Good work and glass was cleaned up BUT safelite was almost $200 more than their competitors I found out later. They tried charging my girlfriend extra money for glass clean up when she dropped off the car even though I paid for glass clean up already online prior to drop off and they didnt install the new wiper blades, just told me theyre in the back seat when I picked up the vehicle.

I visited Safelite to have my windshield replaced. I sat in the waiting room/lobby while the work was performed. The job took the expected/reported amou t of time. The car was nicely cleaned up of any glass or sealant debris. The technicians were great as they also removed a mouse nest in my engine compartment. Thanks for going the extra mile!

A three hour job was completed in 1:45... & I got a cool local roadtrip in addition.Im happy to now have a crackless windshield. 👍😎

I had a good experience with Safelite. They were recommended by my grandfather. Our technician Michael did a great job. He was professional, fast, thorough and wore a mask. We paid a little less than 400 for a replacement windshield( the price depends on your car) but it is good quality and the service was convenient. Overall a happy customer.

Didnt even try to accommodate me, or the job I wanted done. That close to being rude. Wont go there again. Used them before, but dont think Ill be back.

Not good. I spent OVER $800 for new windshield. Windshield got chipped on road 3 weeks later. Safelite wants $140 to fix. What the %#&*?. Got chip filler at AutoZone. Worked great.

Do not come here unless you want to waste your time. They do not care about their customers at all. They do not care if you have taken off work 3 times to come for your appointment, they don’t care if they accepted the wrong part twice. They take no accountability whatsoever and can’t imagine if I had actually had my windshield replaced how they would have treated me.

Great fast service 1st time. However the 3 stars are for not installing the window correctly the 1st time which ended up with water leaking into my interior roof staining the top. They fixed the issue but not happy how I had to chase them down via phone to resolve my issue. It was fixed but not satisfy on the process. Had to get my insurance involved...

I took my 2013 Chevy equinox there for my front windshield to be repaired the windshield had to be replaced and they scheduled insulation date after the installation it was raining and my cabin flooded with water I took it so they could look at it but it stopped leaking water I pointed out that some of the molding between the air intake and the downspout was not put in correctly they didnt offer to fix it I was very disappointed after spending almost $1,000 on the windshield thank you for that work there very nice the manager is very nice but you can at least fix the problem very unprofessional

Great place. 1St pic is Vanessa,The 2 pics of of the men is the rear parking lot of the open door, AA meeting hall. The crack in my car window. Pic #8 is Marco, the manager, hours are 8-5pm. Theres a WinCo supermarket, Lowes store, a drug store (CVS?), ice cream, Japanese restaurant, Panera bread (GREAT FOOD!!), farmers market eat in (Food is good), across the street. Average time is like 90 to 120 minutes (? Hour and a half to almost 2 hours), they have a TV, directTV.

Phone operator is a recording and you cant get anyone on the phone. Very frustrating.

No good and I would NOT recommend Safelite Autoglass to anyone .Tried theyre online quote and appointment 7 times and never got a response from them at all for 2 windshields and to make the experience even worse you cannot speak to an employee directly over the phone, Whaaat ?Never again, because of them I found out theres better glass businesses with better glass for cheaper and theyre always glad to answer a phone and talk with you like De Leon auto glass in Lancaster california . 👍

My appointment was at 9:30 I got there at 9 I was out by 9:25. Customer service was excellent very courteous fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable of what theyre doing. Explain everything to me before they got started. Im very satisfied

I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday the 10th, they never showed. I called in and had to reschedule to the 13th, when I called the person answering said they had attempted to call me and got no response even though my phone shows no calls for th day save for my calls going out.. They were supposed to be here at 1pm, and it is past 1:30. I have called three times already and no one answers. I cannot drive my vehicle cause my entire windshield needs to be replaced due to a huge crack going from just below my rear view all the down almost splitting my windshield in half. I have already lost one dat of work due to this issue and if my technician doesnt show up today I will have to reschedule for Monday and I will have miss out on yet another day of work. This is extremely unprofessional to have a customer reach out and not be able to even reach the technician to see if there is an issue in need of resolving.

Safelite fixed my window during the Thanksgiving holiday week for me. They cleaned the inside of my car of all the broken glass. Replaced my window and the customer service was so awesome. They gave me such a reasonable price.

Unfortunately I had to go here twice in a week. Once for my personal vehicle, and again for a broken windshield on a work van. Repaired the crack in my windshield in less than 30 minutes. When I took in my van the wrong windshield was sent, so they rescheduled and came to my office to replace it at no extra charge. Looks great. Thanks guys

I regularly commute on the 14 Freeway, and in the last 13 years I have had to use Safelite 2 times to replace my windshield. A rock made a big chip in my windshield, which quickly spread to a 10 inch crack. I went online, scheduled a replacement with Safelite, and paid online in less than 5 minutes. Safelite came out to my house and quickly replaced my windshield. No fuss, no problems at all.

