.

Kelly and crew have been servicing and repairing my vehicles for several years. I have always been satisfied with the work and price.

Called one day right before they closed worked through what might be the problem they got my vehicle in the next day fixed it and then I had my vehicle back that day. Fast friendly service!
