Dustin took great care of me with my used Highlander purchase from start to finish. Was in and out with keys in hand before noon. Smooth process, no games. Just straightforward good car buying experience. Everyone else was super friendly and helpful too.
Thanks for all you did for me. Friday evening.
Dustin was very attentive to my needs and budget requirements and explained the buying process well. This was my first ever car purchase alone and it couldnt have been easier! The manager who went over all of my signing process also helped me secure a low insurance rate. He helped me navigate exactly what kind of coverage I needed, without spending a fortune. He ended up saving me over $70.00 vs what my insurance company quoted me on the phone. Buckeye Toyota truly goes above and beyond!
I really appreciate the great customer service I always receive at Buckeye Toyota. It is refreshing during a time where good customer service is often hard to find. I feel cared about, and I feel like my concerns and questions are taken seriously. I find all employees I come into contact with to be professional, but I want to give a shout out to Nick who was very patient in answering my many questions and making me feel valued! Thank you, Buckeye Toyota! PLEASE KNOW THAT YOUR KINDNESS AND COURTESY DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED.
Lug nuts were loose after having oil change on my tundra not once but twice, the first time I noticed a clunk before getting on the freeway and found lug nuts on the front drivers side rim were coming unthreaded from the lug bolts, proceeded to check the rest and they were all loose! Called in to service and notified them. About a year later went to put new struts and shocks on my truck and found all the lugnuts to be so loose (but not falling off) that I could remove them with a 3/8” ratchet, called in and spoke with Aimee I believe and told her what happened and that I was loosing confidence in there work and to have tech who serviced my trucks torque wrench calibrated, this could lead to a really bad auto accident!
Absolutely the worst service ever. I took my car there for a recalled airbag and they have created an electrical problem with locking the car. They basically said I have to live with it because my car is older.
One of our best car buying experiences. Very impressed by their staff and way of operating. Andrew A. made our purchase easy and enjoyable.
Let me start by stating that this was by far my best experience buying a car.My Mom lives nearby, I live several states away and she really needed reliable transportation as her car was on its last leg. I wanted to get her one but, I had a really tough time finding a dealer willing to help with an out of state buyer.CarMax seemed like my only option and we just about bought one until we got to the financing part and the APR. I have a near perfect credit score yet They wanted by to finance directly and rip me off in the process.Anyway, I went back to the drawing board and called Buckeye Toyota. They were not only willing to help with this special circumstance but Kenny, the sales rep I worked with went above and beyond in finding the perfect car, bringing it their lot, and deal with this out of state deal.Long story short, they were amazing. My Mom loves the car, feels safe and secure and says it’s the nicest thing she’s ever had. Me, I can also feel at peace knowing this and that she can turn to Buckeye when she needs help with maintenance or other things.Thank you Kenny. Thank you Buckeye Toyota.
Great service. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Only took 45 mins.
I went to Buckeye Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I walked to the mail box and found lug nuts in my driveway. They dont torx the lug nuts.I went there again to give them one more try. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires. They lied about it. I called and talked to Brad. He said the mechanics can decide to rotate the tires or not rotate them, It doesnt matter.Stay away from Buckeye Toyota. I have never had such terrible service. They are unsafe. On the flip side their receptionist are wonderful.
Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Baker today, and let me just say it was an absolute pleasure! For once I didnt have to haggle price, they did it all for me and I ended up paying thousands less than MSRP. With 2 rambunctious kiddos they made my experience pleasurable and quick and before I knew it I left with my new Camry TRD. This dealership just stole the #1 dealership spot in my heart. Thank you to everybody at Buckeye Toyota, felt like family there!
Rental department could not be any nicer.
Friendly and accommodating service department. We were in and out! 🥰
Amazing experience!! Loving my new Rav4.
Excellent service and wonderful staff.
The Buckeye experience is always good! Manager Brett Conrad is a good man and a straight shooter. I hate the combat that commonly accompanies buying vehicles, yet this guy puts the buyer at ease. Trust is just about everything and Brett inspires it.
I found a nail in my tire and drove to the dealership immediately without an appointment and they took me right in and patched my tire for me. Good job to everyone involved. Such a relief.
