ATTENTION FUTURE BUYERS:I can’t recommend Daniel enough!! Let tell you, I’m a tough little cookie and I want what I want and hardly budge, but Daniel knew the challenge he was up against and still put out 100% effort. We ended up going with a Honda Civic, the one we picked, not the one that other salesmen try to push on you. Daniel was very understanding of our concerns and made sure we were 100% taken care of. Not once did we feel pressured, not once was he rude, not once was he dishonest, not once did he get frustrated! He was the same person from the time we met him till the time we left. He never switched up on us, he never tried to push other cars onto us, he was just himself and addressed everything in a respectful timely manner. He has been by far the realist salesman I have ever met. He is a different breed, he’s an actual person that wants to help. He reminds me of that commercial about the “Helpful Honda People”. Everyone I interacted with here was so kind and professional. Both Arturo and Clive helped me find and test drive the car I wanted and checked in on me regularly as I waited for my parents to arrive. Clive made the process very smooth and we were able to buy the car that day. He even gave it some gas so that we would be able to make it all the way home without stopping. I highly recommend this place!

Very disappointed in the service I received here last week. I had a service appointment for an oil change at 7:40am and I had no choice but to wait for my car there since I couldn’t get a ride home. Never did I expect to wait here for over 5 hours. This was the worst experience I’ve had here. I sat and watched almost 4 hours go by when I noticed multiple people who were also waiting hours leaving with their cars. I thought mine would almost be done so I waited another 30 minutes. At that point I decided to go ask my advisor Ken for an update. I asked him if it was almost ready because it’s been hours and he said he’d go find out. He comes back a few minutes later and says “it’ll be another 15 to 20 minutes it’s almost done I’m sorry for the wait” so I went back and continued to wait. Ken lied because I waited another hour just for him to come and tell me my car won’t be going into the shop for another 30 minutes!! How did he go from “your car is almost done” to “your car hasn’t even been started on yet” ?? I needed to get to work which was exactly why I made a morning appointment so no I did not have time to wait hours longer for my car so I asked him for my keys back. He lied to me and I’m pretty sure my car forgotten about. He gave me his card and told me to call him on Monday and MAYBE he could get my car done without an appointment. I could not do that because I work a lot, it’s so hard to find a day to take my car in. After all those hours that’s all he could do for the inconvenience AND giving false information? Now I know not to bring my business here. Time wasted that I can’t get back.

I had to change alternator and my radio would not reset. I initially went to Robertson Honda and was told by service advisor that my car didnt have a code and I needed to schedule appointment to diagnose. I then went to Lancaster Honda and service advisor Lillian was amazing. She was able to get my radio serial number and give me code. Lillian went above and beyond to assist me. Great service here. Will never go back to Robertsons again.

I bought a Passport three months ago at Burlington Honda and during a heatwave the a/c and blowers stopped working. I called Burlington.. no help, call two other dealers, no help, called the Honda Store in Lancaster, talked to Jim, he told me to bring it in the next morning. They got the part needed and had it ready for me when I got out of work, same day!!! To me, that’s EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I previously bought from them before, I’m sorry I went to Burlington ( a friend recommended) and I will buy from them from now on!!!!! Thank you so much Jim in service!

Had appointment at 11:00 dropped off my pilot, was called at 3:30 and told I needed a valve adjustment at 5 hours labor and 231 in parts. I went there to have computer reprogrammed, it was saying I had misfires when it wasnt. I checked the Honda specks a valve adjustment is 2.1 hours and the parts are 2 $30 gaskets. I was told there was no update for my truck. When I insisted I needed the computer fixed the head mechanic said he needed to do the valve job himself cause if someone else did it he wouldnt know if the right parts were used or what the voltages were?cost me$150 and when I left a warning light was on then more lights came on. Found out they scrambled my computer.

Went for a $160 diagnostic and got charged $800! Just to see why my car cranked but didnt start! RIP OFF! VERY UNHAPPY! If you speak to a service consultant on the phone make sure you record it,because its going to be a different story when you arrive there to pick up your vehicle..Unhappy customer here.

At this location I feel like everyone is helpful UNTIL... they get you in a car. I have a 2021 honda accord and have had to bring my car for service 4 times. Today I merged on to the freeway and all of my warning lights came on. A 2021 brand new Honda accord. I will keep you updated if they come up with some excuse for me to have to pay for something like they did all the other times. Even though Ive had it 6 months.

This place and staff are bar none the best I have purchased a vehicle from. From the inital phone call to showing up to meeting the sales manager (Scott) sitting at the front desk not in a back office. Right down to the sales guy I worked with (Leo) and (Adam) in finance. 100% great experience across the board.

