The company has rapid a response time and professional. Laura Sigmon returned my call after I completed a repair request within an hour. She also emailed me within the hour. My concern was with the quality of the repair. I am aware that some evidence of a crack maybe visible. However the area was not completely filled. A small hole was still present. Laura did offer to take a look when I notified her. She told thay she could deducted $50.00 off the price of a new window in stead and to pay them an additional $450.00 to replace and calibrate the windshield. I had take my car to another glass repair company for them to correct the work of Sigmon.

A child got angry and busted out the windshield, back glass and both driver side windows of my sons truck. I did not have the coverage on the vehicle at the time so I called Sigmon and she worked with me and got the windows and a mirror put on for half the money that Safelite or a body shop was going to charge. These people are very nice and professional, the guy that came out vacuumed all of the glass out of the vehicle and installed the windows and 1 mirror. I recommend Sigmon for your repair needs.

There a great service and there prices are a lot better then most Auto- Glass replacements. Thumbs up to Sigemon Auto Glass.

Took a Ford F150 in for a windshield. Everything was working. Picked it up. Windshield wipers not working and windows will not roll down. They will not take responsibility for it. BBB has been notified.

Good communication, very good prices, (on two windshields), and conscientious.The installer pointed out that my windshield had been replaced before by someone who was in a hurry and there was rust from a lack of prep work. He did what he could to make it better.High recommendation for this company!

Great service by Greg. Had a cracked windshield and talked with him and insurance company. Left truck at 9:00 am and truck was ready at 10:30 ! Take your cracked windshield to Sigmon Glass !!