The reviews seemed great. I purchased a new 2020 Rav4 in early September 2020. I remember feeling comfortable purchasing my 2nd vehicle through a Toyota dealership. I was told more than once that I would not have a payment for the first 3 months. After being asked to make a payment from billing in October I called my sales agent to ask how to fix the issue. The sales agent assured me that I must be mistaken and that him and his team would never say that. After I told him that he repeatedly told me about the 3 months while I was purchasing the vehicle he replied that he would check with finance and call me back. The sales agent never asked me who I was or for a call back number.I never got a call or email back. Nobody has called or checked on me since my purchase over a month ago. Also I am not sure of the process but my credit was checked by about 10 different banks when I notified them that I was wanted to do billing with Toyota financial.I am not a hard person to please at all. This company has to be the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. I will no longer be purchasing through a Toyota dealership. I have already made my first payment and am asking for nothing thanks for not being helpful.
Good people good service good place recommended 👍
Buckeye Toyota has always treated me well! I leased my RAV4 about 3 years ago and loved it so much I decided to buy it! Andrew was able to help me while waiting for my oil change and rotation which worked out perfect with my schedule! He made the process so easy for me and he helped me save money! WHAT! Andrew was not only a good salesman but we also had some great conversation which kept me laughing the whole time! Everyone wore masks and it felt very clean and safe! Thanks Andrew for your help and Buckeye for being there during these “uncertain” times!! :)
Ask for Dustin. He’s a great salesman.
I am the most reluctant car shopper on the planet; thats one of the reasons I drive my trucks to extreme mileage. I hate the process that much. I knew I wanted a Toyota; I had a sense of which model, and Id done a fair bit of research online with CarGuru and Carvanna. Other than that, I walked into Buckeye Toyota cold and was grateful when one sales guy...in a room full of them, all focused on their computer screens...jumped up and introduced himself as Max Baker. We clicked immediately, mostly because he was low key, common sense, respectful of the research/shopping I had already done online, AND HE LISTENED to my specific needs in a vehicle that are critical to my living, my finances, my personal schedule. I ended up choosing to spend $7,000 more than I had budgeted because he helped me weigh options and costs against my specific longterm vehicle use. From then until I drove away in my beautifully washed and completely gassed-up 4Runner, everything was done with top-notch, smooth professionalism, from Maxs guidance to the clear and carefully communicated finance and coverage options offered by Finance Manager Andy Mettle. Given my history and the quality of Toyota vehicles, I probably wont be back to Buckeye for another decade...but between now and then, I will recommend Max and Andy to anyone who talks with me about my Toyota 4Runner buying experience.
Great rental cars, reasonable rates. And the ladies that work the rental department are very friendly and I needed picked up at the end of the reveal and they actually came to where I n was at to pick the case up thank you very much
Great service team. Eric is who I really like working with.
Update: turns out the door issue was part of a settlement with Toyota. Toyota notified me of it a couple months after my initial review. I bumped up the star rating to 3 based on that, I will reevaluate after I have them do the not recall recall on the door.Went in for recall notices on my Sienna and a new battery. One recall was for sliding doors. After I picked it up they informed me about a bent part that kept one of the sliding doors from automatically closing which was an issue I had not had before. The repair would be $400 dollars or more. Now the other door is experiencing this same issue. I wont go back again. The battery works fine. However, given the door closing issues, I am waiting for the alternator to suddenly fail. The positives were desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the rental provided while the recall work was done was nice and they made sure I had another Sienna just in case I needed minivan capabilities even though I told them I wouldnt for the day.
Came in for routine oil change and tire rotation and was struck once again with the efficiency and upbeat attitude from this service department. From the folks who checked me in to the courteous, professional lady who settled up my bill, this group impresses me every visit....which isn’t often, since I drive Toyota vehicles!🤣👍🏼👍🏼
Best parts department in the world.
Buckeye Toyota is absolutely amazing! I just purchased a used vehicle from them and it was such a smooth process. My salesman, Max Baker, was phenomenal! He made sure to answer any questions that I had and I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I wasn’t comfortable with. I took my 4 Runner on a test drive and absolutely fell in love. Max was able to tell me all the details and special features that it had. He was very knowledgeable and I will be returning in the future! They offer a lifetime power train warranty that I’m pretty sure isn’t offered at other car dealerships. They want to make sure they take care of you and I really appreciate that. Thank you Buckeye Toyota for making my first vehicle purchase one to remember!