The guys at Safelite were awesome. I made my appointment online, but there was a mix up with the appointment day. I was going out of town the day it was mistakenly scheduled for. When I went into the office to see what could be done they were super helpful. They made special arrangements to take care of my car the next day. My car was finished in an hour. Thanks so much. All of the guys I dealt with were really nice.

They did a great job replacing my broken windshield. The staff was friendly and the shop clean. The only reason Im giving them 3 stars is my wife called the shop to make an appointment and was quoted $600 to get the windshield replaced. I used Safelites on line system, and was quoted $310, including fees and taxes, for the same job. I paid on line and had the windshield replaced with no issues. I would like to think that there was some sort of miscommunication between my wife and the person helping her, but it really left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of her.

I got a small rock chip on front windshield and went to Lancaster satelite for repair. They tried to charge me $140.00 for repair. I had a bigger one done on my truck in Sandy Utah aafelite last year for $40.00. I will wait until I get home to fix. The Lancaster safelite group are crooks. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

These people were more concerned with getting me in and out with in 30 minutes rather then doing the job right. The chip less then a half cm long turned into a crack just days later. I could have done a better job myself for less and it would have cost me $15 now i need a new windshield.

Started out made an appointment online brought my car in here this morning to have it repaired needed a new windshield. Was told it was an all-day drop off they dont even have the windshield in stock it wont be in until 2 this afternoon it is currently 10:30 in the morning price went from $189 2 $210 and now its $240 for them to come out and replace the glass as I cannot leave the car all day in hopes it might be repaired. This has been one of the most ridiculous auto shops I have ever been to and thats saying a lot considering my age and how long Ive been driving do yourself a favor and shop around there has to be a better place than this to get glass for your car

I had my windshiled replace because of pit damage from the sand after 15 yrs. I have driven the same road for 16yrs in 3 different cars and never gotten a chip. After I got the windshield replace its like any little rock that hits is will now chip the windshield. In the first 1 months I got 4 chips in it, after 3 months it now has about 6 chips in it. Like I said befor, been driving this same route for 16 yr and never had a single chip. Dont know if I just got a defective windshield or if they are use inferior glass.

They called and canceled the morning of my appointment. I decided not to reschedule but to receive a refund and was told it takes 5 to 7 days to get a refund. Thats 5 to 7 times longer then it took for them to charge my card! Beware!

I called to have a new windshield placed by Safelight and was offered an appointment the very next day in which the technician came to my home and did everything there. It took less than an hour and the technician was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I am MORE than pleased with every aspect of the service I received - the customer service representative I scheduled the appointment with was very kind and very thorough and the technician that came to do the repair went above and beyond. I will absolutely recommend Safelite to anyone I speak with that needs any type of glass repair or service!!

Called 7 places for quotes, Safelite quote was more than double any other quote. Automated system is annoying too, put your info in and they ask the same questions once you get an operator. Also operator knows nothing about windshields.

I wish there were a way to give less stars. My wifes van had a small crack on the passenger side of the windshield, so I went to the Safelite website and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She went to her 10 oclock appointment, in the rain, and had her windshield replaced. She went to work, right around the corner and then on home when she was done. The next morning we got our son ready for Little League open ceremonies in Tehachapi, where we live, as we came outside the van had a small crack starting from the very same spot the previous crack was located. We called the number on the receipt and told them about the problem and they said they would handle the 1 inch crack via the warranty. We had a busy weekend ahead of us and were in for some long treks from Bear Valley Springs to Rancho Cucamonga on Sunday for a 60th Wedding Anniversary and also to Santa Clarita to visit with my brother and sister after we were done with baseball. Needless to say, we drove for nearly 9 hours that weekend. My wife commutes 1 hour and 20 minutes, one way, M-F every week. After Safelite didnt make it to her appointment on Wednesday, she rescheduled them for Thursday. The guy that came out said he found an impact point in the crack, about 3 inches into the crack. The crack was now about 14 inches long and had grown throughout the week from its small 1 inch beginning before driving it for about 15 and half hours until Safelite could see it. Today after she went to go to the shop and speak to the manager, that said hed call her back and never did from yesterday after the service guy said he couldnt help, he told her the same excuse as the service guy. The crack was not even to the impact point, where they say it was impacted, when we first saw it Saturday morning.

Turns out they use cheap, thinner than oem windshields that cant sustain the smallest rock chip without instantly developing a 10 inch crack. So now the windshield they replaced 8 months ago got hit by a pebble and needs replaced again. When it got replaced I wasnt offered any different products so I assumed I was getting oem glass. But no, they replace it with cheap thin junk, knowing the lovely roads of lancaster will bring em back in less than a year to dump out another $300. They ought to have you sign a waiver before replacing your windshield with a lesser material than it had. Very poor business practices.

I dont like this place because other do side jobs at their home and use company van to do side money and that alone is a robbery
