Went there for one specific item. Found it and checked out. Pleasant, clean store with courteous staff.

At first i gave this store a 5 star rating but after tonights shopping experience i had to come back and amend my review. If I could have awarded them zero stars i would have. Cause this grey haired lady and the really tall woman working there were particularly rude and it was uncalled for. I wont ramble on about what they said and how they behaved cause i doubt it matters. What matters is they shouldnt be working in customer service with attitudes like that. Give the their jobs to people who will appreciate there employment, the company they work for and who arent completely jerks just cause they can because they know Coorp wont do anything about it. They act how rhey want and they continue to remain employed and drive away sales and longtime good customers.

Had all kinds of stuff for crafts and projects. If your looking for stuff to help your kid make for their class project or even something to build for the garden/garage/room etc, they got it. However if your going there like I was in search of model cars to build, their selection was...minimal at best. Would suggest a hobby shop (which in all honesty shouldve been my first stop lol)

Super unhelpful....... The older white manager was telling me no, from the second I walked in, for the inhouse cuts I wanted done with matting for some frames, cuts Ive had done here at Michaels. She said, wed have to send it out, when theyve done this for me same day at the store in the past. Also their framers dont show up until 11am? And if I wanted a qualified framer.... Only a couple days a week?

This is a great craft store. They have a little bit of everything! If you need something for a project that you are working on, they will more than likely have what you need. These are pictures from one of the adult coloring book that I picked up.

This store caters to a lot of crafts and hobbies which is good, but not great due to the limited selection within certain crafts. They have a lot of items, but not much selection within each hobby speciality. Also, some prices are really high, its hard not to just go to amazon and get more variety for less. Still, its nice to have a shop like this for gifts and emergency supplies.

Good selection of crafty things. I went for some bees wax. It was a bit pricey, but they had it in stock so I was able to use it that day.

They do not update their supply amount very often. Ive been waiting for one product to come in for like 3 weeks. Ive been to three different Michaels and none of them have updated their supply of that particular item.

The staff is very nice. The store was clean. We had to wait outside for a few minutes due to capacity/ Covid restrictions and the carts werent clean yet so I cleaned my own with wipes I carry in my bag.

First time at this location. Michaels is always great! This one was clean, and the cashier was friendly. I don’t see many associates, but that’s okay with me.

The employees here have been extremely helpful. Usually I ask about where items are that I saw online or if they know if something will work with something else. And they always try to get me an answer or someone who can. Id recommend getting your crafting supplies here.

I had two pieces of family artwork framed here. I cannot even describe to you what a delight it was to work with Regena in the process. Not only was she knowledgeable and helped me find a good deal, she was legitimately as passionate about making my items look the best they could as I was.

They have a lot of what youd need to get started in a hobby. But once you want to branch out they fall short. Example is they have paint. But when I moved to airbrushing, they dont have ANY airbrush paints. The whole point of paying that little bit extra that you pay at stores like this is to take it home that day. So saying that you can order it and pick it up later is bunk. Ill order on Amazon and pay less if I have to wait.

Sales are awsome. Not even Christmas yet and everything is 60% off. I was worried about the ling line but it moved really fast. Employees were very friendly. While walking around the store employees greeted me with a hello and big smile. Cashiers were also friendly.

Probably the best looking retail store in the area. Not run down, dirty or unfriendly. Wasn’t crowded and was easily able to find everything we were looking for. The cashier could have been a little nicer, but still way better than all the other retail establishments in these plazas.

I always had the belief that Michaels was very expensive. I had no idea that I would be able to get coupons online and buy from home online or go into the store. They have containers for storage that I like. They also have cute little rolling carts -- metal or plastic. I really like Michaels now. The only thing that I dont like is the high prices on some delicious chocolate bars that I have not seen in other stores. You cannot use a coupon on the chocolate candy bars.

It always seems to take way too long to check-out here and there is almost always a problem with being able to scan one of the items I am attempting to purchase. then an employee has to go out to the shelf and get another one thatll scan. Its just a huge waste of time over and over again

This store is a little bit of everything type craft store. If you are looking for some of the more obscure or very specific items for sewing I recommend you head over to Joanns first. Even their own employee suggested Joanns when we couldnt find what we were looking for.

Nice place, just wish they had doll making items. But if you like knitting, or painting or need stuff for crafts for kids, homeschooling, basic candy making or beads quickly try Michaels. This is a nice location right between Walmart and Burlington Coat Factory.