Best car dealership ever! They are helpful, friendly, and awesome. i normally go down to Columbus or all the way out to Cincinnati for a good deal on a car and the service, but they far exceeded my expectations. I would come back every time.
Love this company highly recommend if you’re looking for 🚗
Both Sales associates were very knowledgeable of the product, the options and the upcoming model. The buying experience was very comfortable. Our modest requests were met perfectly. I recommend Buckeye Toyota.
Excellent customer service! They were able to fix a hole in my tire after I had it fixed by another place. Got my oil changed there after being a loyal customer at another place and will only be getting my car worked on here from now on! Highly, highly recommend!!
Great place to go people real friendly and they know what theyre really doing I highly suggest to go there and have all your service work done including tires and buy a new car theyll treat you right
I absolutely love this place! Deb and Ann are nothing short of amazing! They are always very welcoming, friendly, and professional! I am a rewards member with every major rental car company but I come here because their customer service is better than any other reward that I can receive! Thanks ladies for being awesome!
Great sales experience! Nick is very personable and he did a great job getting us the vehicle we wanted and then explaining everything about the process and the features of the new vehicle. Will definitely recommend!
My RAV4s tire light gauge came on, I stopped in,(very late 4:45pm) without an appointment & they took me right in! All 4 tires were a little low, fixed the problem & I was on my way within 15 minutes. Thanks Buckeye Toyota ❣
Nick, Siara and Greg were absolutely AMAZING! I recently had my 20k oil change and fuel pump recall fixed and from the start, Nick was very friendly and sweet, Siara kept me up to date on my car while it was in service and Greg had it fixed up and ready to go in no time!
Fast affordable oil change and tire rotation. Service Advisor Nancy was great
Friendly, professional, personable. I bought a used truck and Buckeye made the process easy. In and out no messing around. The used vehicles are priced fair and to go out the door without hassle . My salesperson was Max, he did a great job.
Andrew was great super chill amd helped us get a great deal!
My experience with Andrew in sales was great! He was very helpful and really knew what he was talking about (and he wasn’t pushy!). I would definitely recommend working with him!
Max was helpful in all aspects of purchasing and easy to work with. Finance was just as helpful, easy to understand and communication was great. Would highly recommend and return!
Staff was very nice and helpful. I went to pickup parts and not only did they provide them quickly, they gave advice on installation. I would be happy to buy from thier in the future.
This is the only dealer that I have always had an awesome experience with the service department. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond.Services are done quickly too. No two hour visits for an oil change. In and out.The waiting room is also very nice too with coffee, sodas, and popcorn.
They took good care of my car and got me on my way quickly.
Buckeye Toyota fixed an extended warranty issue on my Camry. From the very start, Al in parts was helpful to identify the issue. Taylor and Eric in service were very helpful in following through with the job. The Camry seems to drive perfectly at this point. I hope everything stays positive! I will remember how well I was treated and how efficiently the job was performed. If I am ever in the market for a new car, I will definitely visit Buckeye Toyota first!
We live n a fast pace world with big car dealers focused on making money. Buckeye Toyota took the time to help in a kind straight forward manner. Didn’t feel misled like some of the other dealers made me feel. Gained a few more friends by visiting their dealership. They made vehicle shopping a better experience. I would recommend stopping by when looking for your next Toyota.
Great sales staff, ended up going another route but Ill be back anytime I consider a Toyota in the future. Superior to all of the Columbus Toyota dealerships.
I appreciate it when I am listened to, taken seriously and treated with respect. All of this happened as I test drove two different 4runners at Buckeye Toyota. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I cant say enough nice things about my salesman Max. A strong, dependable suv is very important for my activities and I love this 4runner already! I look forward to YEARS of great performance and service.
They are awesome! I fully recommend! Andrew Armbruster helped me get into my 2018 Toyota Camry fast and easy!
Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Siara was great to work with! Even when they didnt have exactly what we were looking for she called the moment they got a used vehicle in that was perfect for us. Looking forward to continue working with the team at Buckeye Toyota! Thank you for our new Prius!
