This place from the start was professional and communication was so on point. They took our vehicle after calling and having it towed when my husband hit a deer . They did such a great outstanding job on the body repair. They went above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed the inside of our truck and waxed and polished it. Very impressive!! Stopped by too get a estimate, was a devoted parking stall, fast and friendly workers. The appraiser was very polite and professional. I felt like I was being taken care of and looked out for. I was very shocked the worker said excuse me for a moment as he went to street removed a metal pipe that cars continued to drive over. He then put to the side, finished estimate and photos of my vehicles damage, as he was going back inside, he stopped and picked up the metal he had set to side and took it inside with him for proper disposal. That right there has earned a customer for life. Time and compassion to clean and assist random drivers, so no one damaged there vehicle or tires. We need more compassionate businesss like this. We had a rear bumper replaced and upholstery to rear seat done. Our vehicle went in last Thursday and was ready for pick up this afternoon (Monday)!