This is the worse dealer ship I could have chose to go to. It took them 4 days just to diagnose my car and then them give me a new transmission and my car still be messed up. I told them my paddle shifters didn’t work, I got it back still broken. My tire pressure light keeps going off when I told them about it. I also have light and things popping up for the car like the last time when they told me my transmission was bad. So why is nothing fixed in my car? They also never picked up the phone, never gave me an update and never would call me back and told me my car was good to go and now a week later all issues are and some never went away. I opened up a case against them and they still didn’t care. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This dealership went from being the only place I bought and serviced cars to now, where I am looking at other dealers. Ever since LA Car Guy took over customer service has gone downhill. This is not the fault of the employees but the fact that you cannot even talk to anyone on the phone especially service. Weve bought 11 cars there over the years and serviced every one there so to now give the low grades says a lot.Looks like Robertson Honda will get our business or we will go to Valencia/Santa Clarita;unless they make positive changes. We also have sent them many referrals over time but I cannot in good conscience send people there now

I have had a Honda from this dealership for over 5 yrs now, and they never disappoint. I went to get my first car after waiting 10 yrs and my Sales rep was Ricardo. He is amazing, always takes the time to talk me through what Im purchasing and how it will benefit me and my family. I have been leasing cars for 5 yrs now and look forward to my next lease with Ricardo. The service department is just as amazing, I always get my oil change and tires rotated here. The service people are always so nice and helpful. Gabriela Hufragio was my consultant the last time I went and she listened to my concerns and came up with some great options for me. Even with this pandemic going on, Honda always puts the customer first. I had my car fixed and out of there in a timely manner.

Not sure if its coronavirus but if you have plans prepare for it to take time. It took 1 hour just to drop off my car with an appt. Im not sure how long itll take to actually do the oil change but I doubt I will come back for awhile. An oil change shouldnt be an all day thing.

I always had my car serviced at this dealership. On 11/20/2020, tech recommended tire rotation, oil change and brake fluid replacement. An hour or so later I was told the car was ready. To save time I paid the bill online while on my way back to the dealership. Tire rotation, for which I was charged for, was not performed. I showed the tech the marks I placed on the tires before the service and they’re still there. David, the tech, was very professional all this time. The problem is with the service people inside. The one who serviced my car wasn’t honest. I don’t know what else I was charged for and was never performed. Sadly I lost trust in this dealership and I will never go back there again.

My wife and I went to Lancaster Honda in the Antelope Valley to purchase a new Honda Accord. Our situation was a little tougher as we wanted to trade in two vehicles and consolidate our outgoing dollars. We contacted Scott Lynch our “helpful Honda guy” and setup an appointment. When we got to the dealer and we were meet outside by Scott. We went over the trades and went inside. This dealer is sparkling clean and follow all the covid guidelines. Scott introduced us to his manager Ray and told us he is the “Magic Man”. We picked out the Accord and Scott went over all the details. He is a very knowledgeable car guy and explained everything the car had to offer. Our test drive was great, we went out for about 15 minutes and in AV there is the Honda Musical road, so we drove down that, pretty cool. Scott answered all our question about the car. That gave us a real sense about the car and how everything worked.Back at the dealer, we started the dreaded numbers talk. Scott is a professional. On his desk is his recent award for salesman of the month. I can see why, we went over the numbers, what we would like to get our payment at and he set off to talk to Ray. It took a little time, car buying is not always quick and our situation was a little harder. Ray did his “magic” and Scott came back. Our numbers were very close and we accepted the offer.Scott always has a smile, very cool guy! All the Honda staff were excellent and friendly.This dealer went above and beyond to help us get a new car. That does not happen at most dealerships, but they were awesome. Ray did a fantastic job with getting us the numbers and our trades handled with a good rate.If your looking for a new Honda, take the time to go to Lancaster Honda. A brutal car buying experience, the salesmen here turn rude in an instant if you try and negotiate. They will take you for every dollar if you let them. Their repair/service department is pretty good. Dont take the shuttle service unless you have about 2 hours to sit around and wait for them to show up then drop you off last after 7 other people.

Dean Homayoun lied in court stating someone named Christine purchased my Honda CRV license plate number 7HHZ306 the vehicle was only five years old. you ripped me off my blue book trade in value and made me put down an extra 5,000 on my credit card for the purchase of 2020 vehicle that had a major safety flaw as the vehicle would intermittently stall in intersections risking my life. You violated my consumer privacy rights in front of judge Robert Mcsorley stating I sued multiple times. Im not your puppet to look up personal information. My social security number was not given to you, to use as you please in a hostile vindictive way. I am looking to appeal the courts decision of $1,215.00 because my life is more then that. Sean Homayoun has lied to attorneys stating Im emailing him and calling him now Honda Lancaster wants to illegally restrain me which it unconstitional. God bless America.