I used their rental Dept. As i had seen their sign on the highway. Marie and the gal next to her was amazing as she was the one here when I picked up. Very personable. The standards were met and no complaints. I was able to pick up in a Friday morning and deliver on Monday. Car was full and clean with just 11,xxx on it. It drove great and like a new car still. I put 640 miles on it to WV and had no problems or worries. They offer a roadside assistance on the receipt when you rent which is a piece of mind. The selection was good however I needed a truck but a large suv was able to meet my needs.I will definitely return when I need to rent again and you should consider the same.
This is the first time that I have ever done a review and have thought long and hard if I should or not. But decided for the sake of others I should. About three weeks ago I brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla in to get some keys made. I dropped the car off and everyone was pleasant and the experience was good. I get a call back saying that they were unable to program my keys due to the immobilizer system being faulty. The price for that was around 1,600.00. My reply was ok well that’s a bummer and I’ll come get my car without getting any work done on it. I stopped in to talk to them and was told that it was going to be between 110.00 and 120.00 because a master technician had looked at the car which I did not agree to. I was told they were doing me a favor by having the technician look at it. I then asked if there was an option to just sell the car to them. I made the statement that it’s probably only worth 2,500.00 anyway and It was cost Effective for me to dump 1,600.00 into it. The sales person said well basically you would just be handing us the title and calling it good and they would get it fixed to sell and I wouldn’t get any money. They did suggest that it would be in my best interest to fix the car and then sell it outright myself which did make sense. I left overall upset that I was going to be charged for something I did not agree too and pretty much had no options that didn’t suck. They did offer to not charge me for the keys. When I can back with my trailer to get the car I asked again about the service fee that I did not agree and and was quickly given the keys and told to get my car and get off the lot. I was told they didn’t have time to deal with me and my not wanting to pay for something I didn’t agree to. On my way home I stopped at my local Toyota dealer and had their mechanic look at it just to see if he could see anything different. He hooked the car up and five minutes later said the immobilizer wasn’t communicating with his computer and he had never heard of that happening and suggested I make an appointment for him to spend some time checking it out. He did not charge me for that time. I took the car home and just because it was odd I tried starting the car. The key would turn the ignition but that was it. I saw a video that said it should at least turn the motor over. So I checked the battery and it was dead! So I almost was charged for a service fee for a master technician to look into why the key would not program and 1,600.00 for a replacement part and labor on a vehicle that’s only worth 2,500.00 at best. Thankfully the dead battery was caught and after a night on the charger my keys are now programmed by my local dealer and work fine. I really did not want to do this review but it almost cost me 1,700.00 for something as simple as a dead battery. So if you take your vehicle there for service if it doesn’t feel right ask questions. I can deal with the rudeness but I would hate to see somebody else get a huge charge for something simple. A 1,700.00 Mistake could financially ruin somebody for something that cost 12 hours on a battery charger.
Great bunch to work with. Would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go see them. No hassel very smooth and easy to deal with.
Just this past week I bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport from here and my experience was amazing. I was in there two weeks earlier not completely having my heart set on another Jeep and when this one arrived she contacted me to come in and give this one a look because it was much more of what I was looking for. She is seriously the sweetest and so helpful. You can tell that she cares and puts the customer first in this process. She got to know me very quickly and made everything work! Frank was wonderful as well! I highly recommend Buckeye Toyota and Siara. ❤️
Was looking at used Cadillac SUVS in the central Ohio area for about a month. Found 3 I really liked, all about the same. What sold me was the way the salesman (Max Baker) didnt pressure me. I was refinancing so it was going to take time to put it all together and during that time no one at Buckeye Toyota pushed or pressured me. Thats how you sell cars!! Thanks to the whole Buckeye Toyota Team for all of their help!
This is my second time buying a vehicle from Buckeye Toyota, and I am so happy with how everything went. All the sales associated were amazing, it was a quick and easy process and I am so happy with my 2018 Camry. Thank you to Kent, who was able to get me into a few test drives, to Andrew in Finance who was able to get all the paperwork done quickly and to Siara for getting me into yet another amazing car. I will continue to recommend Buckeye and its employees to all my friends.
