Barret was very rude and an ahole.very un professional and had no idea how to do his job.i couldnt believe this guy !!!!gives ford a bad name. minus 5 stars. i reported him to my brother in corporate. theres nothing diamond about this ford. caca ford is what it s/b.i saw how BAD THE REVIEWS ARE SO I THOUGHT ID ADD TO THEM. the good reviews are lies