Visited here yesterday for a an SRS maintenance recall, and was greeted after making a walk-in appointment the day before. I was then given a scheduled appointment that met my time frame, and itinerary that corresponded with my work schedule. I need to add that also didnt know how to properly install my front license plate it was done only for the simple charge of the bolts. Couldnt be happier this dealership has fixed my car from the ground up I will continue to be a customer. Thanks Stacia!

Online, Honda shows they are open from 7am to 3pm. I need to get my car serviced since the service light came on, so, I called multiple times.....nobody ever answered the phone. I did the live chat and the chat lady said she will contact the service department and have them contact me. Well, they never contacted me. So, I sent an email letting them know I need to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced and still....nobody contacted me. Terrible, terrible, Terrible customer service.

Everyone has thier shirts untucked... sloppy looking especially long shirts. They hate calling you a shuttle/lyft and will deny as much as they can. Add 2 more hours of wait time that they predict during a car service

We pulled up to Honda Lancaster and we received a greeting right away by Cody. He came out of the store, waved us down with a smile. His customer service is substantial and he is very knowledgeable about every single car on the lot. He answered all of our questions and did not rush us even though the dealership was about to close. He told us he was here all night for us to take our time. He was not to pushy but was great at up-selling and helped me understand the process of trade in and leasing. He was very outgoing, friendly, patient and super helpful! I like the customer service however unlike most dealerships when you get service they will wash your car. I have brought my car in 4 times and not once have they washed it. Feel like they could do a lot better in that area. You are selling Honda why not show customers how they are valued as customers. I recently went in with my boyfriend to trade in his Honda he leased. First off we were there because no one ever called him like they said they would do my BF went ahead with the first salesman when he first leased. There was drama with in the both salesmen due to commission, both sales managers were debating the sale, we decidedly to leave and go to another Honda dealer but the salesman flagged us back inside. Thinking they had come to some agreement on who was helping my BF with this deal to only find out this is an aggressive tactic. Not only did they fake negotiate with my BF on a 2018 lease. We were thinking they were working a great deal but wasted my BF time because this was all a tactic, they got my BF hope up thinking he was coming in the next day to pick up the car mind you they didn’t have the one color on stock so the sales manager even lowered the payment on another color in stock and said they would have it washed and ready. Monday comes and the ball game changed. Long story short they made my BF feel like a horrible buyer with bad credit and the only thing they can do was get him on a car my BF did not want and just the words they used made it seem like my BF can’t afford the car when the day before they made this fake deal. They haven’t called him to give him any good news. In my eyes they are horrible sales managers and aggressive, made me feel like they made my BF feel less than. Almost racial profiling. Will never refer or recommend anyone to this Honda dealership in Lancaster.

I went to get an oil change for my Honda Accord 2018 yesterday and when I came home, I noticed there was oil leaking from my car. I had my husband check it out and the service person that worked on my car did not tighten the bulb from the oil pan which could have cost me my whole car. Before I had my husband check the car, I called the service department to let them know what was going on and she wanted me to come back in that same day but unfortunately I was unable to so I told her tomorrow. She told me before I came in to check the oil life to see how much oil would be in the car. Just imagine if i would have waited until this morning to take my car in, it would be TOO LATE and my car would have been done! I am highly upset about this!!!

They wont bother dealing business unless you want to buy a car from them. Manager said screw the quotes and any sort of negotiation, buy a car or get out. Dont bother coming to this dealership if youre looking to save money and or deal with immature sale managers.

I had a great experience at Lancaster Honda. I went in for an oil change and was in and out before I finished reading the newspaper. And they were very very busy. They also had donuts and coffee that smelled great. I didnt try any but was glad they had it available. Erica was the Associate that served me. She was very courteous and helpful. Customer service is very important to me so I appreciated her kindness. Thank you.

Jim Monroe is by far the best service consultant I have had at Honda. I had been to get service before, but never felt like I had any value as a costumer. However, Jim Monroe made sure he kept me updated with my car status and better yet offered Coffee & Donuts!!! Im a very satisfied costumer. Sales rep lie about features that were supposed to be in the van to make a quick sale. Not to mention 2018 Honda Odyssey has been giving so many problems since I purchased vehicle.