I had to take my vehicle in for a brake issue. They found issues I wasn’t aware of. Saved me a blown tire later down the road. Then I locked my keys in my trunk like an idiot. Corey came out and had me back in my vehicle in ten minutes. Great service and he should have been a car thief. Free of charge. Highly recommend them for your car needs.
Kent was my salesman. He was patient, kind, understanding and went above and beyond to help me get a car at a great price. He made my buying experience enjoyable and represented buckeye Toyota to the highest standards. I would recommend buckeye Toyota if you are looking into buying a vehicle.
The same family that owns Buckeye Honda owns Buckeye Toyota too. I have purchased cars and crossovers from both of these locations and always feel like I am getting a fair deal. Plus, I get my vehicles serviced at these dealerships and the service is excellent. I highly recommend stopping here the next time you are in the market for a new car, truck, or SUV.
I bought a car in less than 2 hours including an evaluation of my trade-in and the sales staff was amazing. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Thanks,Greg Seesholtz
This review is for my first visit to the dealerships service department. I was very impressed with the speed, courtesy, and prices in my particular case. Everyone was helpful, and more than willing to explain what was needed and the costs involved. The service came out to be a lot less than I was expecting... I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
Great place to do business. Kent was professional, courteous, and friendly. Left with a quality vehicle that I love for a great price. Highly recommend!
Went to them for a gasket and belt replacement; they estimated 2-3 hours.. they had my truck from 9:30am till 4pm. When it was given back to me it had the check engine light on. This truck has never had any type of trouble like that and suddenly after they have it all day it does? Their customer service sucks and they estimated at least $1500 to fix my truck, which they returned to me that way. Service manager has been called and emails sent, no response...
Wonderful experience buying a used car from them. What could have been stressful (after an unexpectedly totaled vehicle), was made enjoyable. Shout out to Dustin Doughty and Kent DeLong in sales for helping me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. Shout out to Amy Moser in service for continually updating me on the status of my eventually totaled vehicle. Excellent experience all around.
Alexis Cozart was my sells rep and she did an amazing job the whole process we easy from making contact with the dealership to sitting down with her to get what I wanted not what they wanted to feed me or try to get me to buy. I was happy with my purchase, the time it took to get me into my vehicle, I was in and out in no time at all. An amazing staff was ready to work with me and was happy to have my service dog and step son with me and helped even watch over my step son while I filled out paper work for my financing in their in house kids play room. Thank you so very much from my family you saved me so much hassle and worry.
Very helpful and service was quick.
Ive been trying to get ahold of my salesman andy armbruster since I bought the tundra on Friday May 29th. He told me the spare key was in the service department and he couldnt sort through the keys in a timely manner so he would send it to me. A week later i was in the area so I stopped by. He told me he checked and the spare wasn’t there so it would have to be made. He told me the key guy would be there in a couple weeks. He sent me an email a week later informing me that if I had any questions about my new tundra to contact him. I responded to that email asking for the spare fob again. No response. a week later ive texted himAnd three days later, still no response. It’s nice to know that Buckeye Toyota has no loyalty to their customers and will out right lie and not respond to customers that have tried contacting them for weeks. Once they have your money, they do not care about you. Ill update this review when/if they contact me, as asking nicely is simply not effective. I shouldn’t have to beg for a response to a spare fob that should have been given to me after spending 54k at your dealership. Maybe spreading the word around will get someone to move on this key fob for me.6/27/20 - UPDATE2 hours after posting this and completing a toyota survey they had sent me for purchasing a tundra, sales manager Corey Brown contacted me through phone. He was willing to schedule an appointment to program a new key fob.As for his explanation as to why I did not get any response? He told me that the email I sent Andrew did not get read for whatever reason, he also said he checked Andrews phone and it did not have a text from me. I then took screen shots of the email and text message I had sent Andrew from past weeks. I made sure Corey Brown noticed that the imessage said delivered. Delivered on an iphone text message means, per apple, that your message was delivered to the device of the person you are trying to contact. Andrew had gotten my text, and my response to his email I assume, and Corey Brown was either also lying, or Andrew had deleted the text from his phone. This may seem petty of me to post in a review, but Andrew could have simply told me the truth. He could have said he was busy and forgot to respond. And because he continued to ignore and lie about the no response, I had to waste my time on three round trips to buckeye toyota(1.5 hour drive each), along with the struggle to contact anyone that would listen to me. Let me remind you, they do not simply give out the numbers of management. The only persons number I had prior to leaving this review was Andrews, who of course was unable to be reached by phone or email. very convenient.I went in today, a Saturday at 9 am, and was out of there by 9:25 am. Because of that fast in and out, I gave them one more star. Sales Manager Corey Brown told me on the phone when he called that I would get a fob replacement at no cost, well I have the fob and it wasnt at no cost. gas, time, effort are the cost when you get a salesman that ignores you once they get your money.as for the generic response they gave below this review, they said it is not a typical interaction at their dealership. I truly believe they would not have even attempted to insult a grown adult with the paper thin lies they gave me if it had not worked on someone else before.I will not be going back to Buckeye Toyota.
Every visit I made would take at least 2.5 hours, even got a simple tire rotation. I got talked into extended my Toyota care coverage because of high costs with changing multiple filters. Paid for the extension and the filters were never changed. When Id get my vehicle back Id have to readjust my seat and mirrors. All things, big and little, added up to an overall bad experience with this dealership
Very nice staff and great sales people, have bought 2 cars from Buckeye Toyota and if I would ever need another car I would definitely go back to them
I fell in love with my Camry the first time I seen it and yes I became spoiled a little! Every time I walk into Toyota it has been a great experience. The staff has always been extremely friendly and the service is amazing. When I bought my car at the end of the lease everything went so smooth!
My wife and I have been long time customers of Buckeye Toyota and we both highly recommend them for both your car service and purchase needs. We purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry for my wife and she loves it! We are happy to be part of the Buckeye Toyota Family!
Caleb went above and beyond to help me find my dream car! I will definitely be back to Buckeye Toyota for future vehicles.
Fantastic! I’m in love with my new Toyota. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I’m happy I was able to get such a reliable car with the knowledgeable employees there! Thanks again Nicholas Whitehead for your help
I had a great experience buying my Vehicle. They were able to get in the one I want at no additional cost and gave me a descent price for my trade in.
My experience with Buckeye Toyota was and continues to be phenomenal! As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions. Siara, Andrew, and the finance team did a wonderful job explaining how the process worked, as well as answering any and all questions that I had along the way. They allowed me to have peace of mind with my purchase and made the process run smoothly. They treated me like family, rather than just another sale. Thank you Siara, Andrew, and everyone on the Buckeye Toyota Team! Proud to be apart of the Buckeye Toyota Family!!
So far so good. Nick Alspaugh was my sales man. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Very satisfied with his effort to make sure Im happy with my car. Waiting area is very relaxing, staff is friendly and helpful.
I went in looking for a new car for my lifestyle changes, got exactly what I wanted with payments that worked for me. I completely fell in love with my RAV4! It’s always a joy walking into Buckeye Toyota and getting greeted by everyone by name. They really get to know each and every customer on a personal level. The next time I’m ready to get a new car, I will be back!
In the last 3 months we have purchased 2 new vehicles from Buckeye Toyota, and this has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were treated like we were family, no pressure to purchase, and Tyler Baker is probably one of the best Salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you need a car, and you want it in a certain package or color, he will find it for you and he will work to make sure you have the best deal possible. I will definitely be back to Buckeye when it is time to purchase a new car, particularly if Tyler is still there! Thank you Buckeye Toyota for your outstanding sales team and service department.Danielle and Les Hughes
A really good dealership. No pressure when you buy, and good service on your vehicle. Service is expensive, as most dealerships are, but you get your moneys worth.
I had great experience at Buckeye Toyota! Kent was very knowledgeable and it was nice working with him from start to finish when I leased my vehicle. I will always do all my car shopping with him. Thank you Buckeye Toyota and Kent!
My experience purchasing my RAV4 was seamless! Thank you Nick for making it stress free! My husband and I will definitely continue to do business with buckeye Toyota 🙂
I brought in my recently purchased (one owner) 2006 Camry for an oil change and a once over, and to establish what I hope to be a long term relationship with the Toyota dealership. I was extremely pleased with the attention I received from Andrew (sales), and the girls at the front desk, as well as Dave in the Service Dept. Your waiting area was both pristine and inviting. The multiple offers to bring me refreshment was above standard. The atmosphere was charged with diligence and purpose, but not pushy. And, somehow you managed to keep things light. You can only pull that off if you are sincere, confident, and know what youre doing. It looked like you all were working smart and having fun. The total experience was a bar raising adventure of pleasant surprises. I will have no problem referring my friends to your establishment. See you later...Sincerely, Dave Kiner
Matt is the best. He helped get me a great vehicle for a great price and low miles. I will be telling family and friends to go here if they need to buy a vehicle. Heck the lifetime powertrain warranty for free is the best.Thank you again Matt. I love my new ride.
My experiences with Buckeye Toyota has always been incredible. They welcome you like family, and thoroughly and professionally handle all areas of concern. I strongly recommend Buckeye.
I just purchased my latest vehicle from Buckeye Toyota and have to say it was one of the easiest and most straight forward purchases Ive made in the past 20 years. From receiving a reply to my initial email questions, to the test drive appointment and then finalizing numbers with Frank in Sales and Jeff in Finance, it all came together without any game playing. I would gladly buy another vehicle from them.
The customer service is superb! We have bought at least 6 vehicles from Buckeye Honda/Toyota and I have to say....the customer service we receive is the reason we continue to buy from them. From the sales department to the service department to the folks behind the scenes....theyre all great.
My husband and I purchased a car here and paid in full this summer. The car only came with one key and a manager said he would call us in 2 weeks so one of us could drive back down to Lancaster to get another. (We live in Columbus). He said his key guy was out on vacation at the time. Several weeks later we hadnt head from him and we called today to schedule a time to do it. They didnt call us back. After 3 hours today we called back for an update. We called and spoke to someone when they opened, its not like we left a message. When we got through to someone the second time they said we had to pay for the key since we didnt get that verbal promise in writing. A car should come with 2 keys; its not a lot to ask. After negotiating we are paying half the cost, but this is still leaving a bad taste in my mouth. This is pretty terrible customer service over a simple key. The cost of it is surely a drop in the bucket for them, especially since we bought a car from them.We had another small issue when we came to look at the car we wanted too. I didnt think much of it until the key thing and now I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.
I feel that this dealership is way over priced, and when I called them on it they said that they are priced to market and Kelley Blue book isnt correct. Really how stupid do I look?
We purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra. Frank was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, warranties, and history of the brand and Buckeye Toyota. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The purchase was very smooth. We had no high pressure but felt the genuine care and understanding of what we needed and why and it helped us appreciate the training and genuine time your company devotes to confirm you will be successful in developing and keeping long term relationships with your customers.
I came into Buckeye Toyota and was immediately greeted by a very nice young man. I was then escorted straight to sales professional Siara Camacho. I have never purchased or financed a vehicle from a dealership and honestly had know idea what I was doing. Siara treated me with nothing but respect and has been so kind, and helpful to me. I highly recommend Buckeye Toyota and sales professional Siara Camacho. They have been doing everything in their power to get me into the vehicle that I have been searching for. I really appreciate everything the Buckeye Toyota family has been doing for me. Thank you Buckeye Toyota.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Nick gave me great options to choose from and with help from the finance department got me the right truck for the right price.
A big thank you to Buckeye Toyota, and especially Nick Alspaugh for helping me purchase my newRAV4. The service was excellent! I was treated like a Queen! I have recommended Buckeye ToyotaTo friends and family.
Although I did not buy a car here, I loved the experience. The staff was very friendly and personable. They made me feel comfortable without pressuring me to buy something that I did not want. The only problem with the car lot is they didnt have the specific car that I was looking for!
Our salesman was Nick Alspaugh - he was fantastic! Very courteous and did not pressure us at all. He followed through and delivered everything he said he would. We have already referred family to him as they anticipate purchasing vehicles in the near future.
Kent Delong is such an incredible person to work with! Very attentive and caring. He knows the business well and is fair. Thank you for your help and guidance!
I had a great experience at Buckeye! There were some minor issues from start to finish, and they were all taken care of immediately! Staff was very polite and helpful!
